This really upsetting me iPhone 4

I used the same Apple ID purchased 2 Mac mini + 1 New Mac mini and many more Apple products online from Taiwan, the exactly the same Apple ID : mauricette2@mac.com and Paid it by Credit Card issued by Taiwan bank.(In U.S. Apple online Store, items sent to U.S. address of a friends of mine, then he sent it back to Taiwan.)
I couldnt buy any software from iTune(USA) with my iPod touch needs to use, exactly the same Apple ID, it shows Your account is only valid for purchases in the Taiwan iTunes Store. Clicking OK will take you to this store.
I HATE TAIWAN iTunes Store, I dont want anything from TAIWAN iTune Store, can you hear me? APPLE?
There are many stuffs that TAIWAN iTune Store DOESNT HAVE, which U.S. iTune Store have.
So, APPLE allows customers purchase BIG DEAL products only such as iMac, MacBook, MacBook Pro, Mac mini?
I guess I will have to report this to my boss, they are about to make a bulk buying for iPad, I need to STOP them, since APPLE WILL NOT ALLOW ANYONE OTHER THAN U.S. credit card TO BUY ANYTHING IN U.S. iTune Store. (Except for those BIG DEAL products... you know, this is really tricky)
