Two oil stain like spots on my screen and dust iPhone 3G

Recently using my iPhone i have noticed that i have two separate oil stain like spots on my LCD screen which stands out clearly against a light background, one of the spots is on the top third and second is on the last third of the screen? i would like to know if anyone has this problem? and if so what can i do?
Another thing which has been annoying me lately is that my screen has a lot of dust particles inside of the glass, and theres nothing i can do to get rid of it! i mean this is an expensive piece of equipment and to see dust get inside you screen really lets me down from Apple. Again is there anything i can do or even say to Apple about this?
I would greatly appreciate any advice or recommendations. Thanks in advance.
