I don't even have to touch my volume button for the volume to increase?  And it's not like the + button is stuck,  it is very in noting when listening to music and playing games!  Please help...

Basic troubleshooting steps clearly outlined in the User Guide are restart, reset, restore from backup, restore as new device.

 

If you've tried ALL of these steps and you still have problems, there's nothing further to do but bring your phone into Apple for evaluation.
