i bought iphone 5 from sprint in contract i paid for it to work internationally i paid out my contract so when i leave u.s i can use it in trinidad. i am now in trinidad and when i put my s in it says activation code required. please help

i have the Iphone 4S 16GB unlocked..this is the problem ...i cannot imesg my brother in trinidad in the Caribbean where i live as well who has the same phone ,,,,but i can imesg my family in NY....apple did a restore on itunes >>did umpteen resets on the phone and nothing works.>>plse help someone... i really do love my iphone but i need imesg to work here.Apple live agent told me she hs to contact the engineers which will take approx 4 days for her to call me back

Why cant Apple accept smaller cities and countries exist iPhone 4

I just wish that Apple would realize that there are other places on earth besides the US, Europe and Asia!!I am trying to put in my city code for my clock on my iphone 4 and it will not let me put in Port of Spain, trinidad & Tobago. My Nokia phone bought in 2005 allows this and my cheap Casio watch recognizes other smaller cities on earth...why cant Apple??I thought the general idea was to have ALL citizens on earth using your products??Please do something update wise (and NO, I do not want to enter Bridgetown, Barbados as a next best bet.Thank you, Vaio Windows 7
