How to remove Quota limit reached iphone 3G

In my notes, everytime I edit a note, this notification pops up as "Quota - Quota limit reached." and then deletes the current note I'm editing. This is rather frustrating, because I do have some important notes and everytime I go to use it they get deleted after this notification pops up. I did go through my notes and delete a bunch, but there are less that 15 notes and as you can see in the photo this account has 3 and I've definitely had way more in the past. Does the Quota extend to other applications as well?Thanks for the input!

Restore iphone 4s as NEW

My iphone 4s has a bad operating system (confirmed at Apple Store)  I was given a new device and we restored my settings, etc. from backup.  I was warned that there was a possibility of the glitchy iOS being transferred to the new device.  Well after a couple weeks, this proved true.  Next step is to restore device as NEW.  Before I attempt this, I would like to be as prepared as possible to avoid losing anything permanantly.  I am looking for advice with this - since I won't be able to restore from a backup, will I need to create a new iCloud account?  Can I remove previous backups from both iTunes and iCloud?  Thanks in advance for any help! This has been an ongoing issue since I purchased the phone new in January and it's beyond frustrating!

As golfer I would like to use my iphone for distance measuring on the golf course instead of a dedicated Golf GPS device. There are a number of such applications avaliable. The issue is that USGA and R&A (the owner of the golf rules) will render the device (my iphone 4s) non-conforming when its a compass istalled on the device! If it would be possible to reemove the compass I can use my iphone but I'm not aware of any possibillity to do that. Is ther any?! Ideal would be if the (visuable) compass application have to be installed from Apple Store as optional in next OS version!

Facebook App in Settings iphone 3G

Hi there, I'm trying to remove the Facebook app from my iPhone5. I've held down the icon til it wiggles, pressed the X, deleted it. I've deleted it from my iTunes library. I've resynced my phone and it's not showing up and not mysteriously reinstalling on my phone (which it did a couple of times) which is great. I then go into my Settings folder on my phone, scroll down the bottom and find it there with Twitter. I click on it and it appears to be an install app for Facebook - Install, Learn More, Sign In etc....  How do I get rid of it completely? As in: I don't want anything Facebook on my phone. Nada. Zip. Zero. Nothing. No Facebook. Is this possible or is there now some deal whereby Facebook is now intrinsically tied with my iPhone5 and there's nothing to be done about it? I'm sorry if there's already been something about this but I really couldn't find it (or I didn't realise what I was looking at).  :- Cheers for the help.

I have a CDMA iphone (Verizon), and I frequently hike using an app that tracks my route with GPS. However, the battery drains completely in 3-4 hours partly because the phone is looking for a cellular network. I tried turning on Airplane Mode, but that also disables the GPS. Of course, I have turned off cellular data and bluetooth, but the phone keeps looking for a cellular (voice) network. I have checked forums and people with GSM phones simply remove the SIM card, but I can't do that since I have a Verizon phone. Is there any way to turn off the battery-draining search for a cellular network when I am in remote areas?

Matt00 was nice enough to suggest a solution to no avail. I feel it's a bug in the new app that hopefully will be fixed in next fix.  I wouldn't mind using a wire through iTunes but now using a Mophie juice box for a iphone 5, their wire won't download or manage iTunes. They admitted they can't but could with a iphone 4.  Any other suggestions anyone.  I can't believe I'm the only one.  Subscribed podcast are Rush Limbaugh 24/7 and Kim Komando 24/7.PS:  It's very difficult to remove the Mophie juice box from the iphone 5.

All my music and videos that were there aren't anymore because I have not made any iTunes purchases. My problem is that I updated iTunes and it asks me to "Are you sure you want to remove existing music, videos etc" because I have another libraries, with the other library being complete gone, how do I sync new music and videos without having to remove anything? My charger hasn't suddenly stopped working. I've tried charging via my laptop as well and no luck. The ac adaptor is also making a strange buzzing noise when I remove it from the socket. Has anyone else experienced similar problems? Or know of any quick fix?

