I was hoping to be able to either Save the Voice Mail as a MP3 or something, or to be able to Forward it to some account or other - but there is no option to do this. I see that we have all kinds of other Apps to save voice memos and recordings, but we cannot do anything with the Voice Messages?
Is there some way to do this otherwise, some hack, or am I forgetting to turn on some option?

Sadly, Apple doesnt offer a way to save the Visual Voicemail, and I doubt they allow developers a way to access the visual voicemail files. Im not 100% on whether or not developers have access, but I would imagine someone would have created an app to take advantage of this already if there was a way with the iPhone SDK.

Since voicemail is stored with the carrier and not on your phone, no, theres no way do do what you want. Only thing I can think of is to try & record the voicemail to your computer as you play it with the speaker set to on on your phone.

Are you sure it isnt temporarily stored on the iPhone?
