Trouble with touch screen for iphone 4
Reply TopicThe screen displays an outlined box around each item I touch, I have to press down on a number and tap it several times for it to work, and I am not able to scroll. Does this sound familiar to anyone? I tried turning the phone off, however, that didn't help. I took off the screen protector and cleaned the screen to no avail. Does anyone have any suggestions that I have not tried that may work?

#2Basic troubleshooting steps clearly outlined in the User Guide are restart, reset, restore from backup, restore as NEW.
If the basic troubleshooting steps don't work, then you'll need to bring your phone into Apple for evaluation and probable replacement.
