My text messages to non iPhones are not received nor will I receive their text messages. Please help me. My friends think I am ignoring them. Thanks in advance for your assistance.........Jay

Contact your carrier.

As with email, after a text message is successfully sent what happens to the message after that has nothing to do with the sender's phone or recipient's phone.
