Just got a replacement phone and siri sounds like the old version the one on the 3GS or something I dont like it

What do I do anbout it?

Have you actually turned Siri on in Settings > General > Siri?

Yes I have... it's siri fir sure The voice is just off like it sounds more robotic weird like congested almost
