If you are referring to winmail.dat files and you can't get the email(s) resent, then you could try one of the third-party apps from the app store that works with winmail.dat files

And if you are referring to winmail.dat files, why not ask Microslop why they have refused to do anything about their spaghetti coding garbage in this regard?

It is a simple .pdf file that opens just fine on the blackberry.
