I Recently had my iphone 4S repaired as the screen was smashed and I now cannot sync any of my music on to it. The downloads all fail and I've tried to sync on my computer but nothing happens! Please any ideas?

I found a bunch of answers to my problem online but none work. Tried rebooting it, singning in and out of my Apple ID, connecting it to the iTunes of my computer (both normal andd wirelessly), etc. Nothing works, AT ALL! Please help.

My iphone 4s's screen has been busted.  The phone still works, but am unable to read messages.  I have backed everything up on iTunes. When I get the new device will I get to read my messages/texts that have come thru prior to backing up?

my iphone 4s volume isn't working

My iphone 4S volume isn't working. No sound when playing music. No ring or text message sound. If I try to turn volume up for ringer on side, the box appears, but no bar to show volume up or down. If I do a test ring in settings it works though. Silent switch is in the correct position. I tried a hard reboot (ignored the red slider). It worked a minute ago but then stopped again. It seems like it might have the problem when I'm trying to play music. Thanks!

Wifi connection problems with iphone 5

The problem I am having is that my iphone 5 will connect to my wifi at home but won't connect to my wifi at work. Everyone else can connect at work with no problem with their iphone 4,4s,android phones and iPads.The network I am trying to connect to is a secret network that I have to manually search for it and input a password. I don't have trouble finding the network the issues I'm having is whenever I put the password in it will say wrong password 10times in a row then it might connect for about 10min then it will disconnect itself and when I try to connect again it will either say wrong password or unable to connect to wifi!!!!! Please help I need wifi at work since I am there more than I'm home.Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks again

about a month ago i took a bath with my iphone 5 and didnt realized it and when i came out of the water the screen was black and didnt work and after that i putted my iphone in rice for 3 days so it dryed out but when i tryed to boot it up nothing happend so now after that month i put my iphone on charging for about 12h and when i came back the iphone was really hot and i could hear the speaker when i plugged my iphone in and out but the screen was blue like the starting screen but without the apple logo and i cant fix it. i tryed to restore it and reboot it ovar and ovar again but nothing worked.      ! english may be bad !

Can't hear callers during phone call. iphone 4

My wife has an iphone 4 and in the middle of conversations she becomes unable to hear the other person.  When the call starts she can hear them fine, but after a few minutes (sometimes less than a minute) she stops being able to hear the caller, but the caller can still hear her.  Switching to speakerphone does not help. This is a recent issue.  The phone has worked fine for the last 2 years but just started this issue in the last few weeks. Any ideas?

Hello! I live in Singapore. Our service provider allows us calls to countries around the world at no addional cost if we dial 019 first. However, I can't seem to use it with Siri. If i want to call my brother in california, I would have to dia 0191818xxxxxxx   It works when i punch it in, but siri won't actually make the call. says it's unable to. Same with anyone else overseas. (I live in this country alone.. all my family is abroad and I would like to be able to use Siri to make calls to family and friends internationally using 019).  Please let me know if there is a fix for this. I wish Siri would just dial whatever number you tell it to without restrictions.  Thanks in advance! Sagar.

Can't take case off iphone 4

I have a melting case on my iphone. I also have a back screen protector on it. I am unable to remove the case because it is really tight! I tried to use credit cards but that didn't work. Can someone please help meeee!?

The iphone 4 may not have a fast enough processor for your game, or may have too many apps running.  Try double clicking hte home button, touch and hold an app along the bottom edge until they all start to shake and a red circle with a minus sign appers on the corner of each.  Touch each red circle to dismiss all of those apps.  Then do a reboot by holding both the power and home buttons until the apple logo appears and it restarts.  Ignore the red slider if that appears. Now try starting your game again and see if it works better.

I've gone through 4 iphone 5's already. All Hardware issues with lock button current one freezes then gets stuck on flashing Apple logo.

So apparently I have terrible luck with Apple products. I've had to replace my iphone 5 3 times already. Gone through three phones within the same week. The one I have right now seems to be doing fine hardware wise as the lock button seems to work fine for now. But as I received the new iphone yesterday hoping all my troubles would be gone the phone shuts itself down after displaying a pattern of grey bars on the screen and then shows the Apple reboot logo for about 5 seconds before it slowly fades out and then tries to reboot again. Is this software related or do I have another hardware issue? I have restored it twice and it has happened both times. On a side note, the compass doesn't appear to work. It gets stuck on zero degrees and doesn't work at all on the Maps app or the Google Maps app. It is pretty cloudy here but usually when it's cloudy it shows some sort of response. This one shows none. Please, I just want a working phone.

GPS on iphone 4 Sometimes doesn't work

Hi Everyone.  I have an iPhone4 which was purchased from Koodo. When I used google map to navigate, sometimes the gps couldn't figure out where I was. The arrow was off the street and it stopped moving. I had to reboot my iphone to make it work. It has happened about 4-5 times in a month. Most of the time, it is fine. BTW, when I use automatic time zone, it never works I had another iPhone4 (unlocked from Apple Store) which never had such problem.  The IOS is up to date. I called Apple store asking for an exchange. They said no coz I got it from Koodo rather than Apple Store. They asked me to sign up the Genesis Bar instead.  Did anyone have a similar situation before?  Thank you very much for your help.

Shattered iphone 4s NO warranty

My iphone 4s is completely shattered and its not even 6 months old. Can Apple replace my phone for a new one even if I do not have a warranty? unable to log into Facebook through Settings App iphone 3G

When I download a new app and try to log into it though Facebook, it tells me that "Your Facebook settings prevent us from working. Open your settings app, go to the Facebook section and turn ON (the app)." When I attempt to do that, it tells me that "There was a problem accessing your account. Please reenter the password for (my name)." I'm assuming that it's asking for my Facebook password, so when I enter that, it tells me that my username or password is incorrect. I've tried my Facebook password (which I know is correct because I logged in and out of it on my laptop just to make sure), and I tried my Apple ID password as well which didn't work either. The only other thing that I can think of is that my username is incorrectly entered somewhere, but it doesn't give me the opportunity to enter my username, all it asks for is my password. This is extremely frustrating because it's preventing me from using multiple apps. Any help is appreciated, Thanks!

It started getting very sluggish, now reboots itself every few seconds after charging,, battery percentage life showing incorrect percentage, have to power down and back on to see correct percentage. I try to update an app, asks me for my apple id password which I provide, and then it just returns to the same screen without doing anything.  Of note, it only happens to an Apple ID I used to share with my family.  I use a new one now for apps I get, and I can update when the app was from that apple id.

Replaced iphone . Can't restore from iCloud. iphone 5

I'm in desperate need of help and this is my first time posting on the forums. I got my iphone 5 replaced by sprint due to a few dead pixels that became very noticable. I backed up all my info to iCloud. Now, when I'm trying to restore my replacement, I'm not allowed to. I'll click restore from iCloud and enter my user name and password and it works just fine. It restores, and half way installs all my apps and then says that its unable to finish. It says my iCloud password is wrong. The problem is, I must've backed up iCloud to my old Apple ID username and it's not letting me change it! I tried to explain it the best I could. Thanks in advance.

I was given an iphone 4s. This is the first time I use an iphone and I don't know the different while it was actually a jailbreak phone before.
