To anyone who is willing to help,

I have recently tried to connect to my home wifi and came to find that the Wi-Fi button was greyed out and i could not open anything.

I have researched everything possible, reseted not only the Network Connections but the whole iPhone. It now doesnt even show up when it is connected to my laptop on iTunes. I have just purchased my new iPhone about a week ago due to sound, camera and other functional problems. I am very dissapointed with the quality and the amount of defects, it has cost me a large amount of money and made me angry and stressed. Please someone give me hope and help me with a solution to my problem!

If the wifi button is greyed out, something clearly is wrong here.

Was this working before? If yes, try to resert to factory settings. If no, try an IOS upgrade if available and last one, you might want to check the warranty here.
