Why it when using my iPhone 4s front camera screen sometimes turn black or have blue stripes on it What's wrong with it and what should I

Hello everyone! I'm hoping that I can get an answer for this problem! It's really starting to bother me because sometimes when I take pictures with my friends using the front camera (for some reason, it's only the front camera! The back camera is working normally! Thank god~) it's embarassing how all of the sudden the screen turns black or have stripes over it! Please reply if you've this issue too or if you have any ideas on solving it! Thank you!

Basic troubleshooting steps clearly outlined in the User Guide are restart, reset, restore from backup, restore as new device.

Have you tried ALL the troubleshooting steps?  If you have and you're still having problems, then you'll need to bring your phone into Apple for evaluation and possible exchange.

I have a new question: I've now transferred my back up datas to my new iphone. They wanted me to register, so I registered (as my old apple ID) and then they asked if I want to restore backup, I did that too. after the restore back up process, the only things that aren't there were my music and apps! what should I do to get them into my new iPhone?