Windows 7 Laptop and iphone 4S

I have a laptop with Windows 7 with current version of ITunes 11.0.2.26 and have the iphone 4S with the current iOS 6.1.3  Itunes is seeing my iphone, but the laptop is not seeing it properly.  Once the iphone is connected it will charge and connect to ITunes, but Windows doesn't show the device as having the proper driver.  In "Hardware" setting of the laptop, the iphone doesn't show up so I can not make the iphone to show up in My Computer as a hard drive device.  My reason to get this to work is to remove the videos from my phone.  I have tried to use ICloud to transfer to other devices and download, but it won't accept videos just my computers.  I need assistance to get the iphone to show up as a hard drive, but as previously mentioned the problem lays with the laptop not having the proper driver.  I have done the following corrective measures: Uninstall and reinstalled ITunesI have held the powere and home button on the iphone while being connected to the laptop.I have looked into registry correction, but the incorrect text is not in the registry.   Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. I don't want to lose these videos because non compatibility issues. If this is going to be on going occurrence I will have to give up using Apple products. Thank you.

My volume bar disappears when I remove the headphone jack from it, making it unable for me to play music/videos without my headphones. I have cleaned out the proper places and I have even reset my phone (I did not hard reset it, I only reset all of its settings). Hello. I have an iphone 4. Software version is 4.3.5. I currently have the sound button on. No headphones plugged. When push the sound button up or down, I have on scree the usual volume screen, however, it says ringer (headphones) instead of just ringer. I have no sounds coming from apps (notifications...) and no sound coming from locking (it is set on on the settings). I cannot listen to the iPod music without headphones (no sound comes out of speakers). I only have these sounds when I plug headphones and the sounds come via headphones. Also, if I have the iPod on, with headphones, the iPod does not turn off when I remove headphones. I already switched it off and tried forced reset. Any ideas to solve this, please? Thank you

Cannot remove nanoS card tray from iphone 5.

I just bought an iPhone5 but needed to change the SIM card for a new one. I insert the little pin into the hole, the tray pops out, but I can only pull it further for 2/3 millimeters... I believe the SIM is loose in its space inside the phone and doesn't let me to remove the tray. Is there anything I can do to solve this? Hi experts, need some help. I've had my iP4 for 2 years now, mostly trouble free.  Recently my sounds have "mostly" stopped working and I just can't figure out why.  I've done a lot of troubleshooting so here is what the symptoms are: - Volume up/down buttons do not work, nothing happens when pressed- Silent switch does not work, nothing happens when switched- Lock sound does not happen- Phone does not ring (only vibrates)- Phone does not alert or chime - Some apps audio does not work, but most apps play audio fine (youtube, music, videos, most games, etc)- When selecting ring-tone or alert sounds I can hear the sound, so the speaker is working fine Here is what I've tried- check all settings and switches, certainly not a setting issue- cleaned the dock connector with a brush, it is very clean- cleaned headphone jack, and insert/remove headphones multiple times- wiped all settings and restored to factory settings- updated to latest ios6 firmware- deleted "com.apple.iapd.plist" file using iexplorer, did nothing Seems like I'm just about out of options now!  Thanks for any help.

I know there are a lot of individuals dealing with this issue and if you are like me you spend hours searching "how to delete messages in spotlight search history" and it seems like every post either says to reset your phone or sync it! I'm sorry but I did not want to go through the hassle of resetting my phone but I did try to sync it which did nothing so I decided to just mess around with my settings and I believe to have found the answer to everyone's question!!  This worked for me so I really hope this works for you! Just follow the steps below:  1. Go to <settings><general><spotlight search><uncheck messages> 2. Then turn your phone off and wait a minute! Turn your phone back on and off again 2 or 3 more times while waiting a minute in between turning it off! 3. After you are done doing that go back to step 1 and <check messages>! 4. Now go to your spotlight search and those messages should be deleted! If they are deleted I would recommend going back to step 1 and <uncheck messages> so you do not have the same problem with messages showing up again in the spotlight search! It works for Mail too! Just follow the same steps listed above but uncheck mail instead of messages or do both at the same time!!*Here is an extra tip which will remove deleted Mail Messages, just follow the steps below:1. Go to <settings><mail, contacts, calendars><your mail account> scroll down and click <advanced> Now click <remove> under the title Deleted Messages and you can choose to have your mail removed After One Day, After One Week, After One Month or Never.  I hope this post was detailed enough and easy to understand!I really hope it works for you like it did for me!
