Why don t I receive group messages on my iPhone

I've been having an issue the last couple of months receiving group messages from other iphone users. I have tried turning off iMessage, but that doesn't seem to help.

I double checked that, group messaging is on. Other than my experiments with turning iMessage on and off, I haven't changed any settings that I know of.
