Why Siri CC me in an outbound sms iPhone 4S

Please someone, I would very much like some help with this issue.

When I use siri in the contextual input of "Text Adam I will be over in a minute," Siri ALWAYS without fail returns "Texting Adam and John (myself) and then the remainder of my message.

I really don't understand this, and I have tried using first name only, full name and every other combination but it always comes back the same.

Anyways, it's rather frustrating becuase it always fails on the same friend of mine. No other persons to date will make Siri screw up this way.

Perhaps a Siri data reset would be warranted? I'm curious if anyone else has this problem or could think of a logical reason why this would happen.
