I made an in-app purchase but didn't get my item. I confirmed my purchase recieved my email receipt but no item. When in my receipt I hit the link to report a problem and am dumped into the neverending "support" website. I've made my way here- can someone give me an idea on what to do next? thanks

My iPhone 4 isn't charging and I wondered if it is a common problem, it's only a year old as I bought it from the Apple Store in New York. I've tried different leads incase it's a problem with that but they work on my ipad....help what do I do?
The thing is that i've been trying to use my iPhone 4S as master transmiter of GPS signals and accelerometer data for my ipad mini to use an app called air navigation pro, the deal is that when i try to pair my devices vía bluetooth they just seem not to recognize each other, the only way i can get them to work is by using personal hotspot or share internet option vía bluetooth, but thats the only way.I've heard theres a bug related to that, that our friends in cupertino just ignored when they updated IOS, Anyone can help me?, does Anyone has Any info about this, or maybe a solution.By the way since this may be due to my IOS instaled in my iPhone my devices are:-ipad mini wifi only IOS 6.1.3-iPhone 4s IOS 6.1.3Thanks in advance for Any info proportioned
I recently had a software update (6.1.4) on my Iphone 5. I ran the update last week and everything seemed fine. However, as of yesterday my phone no longer made sound, it just stopped making sounds to everything. It makes no sound when it rings, when I receive a text/email or when I try to listen to music. The sound is completely dead. The little switch on the left of the phone is turned on for volume. I did a reset and nothing seems to help. Has anyone encountered this problem? Does anyone have a solution?
Is there anything that can be done short of deleting one account and recreating it elsewhere?
There must be something wrong with my account, because when my family and I try to download songs, apps, or updates, it at first prompts that it's installing, but then changes back into the button you press to download it (it cancels). Something I need to reset/change?
I am having a problem with syncing my phone with my iTunes account. I have music I have purchased on my phone and music downloaded to my computer. If I try to download the music from the computer to my phone it tells me its going to delete what is on my phone.I have the iPhone 5.HELP ME!!!
Hi. Last Saturday morning I lost my phone and immediately went onto iCloud and entered the phone into Lost Mode, sent the message and Played Sound. Spent all that day reporting the loss to the police, insurance and Vodafone and generally panicking. Went to bed that night, put hand under pillow and guess what, found my darling phone!!! What a relief!! Cancelled Lost Mode on iCloud and restored passwords, Vodafone etc. HOWEVER, at various times (and obviously I never get any warning), the lost alarm still sounds and in public, people must think I have stolen my own phone!!! I have tried different ways to stop the alarm happening again eg setting Lost Mode over again and then cancelling it again but the alarm still goes off. All I have to do is press the on/off button to stop it sounding but the fact that it goes off in the first place is the problem. It should be cancelled! Why does the alarm still go off? Can anyone help please? Many thanks Susan

Using iPhone 3GS to change Apple ID: go to SETTINGS; then to Itunes & App Stores, tap your old Apple ID and sign out. When you sign out it will let you enter a new email, (Apple ID) and (I hand already changed my ID on the Apple Store but not my password) . So I was able to use the same password. It already had my credit card info but made me verify the security code. Easy, just needed to know WHERE to go.
Wife is getting a new iPhone 5 from her job on Verizon. Can we migrate her data, apps, etc from her current iPhone 4 on AT&T?Her IT dept is going to be setting her up; is there anything specific they should do/know?

Hi, I hope somebody can help me out. I am having trouble downloading or updating apps on my phone as well as my ipad. The error I get on my iPhone states that the app is unable to be downloaded. Try again later. I've turned off and turned on my iPhone. I've signed out & back in to the app store. Any thoughts?

In my notes, everytime I edit a note, this notification pops up as "Quota - Quota limit reached." and then deletes the current note I'm editing. This is rather frustrating, because I do have some important notes and everytime I go to use it they get deleted after this notification pops up. I did go through my notes and delete a bunch, but there are less that 15 notes and as you can see in the photo this account has 3 and I've definitely had way more in the past. Does the Quota extend to other applications as well?Thanks for the input!

