HELP S card not compatible after being in Apple store iPhone 5

I went to an Apple store with my 3gs as i have a few problems the girl restored my phone back to factory settings.  When i came home i conected my phone to itunes it says  only compatible sim cards from a supported carrier may be used to activate iphone.  please insert the sim card that came with your iphone or visit a supported carriers store to receive a replacement sim card. my sim card is inserted so has the girl that works at the apple store broke my phone.  can someone please help as i live quite a bit away from an apple store. Ashley

I have an iPhone 5 in black but it has yellowish spot on screen.

I have an iPhone 5. I got it last Monday April 15th. I got the black one. After the first day I noticed there was a small yellowish spot in the top left corner of the screen. It hasn't went away. Today I am going to call apple to try and get a replacement since its still so very new. But I am also wanting to switch to the white iPhone 5. Because I want it to match my ipad. And because I don't like the black as good as I thought I would. Do you think apple will let me? And if they do should I switch to the white?

I've been an dedicated Apple customer since the iPhone 2G and have qued up every release day for the next model. Always delighted with the service at apple, im now disappointed that my phone had to be replaced 2 weeks ago as it would turn off when ever it felt like it. Problems happen, Happy customer with a replacement immediately.  Now 2 weeks later, the replacement phone has died (tried all suggested revival techniques to no avail) Apple (Southampton) tell me they cant help me until Wednesday evening as their busy. Is my Business supposed to go on hold until Wednesday? Surly I must be able to pop in to store and wait to see someone and get it remedied? Im very disappointed with the telephone service of the girl on the phone at Apple Southampton. Anyone have any suggestions?

my iphone4 will not turn on. It's been of since March 15th, 2013. I tried hooking it up to itunes and it the computer did not pick up that the phone was connected. Still off. I held the home and lock button down for about 30 seconds and its still off. I have checked my phone and i dont see any signs of water damages. Yes, it has been cracked and it is still cracked. Hello , so i hawe buy iphone 4s 32 gb in germany from frend  with t-mobile , everything just fine , updated to  6.0.1 from 6.0 fine to because i donth ned any activation screen but after 2012 i come back with iphone in lithuania with no t-mobile sim .. and this weak i updated to 6.1 and boom activation screen just com right in mi face saing that "donth hawe t-mobile sim" trow your phone away .... that is not fair because phone costs alot,, in Lithuanian money  for ne its wery big money .. okey i work hard i can buy it ,, but wath now when im in lithuania ? buy ticket to germany  ,, then buy t-mobile  for 30euros and back to my country that i can activate me iphone screen ?!?! and in apple comercial its showing that girl come and trow hamer in screen and relasing all people from hipnosis.. now i can tel that screen is aple and that gir wil never comed there with that hammer ....  (Sorry for bad english)(and unlock or activate me phone because u locking it from me now )

Restored my iPhone 3G without security backup and lost everything

Hi, Is there a way to find and reinstall some of the apps I had on the iPhone? I got a new phone and gave me daughter the 3G, and instead of making a security backup like always, I spaced out and restored the phone just like that. Obviously, everything got wiped clean and none of the apps we wanted to install on the clean 3G will work now, since they aren't compatible with iOS 4.2.1 anymore. I feel very dumb and my girl was really looking forward to use the phone. Please tell me there is a way to get the right versions of the apps to reinstall. I seriously feel like an idiot on many levels. Help! 

