You will have to restore your device.  If you have never backed your device up to a computer before then you will have to restore from an icloud back up if you had icloud setup on your device, if not then you will loose everything after restoring but atleast you will be able to access your phone again.  Make sure the device is turned off completely once off make sure device is not connected to computer.  Afterwards hold down your home button while connecting back to computer once you see connect to itunes let go of home button and you should see a message appear on itunes ssaying it has detected a device in recovery mode, from there you will be able to restore.