My wifi not working ...i have already try reset network it seem the same .... sometime i only able to use for few hours after that my wifi not working anymore and sometime event i have to shut down my iphone for wifi connection . This happend to me last night,my other iphone 3 was stolen a few years ago. They used the account from that iphone to go on icloud on the pc. Then they putted my new iphone in lost mode and typed in a code that i don't know what do i need to do about this?
There was a wrong buy , an app called mobile selling platform. For travel agents to do their flight booking thro ipad . . This happened by mistake , as normally when u download any app it would ask for the password , but some how this time it did not and the down loaded happened . I tried stopping the down load by putting off the power button , but still did not work . Hence this situation. I tried reporting a problem thro the link in the invoice , but to no success .error is reported . I need a refund and reversal . As I have of no use of the apps . I am no travel agent and tried calling the India office but was told that they had closed for the day . So then I posted this query on the communities to seek help in sorting this issue .....need help .

Hi all, everytime I want to edit text I'm entering into the message box, I'm not able to do it, since the cursor always jumps to the end of the text.This makes it impossible to mark & copy some or all text, as well as rephrasing or correcting typos. The only 'workaround' I found is to keep the finger on the target position (and having the looking glass active) and then type one character (or delete on). I'm a little bit curious since my friend and me are experiencing that issue for a long time now though I found no reference on the net for it yet (except one to a wordpress app). It happens on a 3GS as well as on a 4, at least all 6.* versions of iOS, with the previous (2.3.1) as well as with the current Viber version (3.0.0).Also experienced on ipad (3rd gen, cellular edition) with 6.1.3 / 3.0.0 Any hints or tipps are very welcome! I recently changed my Gmail password for my Gmail account while on my desktop pc. Then on my iPhone 4s, I configured the Google app (for the first time) for my Gmail account. This worked fine. I went back to the default iPhone Mail app (in Settings) which was already configured with my Gmail account (and was previously working). I figured I would be prompted to change my password - which I was. But it wouldn't accept the change. So I then deleted the account and tried to set it up again. It still won't work. It continues to say the username or password for the account is incorrect. Can you not have the same Gmail account configured in both places - the Mail app and the Google app? Thoughts?Thanks!Lori
i have been using the same back up file for my phone's for the past four years and my iphone 5 started was all glitchy and i had over 10gb of other used up on phone so i restored it. before i restored it though i saved all of my pictures to a folder on my mac using image capture. now im wonder how to import the photos back into my camera roll, not another folder on my phone. so far i have tried using ieplorer and a couple of other programs like that but no luck. i have about 1,500 photos so i cant email all of them to myself and then save them all. all i want is all my photos back into my camera roll :/
So i have my brand new iphone 5, since out of the box (2 days ago) the camera is not working, the camera app launches when i hit the camera icon but the shutter wont open, now if hit home button and then open camera again the shutter opens but the screen is black and i can't use any button on the camera app (auto flash, switch to front camera, etc.). Last night i read somewhere in this forums to turn off "Cellular Data" on the facetime setting, and it started working, until today when i got the same problem. i already restored it as new and it did nothing. Please Help.

