Touch screen 4s

I dropped my 4S in a toilet last night and after fishing it out I left it in a bag of rice over night. This morning it seemed like it was fried but when I left for work i plugged it into my charger and when I came home it was on and seemed fully functional. The only problem is that touch screen doesn't respond at all, i tried restarting it but that did nothing. I'd love to try and restore it but i can't connect to itunes without unlocking it, basically is there anyway to unlock it through itunes because I can't find one. thanks.
