I downloaded an free application, when I got used to the application I decided to buy the full version. Later, when I transferred it to my itunes, it’s not the full version instead it’s the free version. How do I transfer the full version to my itunes? (Note: I purchased the full version through my phone and the application I downloaded is "note lock")

Delete the free app from iTunes then connect your iPhone and do transfer purchases.
