As stated on the title, when i try to backup my iphone, it will just keep on loading, after i left it for about 2 hours, it is still loading. Can any kind soul can teach me how to solve this problem? I am changing from iphone 4 to iphone 4s so i need a backup.

Can you see at what point the sync is stopping? If it is at step 2, backing up, iTunes might not be able to read the latest backup in iTunes/Edit/Preferences/Devices. You might have to delete this backup, to get your sync finished.