HELP How I exit out of recovery mode without restoring iPhone 4

Okay... so a few hours ago, I tried to install an update on my iPhone 4. I'm not sure which update it is but I know that my phone's been asking me about it for quiet some time now. Anyway, I was connected to my house's wifi (it isn't so sharp in my room - in fact it's pretty spotty) and well it took probably 20 minutes for it to fully install. When it was over, the phone turned off and turned back on and there was the 'connect to Itunes' stuff. Here's where it gets complicated... I'm currently on exchange right now and so I have no access to my laptop nor my iTunes. When I discovered my phone's state, I quickly installed iTunes on the computer I'm using here on exchange. Of course, when I plugged in my iPhone it said something with restoring or else blah blah blah. But the thing is, I really don't want to restore my iPhone. It has all my apps (one of them that I use to message friends back home) and all my beautiful, great pictures from exchange so far. I know, I know.. I should have backed up my pictures but I'm pretty lousy with technology (I'm the type to press 'renew later' on expired programs and press agree without actually reading the terms of agreements) and well I am a teenage girl... Now I've tried youtubing or googling how to get out of this mess without restoring my phone and there hasn't been anything that's worked. Call connected but silence iPhone 5

I have a problem with one in every 4-5 calls gets connected and the call timer starts but I can't hear the other party nor can they hear me. This haas been happening since I got the phone. I have tried restore and a clean restore after DFU mode. Also updated software but still a few callls every day do this.  Spoke with Apple care who did some diagnostics and saw that the calls had been dropping and he checked that I had done restore and also updated software. He said that it was a Hardware problem and that he would send a new phone but would take a few days and I could pick up new phone from apple store.  Went to the apple store and the girl says its a software issue, I need to restore as a new phone and NOT restore from my back up. So all my contacts, apps and photos will not be in new phone. I see this as a huge problem as then I will have to manually download all of my 50-60 apps again one by one.  Can anyone confirm if this will in fact fix my problem or is she just talking......

iMessage problems iPhone 3G

I have a problem with my iMessage (or may be it's Apple ID?). This may sound bogus, but it's far from it. Basically, several days ago i updated my phone to ios 6 and i noticed so many texts that were sent to my friends that weren't sent from me. My friends are still getting messages from me that i never sent and i can see in my phone that i sent them. I tried to turn off my iMessage in settings, changed all passwords, but nothing helped me. I have another one device, but iMessage doesn't work on it. So what's this (or who's this guy/girl) and what should i do? Thank you in advance for your help.

How can I downgrade back to iOS 5.1.1 iPhone

I have been a die-hard Mac user since I received my first Bondi Blue iMac in 1998. I have been an avid customer ever since. I use Apple products on a daily basis. I mix music, videos, edit photos, and communicate with my friends & clients using Apple hardware & software. I recently purchased an iPhone 4S. It has proven to be the most useful thing I have ever purchased. I just moved to Maui from the mainland and my iPhone has been my lifeline to my family on the mainland. I Facetime with my daughter on a regular basis and I use the Google Maps App to navigate all over the island. Today I upgraded to iOS 6 so that I could FaceTime with my daughter without a WiFi connection. Now my Facetime won't work at all, many of the game apps shut down in mid-play (not a problem until today), and the Map App *****! I thought all of the hype about iOS 6 being bad was just sour grapes, but now I am regretting the upgrade. Steve Jobs earned my loyalty by giving me what I want from a computer/smartphone/netpad. But now that he's gone, I don't like the way things are going. I hate the fact that Apple is forcing me to keep the new iOS and not signing restorations to the previous iOS. If this is not addressed, I will cease to buy any more Apple products. I was planning on getting an iPad2 for my little girl, but I don't think that's in the cards anymore. Apple needs to understand that they had a loyal following because they gave us what we want. Well, I DON'T want iOS 6. It ***** and it's a failure. It was wrong to exchange a good thing for something inferior. That's a Windows-type blunder that I'm surprised to see Apple make. Apple needs to accept it's mistake and listen to it's customers. If this isn't handled right by Apple's new brass, I may have to switch over to Android. I'm serious as a heart attack. I want what I want the way I want it, and I want it from Apple. But I WILL go elsewhere if I can't get it. I posted these sentiments to my Facebook and every one of my friends who upgraded expressed the same feelings.  regards,Dissapointed