Hello everyone! I've got a problem with my iPhone 4S and I hope someone here can give me a hint on how to fix this... Last year in March I was on vacation in Las Vegas (I live in Austria/Europe) and bought a new unlocked iPhone 4S GSM in the Apple Store in the Forum Shops in Las Vegas including AppleCare+ (I just learned that iPhones can only be serviced in the Country where they are bought - my bad). Lately I was browsing through my Apple support profile and noticed that my iPhone was not registered there. So I tried to enter the serial number of the device and got this message:We're sorry, but this is a serial number for a product that has been replaced. Please check your information and re-enter your serial number. If your information is correct, you may need to contact us. I knew this could not be true so I called Apple Care here in Austria and first I was told that - according to its serial number - my iPhone has been replaced, and that it never should have been sold. I also was told that I have no chance of getting any service for this device despite the Care Protection Plan because the device is invalid due to its status as "replaced". And last but not least I was told that I could never receive any service for this device because American devices cannot be repaired in Europe (I was not aware of this fact and would have expected the salesperson in the Apple Store to tell me because I definitely told him that I am from Austria). Meanwhile I wrote an email to the store where I bought the iPhone from but it's two days now and I have not received an answer (or any indication that my email was received) yet. Bought Mail+ from the store. It won't connect even though I have given it correct the Comcast email adddress, password and incoming domain at least 6 times. It tries to connect for 4-5 minutes and then times out and makes me reenter everything. Two requests for help from their customer service have not been answered in last 48 hours and I'm about to dump the app and move on but I paid for it so hate to give up. Any suggestions?
I bought my Iphone 5 from Apple when it was first available. I have had an ATT acount for many years along with an MSN email account. I have had issues with sending email from my IPhone 5 since I have recieved this phone. I have deleted and readded the email application numberous times(sometimes 10 times a day), I have reset my phone a number of times, I have also changed my email password a number of times and readded to both my incoming server and outgoing server passwords. I have spoken to ATT tech support, Apple Tech support and Msn tech support multiple times, they have not been able to help me. I sometimes have gotten it to work for a few minutes to a couple of hours but as soon as I try to send an email from my phone again it will no longer send an email from my phone. I use my phone for work and this is very annoying as I have to use my email for work.I need help! I have had Iphones since the first Iphone and Mac computers for over 10 years but I am now over it, at this point I would not recommend Iphones. I am now at the point of buying a phone that I can use and it will not be an Apple Iphone.
My iPhone 4s has a bad operating system (confirmed at Apple Store) I was given a new device and we restored my settings, etc. from backup. I was warned that there was a possibility of the glitchy iOS being transferred to the new device. Well after a couple weeks, this proved true. Next step is to restore device as NEW. Before I attempt this, I would like to be as prepared as possible to avoid losing anything permanantly. I am looking for advice with this - since I won't be able to restore from a backup, will I need to create a new iCloud account? Can I remove previous backups from both iTunes and iCloud? Thanks in advance for any help! This has been an ongoing issue since I purchased the phone new in January and it's beyond frustrating!

At some stage yesterday my mail stopped working. It is the standard mail app that comes with the phone. When I press it it mostly blinks and then returns to the home page. Sometimes i can get a glimse of the emails in my account and then it returns to home page. It has been impossible to get to my account and use it

I am tired of my iPhone 4S already after suffering through issues upon issues with the device. My screen is having issues now where at a moment's chance it goes dim. I have to reset the device to get the brightness back to normal. I've tried restoring without any luck of this resolving. Another gripe I have is that I'm continuing to have issues with apps like Mail, Safari, and other Apple installed apps just continuously force closing. I've been sending emails back and forth on my iPhone only to have Mail force close and I lose everything in my message. The phone acts sluggish and performs worse than previous 4S devices I've owned. I've had issues upon issues across multiple iPhone 4S devices. The device I have currently is my 5th iPhone 4S and even tho its less than a few months old after it was sent to me after multiple filler iPhones of refurb models from the store, I continue to experience issues that make me use my iPhone less and less as it becomes more unreliable with the crashes and multiple restores. My closest store is not within close distance so that's made owning an iPhone with issues difficult as not every thread on the communities forum touch on half the problems I continue to have. Thankfully at least Siri knows where I'm located compared to my other devices where she always thought I was in Pittsburgh where I picked the phone up at my nearest store over an hour and a half away. Now everything just seems to be more of a deficiency with iOS and the hardware than anything. Obviously there must be something wrong with the latest stocks of 4S devices if my issues are continuing. When I restore I'm always setting up as a new device. I'm never downloading or redownloading anything from my Mac or PC. Everything is just redownloading apps from iCloud within the App Store and having a ton of missing photos in my photo stream. I just don't understand what is wrong with my iPhone. I never experienced these kind of issues with my iPhone 3GS so its hard to swallow how terrible the 4S has performed with every single device I keep getting. I'm at a loss on what I can do. Does anyone have any tips I should try that Apple hasn't provided me with to fix or at least band-aid the issue long enough till I can upgrade with my carrier?
My iPhone 5 is plugged into a working charger (just used it to charge my ipad 3). The battery icon shows that the phone is charging, but the "percent charged" number does not change from 48%. Any idea as to what's going on?

