My voice mail has not been working since I got my phone.  Some people can leave voice mail and some can't.  I have taken my phone into the store and called a number of times.  They have me update things, but nothing changes.  I have had this phone since it came out, Oct. of last year.  I would appreciate any help, or would like to know if anyone else is having this problem???

Have you talked to your cellular carrier?  I would think that if some people are having problems leaving VMs it would be a carrier problem.

Voice mail is a carrier feature. Talk to your carrier about the problem.