iPhone 5 scratching not covered in warranty

I bought black iPhone5 recently. It is hardly two weeks and alla round the front edges I have scratches. I take pretty good care of my phone and between my wife and I, have owned first gen iPhone, the 3G, 4S and now this one (oh, and also iPad 3). I have to say I'm extremely disappointed with the current one's quality. I don't care if it is anodized aluminium or not but it shouldn't scratch *this* easily as I know I have neither dropped it or roughed it up in anyway. I didn't even get enough time to research the protection cases available before it got scratched. I was surprised to find that Apple does not cover this in the warranty they provided. I took it to the store and the girl there simply told me that's the way iPhone5 is and I need to either live with it or if I have option to return just return it. Thens he showed me her iPhone5 (white) saying look this didn't scratch and I was easily able to point her out to *all* the scratches she had but they were just not as visible on silver. Being a long time customer I found it very offensive that a phone would scratch in so many places within two weeks and am simply told that I am the one at fault and not the phone. Anyways, my question is - does Apple really not cover it in warranty considering it is not one off issue? If that indeed is the case unfortunately I will have to return it, fortunately its within 30 days of the purchase from the phone carrier. The only pain point is that first I will have to return, then wait for *another* 3-4 weeks before I get a replacement phone. Sigh..

Worst luck . . . Shattered iPhone 4s Screen

I recieved my iPhone 4s in January 2012. In may the speaker started acting funny, so I recieved a refurbished phone, free of charge because I was still under warranty. When this occured I was notified that this means my one-year warranty was restarted, so the one year began with the new refurbished phone. Today has been one of those days you just want to curl up and go to bed. So off to a rough start in the morning, I was running a little late to my Physics Lecture because I was preparing for an interview immediately afterwards. By the time I got there, all the middle section front seats were taken, which is where I usually sit. Therefore, since I didn't bring my glasses, my next best option was to sit as close as possible, which led me to the left most area that unfortunately has a drop infront of the first row.  A few minutes before class was to begin a girl wanted to sit in the row I was in, which is a very small space. So she wouldn't have to squeeze through, I got up and let her in. Then her friend came and I did the same thing. Then they decided they would rather sit in the top row of the middle sections. Once again, I got up and as they were trying to get out, smash, and my iphone is laying face down a few feet below where I'm standing. All I got was a "that *****". So yes, I do typically have the worst luck possible. I am a college student, I have practically no money. Any suggestions on what I can do? Thank you.

I need to recover all texts from contact I deleted almost 2 months ago. iPhone

Basically I'm dating this girl, and we text a lot, in the order of maybe 3000  to 4000 per month. After about 2 months she got a new phone, and without thinking I deleted the old contact on my phone because I was never going to need to text that number ever again. Anyways, after a few weeks of backing up my phone automatically through iTunes she suddenly said to me, "Make sure you don't delete all those texts we had, might want to look back at them and remember all the good times we had starting out in life..."  Is there any possible way to recover any of those texts? I looked at the folder that contains all the files for the iTunes back up, I can see there are many different dates for those files, but I'm if I temporarily move the most current ones will that mean I can back up to the older set? I can see files that go back almost a year, but I dont know if this is how the backups actually work. I have iPhone 4, completely updated, not jail broken or anything like that. Any suggestions?

how I use call forwarding until I get my iphone 4s working

I purchased an iphone 4S from Apple, unlocked. I also purchased a micro sim card from Straight Talk, then paid to have it activated on Sunday, July 15th. Today, Monday the 16th of July, straight talk told me they have no record of my having paid the $49.15 that I paid to have their sim card activated, but my bank says they took it out of my account. Straight Talk had told me that my Boost mobile phone would work until they ported my phone number from Boost, but now it doesn't send or receive calls, and I can't make or receive calls on my iphone either. Is there a way I can forward all my calls to another phone until I get the correct profile downloaded into my iphone?

