Voice memo icon missing iPhone 4S

I have a fairly new iphone 4s and can't find the voice memo icon anywhere it's not in itunex on my imac, i have tried to reset the homescreen but to no avail. Does anyone have any idea of what i can do?

It will not be in iTunes on your Mac. It is built into iOS.

It can not be deleted. Look in the "Utilities" folder or use spotlight on the phone to hunt it down. It's still there.

I found it using spotlight but i want to have the icon on the homescreen, that is the issue

I'm having the same issue, it's on the phone, but there is no icon.

Settings > General > Reset > Reset Home Screen Layout.
