i bought it from UK and i dont have any servicr provider in my cuntry.

how can i send it to repair.

the phone is sttil under warrenty.

Have you tried a soft reset: hold both the power and home buttons until the apple logo appears (ignore the red slider) and the iPhone restarts.  If that does not work then go to the Support button in the upper right of this screen and navigate to ExpressLane and query about obtaining service.