5 iPhone 4S's all DEFECTIVE

So I just wanted to share my recent Apple experience.  I had bought the iPhone 4S on launch day back in October and had ZERO issues with it.  I then FOOLISHLY sold it to go to Verizon and get the Galaxy Nexus.  Well after coming to my senses I decided to go to the Apple store and pick up a white 32GB unlocked iPhone.  Well this is where it all began.  This phone was perfect execpt when it vibrated.  It sounded like something was loose inside the phone.  The Apple Genius gladly swapped it out for a black 32GB.  Well this model did the same thing but not as badly.  The Apple store REFUSED to swap it again and said I can just return it or live with it. So I got my money back and decided to save some money and just buy a sealed iPhone 4S on eBay locked to AT&T.  Well I did that and that phone which was brand new seemed to have a very loose sleep wake button.  When you slightly turned the phone from portrait mode to landscape mode you can hear it make a noise inside.  Called up AppleCare and they agreed it SHOULD NOT be doing that.  They sent me a "Service Phone" which had a VERY LOOSE home button.  I mean this was so obvious it was almost sickening.  I was about to punch someone because of all the aggravation I've dealt with at this point.  That very night I drove all the way to the Apple Store which is an hour and a half away and he swapped it out.  Well that one (my current one) seemed fine.  All I cared about was that the home button was not loose by any means.  Well a couple days after playing with the phone I noticed that the home button is slightly crooked and a huge speck of dust is stuck inside the camera lens.   I've been so busy the last couple weeks I decided to call Apple Care tonight and they were shocked by how many phones I've had.  I apologized to the poor girl that this may seem obsessive, but I payed a lot of money and an Apple product shouldn't have all these flaws.  She 100% agreed and after being on hold for a very long time decided to just send me a BRAND NEW (NOT SERVICED) phone.  I was like wow, you can do that?  She said, I should not have had all those issues and just got unlucky with the first one being brand new, but said it was likely to happen with the service models.   So long story short, I am very afraid my BRAND NEW iPhone 4S that I'll be getting next week will have some kind of issue.  With every one of these "defective" phones I compared them to my friend's iPhone 4S.  His seems flawless, go figure.  All of these defective iPhones were made between January-March 2012. I have never had a quality control problem with any Apple product before.  Hopefully I just got really, really unlucky.

UK iPhone 4S ActivationUsage Abroad

Hi, I immigrated from the UK to Hong Kong on Saturday 15th. I was lucky enough to have my 4S pre-order from the Apple UK Online Store arrive on the 14th at my doorstep. Does anyone know why I can't activate certain SIM cards in my 4S? I'm currently still on my O2 sim and roaming, but when I tried a local PCCW (it's equivilent of BT over here) sim card, it wouldn't activate. The shop owner then tried it in another new 4S (also from UK he said) and it activated fairly quickly eliminating the SIM to be the problem. I can activate 3 Hong Kong SIM cards without issue. I'm going to try Smartone-Vodafone later today (who I plan to start a SIM only contract with anyway) when the store opens but any idea's before I go? All networks here are GSM based and not CDMA. Are UK iPhone 4Ss locked down to UK similarly-based carriers (i.e. the UK has a 3 network presence, hence it works in HK)?  Thanks in advance, any answer could solve my problem.

My 3g is not even two weeks old. I cant describe how disappointed I am with it. I thought Apple made good technology - and I thought an Apple Genius was meant to know their stuff.My estimation of the brand and its products has plummeted.Three times now, out of nowhere, my phone mid-call loses all signal, freezes on the main screen, and then goes to the Emergency Calls Only icon. Ive tried going in and out of recovery mode, restoring the phone AND Ive had TWO Genius appointments. The first guy said hed fixed it - TEN MINUTES LATER exactly the same thing happened. The second girl assured me shed solved the problem - now, not even 24 hours later, Ive had exactly the same experience.Please can someone help on this? I am so fed up of being left with no phone - and am so, so upset to have invested in such unreliable technology.

