Update to 4.3 to 4.3.1 numerous crashes and freezes iPhone

I have upgraded to the latest iOS and began to experience problems with the unit:
My phone freezes (many different applications, mail, the phone app itself, everything);The battery drains very fast, less than 2 hours of calls and it is -15% when the signal bar is full on GSM!It started to self restart (a few times in the middle of a GSM call or FaceTime!!!!)iPhone started to loose GSM reception even though there is no problem with the service and on another phone with my SIM it works fine. When I try to manually search for service and pick my operator from the list it tells me that it is unavailable. Restart and reset does not help! It happens again and again!I want to rollback to the previous software but it seems to be impossible since when a new SW is out I usually get some sort of error when trying to get back the previous...
I didnt have all these before! Is iOS4.3.1 software a beta for internal testing or a public release? I feel like unofficial alfa tester! I am in the middle of business trip and just want to have a phone and e-mail access and didnt mean to solve connectivity related problems...
