what should i when my iPhone 4 crash and i cant reset it or click on app at all

Try this First...

Turn the Phone Off... ( if it isn’t already )

Press and Hold the Sleep/Wake Button and the Home Button at the Same Time...

Wait for the Apple logo to Appear and then Disappear...

Usually takes about 15 - 20 Seconds... ( But can take Longer...)

Release the Buttons...

Turn the Phone On...

If you try all these Steps and you still have issues... Then a Visit to an Apple Store or AASP (Authorized Apple Service Provider) is the Next Step...

Thanks! But if these steps doesnt work, and i send it to Apple to fix it and they will send me a new iphone 4 if they cant fix the old iphone 4. Is it any chance that i can get a white iphone whith same GB ?

To the best of my knowledge... Apples policy is to Replace Same with Same.
