It my job to "babysit" my kid and thats what Im trying to do, using the tools at hand.

So before you go telling me whos job is what, what the law may or may not be, try thinking about whether or not you are actually helping to answer the question asked. Pretty simple huh?

There is an app for that on the iPhone just go to the app store and do a search. I just did a search and found one but I have already forgoten the name... senior moment.

CAVEAT - But they all use GPS running in the background and that will drain the battery very quickly.

Update: I re-searched for the app and it is called "MobiLocPlus".
