My dad bought me your company iPhone at full price with no obligation for the birthday Now, my iPhone is locked to your network and I can not receive calls or messages.,today  

My dad wanted to surprise me for my birthday but it was not a surprise because this iphone not work (phone calls, and messages). I read online that you are ready also to open the Unlocked iPhone.

We are a family with many children we are seven, my dad can not buy me another iPhone and I'm very sad and depressed. This iPhone I waited over a year and finally reached it does not work.

I beg you please help me open my iPhone Unlocked. I would be very grateful if you open my iPhone Unlocked you just do not understand how you will do me happy and smile If you take my iPhone Unlocked.

I don't know who you think you're talking to, but no-one here can do anything about it. ONLY the carrier the phone is locked to can unlock it. Not Apple, and certainly not us. This is a user to user community.

 

Contact the carrier the phone is locked to and ask them what their policy is. Not all carriers will unlock iPhones.

It sounds to me like you purchased an iPhone that was without contract, not one that was unlocked. From what dealer and in what country did you purchase this iPhone?
