I am having a problem with Imessaging. I have two people who also have IPhones, I am able to send one an IMessage and not the other. Can anyone explain how this could happen & how to fix it? Thanks

The other iPhone may not have iMessage turned on, or the iPhone may not have wi-fi access or cellular data turned on at the time.