Hi Everybody!I got a factory unlocked (originally was Vodafon locked) iPhone 4s with firmware 6.1.3.When I insert my sim (Hungarian Telenor) when only EDGE is on it founds the signal and seems like everything is working.After a few hours or sometimes even a day passes by a phone stays on full signal with Carrier logo and Edge on, but my friends reporting that they cant call me(like im offline) and i cant make calls either.The interresting stuff is that the Edge connection is fully working during that im offline for my friends via Calls and i can send and recieve imessages and viber messages.When i switch 3g on it disconnects from service drops the EDGE and never finds the way back and stays 'searching' or 'no service' at all.. I thought that its my Carrier's fault so i went to spoke with them and tried 5different micro Sims( cause i wrote that 4s-s are sensitive to SIM card types).. this thing not worked either, Then i tried the phone with a T-mobile SIM card.. it does the same..connects to the services,but with 3g switched on not finding service..so totally like with my sim. Here Comes the bumm... i Tried the phone with vodafone sim and everything works.. simple connectivity to 3g with full internet usage,can make and recieve calls...I spoked with all of the Carriers and also Apple and no body can give me nothing..the phone is off varranty so changed to a new one isnt an option..Anybody? Something? im beginning to give up .. please help if you can..Thanks!! ps.:i restored over 20times,reset network settings,switch off and on automatic setting time.. every little possible things that people wrote on forums before..

I know that its most likely a hardward issue as stated in the forum. Now here is the problem. I bought the iphone from a local (philippines) online reseller http://lazada.com.ph. Lazada would only give the the apple 1-800-1441-0234 number and will not accept any repairs and service. I would never purchase anything from lazada specially electronics because of how they handled my case. Absolutely no support and repair /service channels for iphones bought from them. As per lazadas advice, I called the 1800 number and was again adviced to call the local carriers. I was adviced by the apple chat support to contact my local carriers. Local carriers like smart and globe would only accept repairs and service for iphones bought from them. I visited several local apple reseller stores and they decline to render service because the unit was not bought from them. I cant seem to get technical support and have the iphone checked by an authorized service center. What and where is the proper channel for me to get support and have the unit repaired or replaced? I'm using my iPhone 5 and can't update any apps or buy music from ITunes because I get an error code telling me that the items I'm requesting are not available in the South African store. I live in Canada. ????? My computer itunes store is correct. i've connected /updated my phone thru my computer and tried to reset my store but my computer account is fine. The problem is exclusive to my phone. Does anyone have suggestions to fix this?
I had to take my phone in because the camera was broken. I backed up the data on itunes and took the phone into the Apple store. They gave me a new phone and said to just restore it from my latest backup. When I select the restore point to use, itunes asks me for a password. I didn't set a password when I backed up the old phone and iTunes doesn't accept my iTunes account password. How can I get my new phone restored with the backup I did just prior to giving my phone to Apple?
Just had to restore my iPhone 5 for the latest update (btw, why?!), and the latest backup iTunes will let me restore to is 11/18/12 (the day I started storing all backups to iCloud). Using my ipad, I accessed iCloud and it said my iPhone was just backed up on 5/4/13. How do I restore with the iCloud backup instead? Thanks very much,
Okay, i recently bought an Iphone 4 which is locked to the Three Network, the previous owner has a cap on his account that cannot exceed £34 and so im left without a working phone. Is there anyway to get it unlocked without charging it to his account or just phone up and get it unlocked?

I was updating the software on my I Phone and it said there was an error when trying to update. Now my phone has a symbol on the front with a USD cable pointing to Itunes. When I plug my phone into Itunes it asks me to restore but when I do the phone still has the same picture in the window.
