Unlocks are generally performed by only the carrier, you may want to contact them to see if an over the air (or remote) unlock can be performed. Otherwise, I would say you're out of luck.

Basically you cannot

Carriers need to see the iPhone active on their network (in the carrier's area)

and an active customer to sanction an unlock

You are lucky as 3 are the only swedish carrier to offer unlocking

but only in Sweden