Iphone 3G error code 1604

I was trying to update my iphone to the new software and it got interrupted somehow... Anyways itunes told me to restore the iphone, but when I started the restore it wouldnt go further than preparing the iphone for restore. Then it just stops and says the error code 1604.Ive updated my itunes, my computer is upto date as far as I know, Ive reset the computer, tried a different USB port, tried 2 other computers, and tried holding the home button when I plugged the USB cord into the computer. Ive tried everything that I can find on the internet pretty much and Im at my wits end. I bought the phone April 15th, 2010; less than a year ago! and every time I update it, there is always a problem, it constantly freezes even though I dont have many apps on it... very frustrated... I am a pretty loyal Apple customer, with numerous ipods and phones (2g and 4), running iTunes on a variety of computers (XP, Vista and Win7).I own 8 Apple devices, more counting ones I have given to folks when I upgraded, so I would guess I have $3-$4 grand tied up in Apple hardware, not counting music.So, I have a number of questions about things that happen with my 4, which are neither unique to this model (it happens on the other phones as well), nor to any particular computer (it happens regardless of which base machine or OS I use), so we can discount all the usual chicken-waving solutions of re-installing iTunes, Windows, re-setting the iPhone etc.Been there, done that, have the elevated blood pressure to prove it.So please, indulge me and answer these simple questions:1) Why cant you keep track of album art? I mean, we are not talking about writing AI software for SkyNet here, we are talking about the most basic flat-file database function in the world: associating one file (image) with another file (audio). Yet, I am looking at my play list right now, and the album art for Imogene Heaps Aha is Keith Olbermans podcast artwork. My NPR Car Talk podcast is a picture of Frank Sinatras girl from Ipanema. I would say that at any given time, 20-25% of my album art is wrong, despite being correct in my iTunes library when I download the songs to my phone.I havent changed my play list, though I do download podcasts every day (and erase the old ones). Why cant you keep this straight? Why do these files get corrupted all the time (this happens on all my ipods, not just my iphones, and regardless of whether the music is ripped form my CD collection or bought from iTunes)? It got worse when you added cover flowI have an IBM XT running dBase in 640K of memory on a 20MB hard drive that still performs this function flawlessly. Could you possibly get hold of a copy and use it to keep track of my cover art? Im sure that whoever owns whats left of Ashton-Tate would make you a sweet deal. Perhaps you could replace IOS with CP/M?2) Why do you REFUSE to allow me to download a podcast over 20MB, but are perfectly willing to stream the very same podcast? Did I miss something in my computer classes? Are streamed megabytes smaller than downloaded megabytes?By forcing me to stream a podcast, you force me to endure constant interruptions because of AT&Ts crappy service (and dont I get enough grief with them dropping every third phone call?). Whereas if you just let me download it, even with that same crappy service, I would EVENTUALLY get the whole file and be able to listen to it uninterrupted.3) Also, when I stream a AUDIO podcast, why do you tell me Loading movie?4) Why do you periodically insist that a particular podcast cannot be played on this iPhone, yet I can reach across the table to a co-workers IDENTICAL phone, download the VERY SAME SHOW, and it will plays fine? Then for giggles, Ill try and download the show later that evening, and it works just fine.5) Why did you epoxy the glass to the LCD so that when my phone fell two feet to the carpeted floor of my car and cracked, the repair is going to cost me about $200, instead of the ridiculous $50 you could have charged me to replace a $5 piece of glass?6) Why do you interrupt an app update download, to make me OK the TOS agreement (that you seem to amend every other week), then force me to RE-ENTER THE PASSWORD to re-start the download process that YOU stopped in order to force to me to agree to your latest TOS update? Couldnt you spare the 1K of memory to cache the password, or was the programming simply too complicated the Kindergarten class who wrote IOS?7) Why do you make me answer OK to warnings about adult content to apps I have already OKed?, that currently reside on my phone?8) Why did you replace the docking cable connector with a connector 2/3s smaller, making it MUCH harder to get the **** cable disconnected from my phone?9) Why do you keep changing the charging socket so that I have to buy a brand new 3rd party devices every time you come out with new model? Last time I checked in with physicist brother-in-law, electrons still moved along copper wire the same way the did in Edisons day.I ask these questions because I truly cannot understand why the software for these devices is so shoddy (and I say this as a man who has worked with Microsoft products for 25+ years). I cannot understand why the simplest of programming tasks (like keeping album art straight) is beyond the capability of a multi-billion corporation with thousands of programmers on staff.This phone (and my others) are NOT jailbroken, they are running stock IOS software. I have even tried removing all 3rd-party apps from my phone to see if this could be a problem.Nope. Same shoddy performance.And before some wag makes a comment about Windows, I have two friends who run Macs on OS X and they experience many of these same problems. I will not hold my breath about getting answers to these questions, as I am coming to the conclusion you folks really just dont care. But despite how much Id love to buy an iPad, I am done with any new Apple products until you get the old ones actually working. system clock getting behind iPhone 4

My system clock of my iPhone 4 is getting behind. Its set to automatically and I know it could be my telecom provider.Though, I reset my iPhone this weekend and the time was for one day in exact sync with all the other clocks (my Mac, and other timesyncclocks). But now its five seconds behind, after a few days. My girl friends iPhone 3G is still always on time, after two years... How is this possible? iPhone iOS 4 MBP 1,1

what should I if Ive got problem and cant contact with call center iPhone 4

Hello guys. I just did purchase iphone4 from online store and just received it last Monday 15th Nov. I found that the charging adapter havent worked at all since the first time I used it. I tried to test it several times and I also went to an apple retail shop to try it but it didnt work as well. They said I had to call to customer service to ask for a new one because they cant replace it for me.Anyway, Ive just called to call centre service and talked to a officer who serviced me. Unfortunately, I got a signal problem at that time and didnt ask him the name, although he do know my problem. I mean I could hear his voice clearly, but I didnt hear me Then I tried to call it second time again. Another officer picked up the phone and asked me the problem. They leaved me for waiting with waiting songs around 3-4 songs( almost 10minutes) and the signal has disappeared. it should be frustrated for me. iPhone 4 screen slow to respond

Hey guys. I have had my iPhone 4 since launch now and I am having some trouble with it. My screen seems very slow to respond. My girl friend also has an iPhone 4 and hers is way better than mine. I did a software restore which fixed it ! but when it synced all of my data back to the phone such as apps, music, photos, e.t.c e.t.c it slowed right up again ! Does anyone know what I might have to do in order to speed things up. Without this functionality working it becomes a worthless phone.The kind of good news is if you own a 3GS or Blackberry it works great. 50 feet away at least. Or in your pocket while running, walking, full cardio training etc. very clear and never skipped once.Hint: it has something to do with the screen. We did all of the testing with the screen completely covered in various cases and we tried the phone with cases that had nothing covering the screen and no case at all. When the screen is in closed in a case or held in hand by its edges it works fine. With the screen exposed whether using a thin protective screen or not the problem happens. Note: all of the iPhones 4 were completely reset. One of the iPhone 4’s we tested was never setup to be a phone, it was just used to play music. All failed the test. Apple sold me an unlockd iphone4 but it wasnt true my phone locked Help

Hi every one !First of all, sorry for my english it isnt good enought¡ My name is ernst and I live by now in Mexico City but Im going to move to another country soon. So thats why I was really interested in a unlocked iphone. I made a travel to US the last week in order to get one. Once I get there, I made a call to UTSs Apple Store for asking if they still having iphone 4 but the unlocked one and they confirmed it. I was there since September 15th and that day I went to UTCs Apple Store in San Diego, CA. and I bought it.Now Im in Mexico City and Ive put a new microSIM Card, and you know what? it doesnt work !! Mary the girl who attended me in Apple Store, sold me this as the unlocked one for 780 dlls. because the regular one was cheaper. I called to Customer Service here in Mexico and they cannot do anything because the iphone was sold in US, diving into the appless web page I couldnt find any email or chat for this kind of issues.Im really up-set because I expended a lot of money to get the iphone4 and they sold me the regular iphone with a price of the unlocked one !!I want and Apples solution. iPhone 4 Screen Replacement Cracked

Hi all,As you can tell by the direct subject line of my post, yes, my iPhone 4 screen is knackered.My phone slipped off of my office chair today when I put it down mid-text to read an email. Its about a whole foot off the ground, since I like to low-ride around at work. I picked it up, nonchalant, as you do if it has a small fall, looked at the screen and gasped. I never thought they were that fragile!Anyhoo, I was wondering how much it would cost for an iPhone 4 screen replacement in GBP from Apple.I phoned their automated system and the nice robotic girl was very helpful at not being very helpful at all. I never thought Id try and argue with The Terminators sister, but I did!Ive decided against insurance since most (if not all companies) are wanting about £100 upfront for any iPhone 4 claim + the monthly premiums. Plus trying to claw any sort of solace out of an insurance company usually takes about 6 months.Ive had a look at a couple of third party repairs companies and mobileease.co.uk seems like one of the best bets thus far, although I dont know if theyd use the fabled and genuine aluminosilicate glass. I cant seem to find the price for an Apple repair anywhere online. I was even quoted £60 for an iPhone screen via my service provider (Which I think was for a 3G/3GS). I think my iPhone 4 could of used a replacement screen anyways, as there were some major scratches around my screen and it was hard to use it in direct sunlight.Thanks in advance for reading my rant,Jamie. Problem with backing-up no date shown for manual backups of my iPhone

Hey guys,Ive got a problem with backing up my iPhone that I am pretty worried about. When I try to make a manual backup of my iPhone in iTunes it appears to make a backup. However when I check out the list of backups made, it only shows backups from 15th july 2010 and before, as well as the default undated backup. It appears as if my manual backup is made, but that it is written over the undated autobackup made by iTunes when I sync. However I just want to be able to store several recent backups! Invisashield kiosk broke my phone iPhone 4

I did a retail swap at the apple store in stownstown mall at sanfrancisco and as soon as I left I have the invisashield booth my brand new phone 4 box to put a shield on it. They put it on and put it back in the box and I was on my way. 3 minutes later when I get to my car and open my phones box and touch my phone for the very first time I notice the screen has severe water damage all over it. I went right back to the invisashield place and showed them and told them how I haunt even touched the phone yet and how there the only ones who even laid a finger on it. And they denied denied. Denied everything!!!I go to the apple store and explain what just happened an they tell me they cant fix water damage so Im SOL! I even had the apple technitian come out and tell them its a water fanged phone. They still deny its thier fault.. When as soon as I left the store with the brand new phone they were the first ones to touch it and I wasnt even gone for 5 mins. This is all in a 20 minute period .Apple said the water damage indicators dent go off on the charger port or headphone jack. So how would water get on there???? They denied everything and now I am out 600 fillers becouse of some stupid little asain girl with an attitude got the water glue alll on my BRAND NEW IPHONE. Be warned!!! Iphone 4 iOS 4

HI, I really need help as I am not a technical girl! I cannot sync my iphone with itunes. i have re-installed itunes and re-booted phone but it still wont connect. Part of me thinks there will be a very limited supply of white ones available on the 24th on a first come first serve basis. But another part of me thinks the other part of me is a moron and there arent going to be any but black. I talked to a girl at apple today and she said she couldnt speculate, but she did hint that there might be some in stores on launch day on first come first serve. Question on iPhone 4 reserved on June 24th in apple store 3G

I got the confirmation email early on June 15th 7am Eastern time. I know they changed the release date for some but am I affected. Are they still releasing June 24th for me. I didnt get a email saying it was pushed back for me. Also, when I reserved the iPhone 4, is it a guarantee that I will have it on the release date if I reserved. Do I have to wait in line all night or can pick it up anytime and still get my iPhone 4. I was planning on going at 7am on June 24th to pick my iPhone up. If someone can answer my questions that will be great.
