There must be something wrong with my account, because when my family and I try to download songs, apps, or updates, it at first prompts that it's installing, but then changes back into the button you press to download it (it cancels). Something I need to reset/change?

How to remove Quota limit reached iPhone 3G

In my notes, everytime I edit a note, this notification pops up as "Quota - Quota limit reached." and then deletes the current note I'm editing. This is rather frustrating, because I do have some important notes and everytime I go to use it they get deleted after this notification pops up. I did go through my notes and delete a bunch, but there are less that 15 notes and as you can see in the photo this account has 3 and I've definitely had way more in the past. Does the Quota extend to other applications as well?Thanks for the input!

iPhone 4s Mail App using Gmail-Username or password for account incorrect

I recently changed my Gmail password for my Gmail account while on my desktop pc. Then on my iPhone 4s, I configured the Google app (for the first time) for my Gmail account. This worked fine. I went back to the default iPhone Mail app (in Settings) which was already configured with my Gmail account (and was previously working). I figured I would be prompted to change my password - which I was. But it wouldn't accept the change. So I then deleted the account and tried to set it up again. It still won't work. It continues to say the username or password for the account is incorrect.  Can you not have the same Gmail account configured in both places - the Mail app and the Google app? Thoughts?Thanks!Lori

How I get my outgoing server to work on my Iphone 5

I bought my Iphone 5 from Apple when it was first available. I have had an ATT acount for many years along with an MSN email account. I have had issues with sending email from my IPhone 5 since I have recieved this phone. I have deleted and readded the email application numberous times(sometimes 10 times a day), I have reset my phone a number of times, I have also changed my email password a number of times and readded to both my incoming server and outgoing server passwords. I have spoken to ATT tech support, Apple Tech support and Msn tech support multiple times, they have not been able to help me. I sometimes have  gotten it to work for a few minutes to a couple of hours but as soon as I try to send an email from my phone again it will no longer send an email from my phone. I use my phone for work and this is very annoying as I have to use my email for work.I need help!  I have had Iphones since the first Iphone and Mac computers for over 10 years but I am now over it, at this point I would not recommend Iphones. I am now at the point of buying a phone that I can use and it will not be an Apple Iphone.

Restore iPhone 4s as NEW

My iPhone 4s has a bad operating system (confirmed at Apple Store)  I was given a new device and we restored my settings, etc. from backup.  I was warned that there was a possibility of the glitchy iOS being transferred to the new device.  Well after a couple weeks, this proved true.  Next step is to restore device as NEW.  Before I attempt this, I would like to be as prepared as possible to avoid losing anything permanantly.  I am looking for advice with this - since I won't be able to restore from a backup, will I need to create a new iCloud account?  Can I remove previous backups from both iTunes and iCloud?  Thanks in advance for any help! This has been an ongoing issue since I purchased the phone new in January and it's beyond frustrating!

I'm using my iPhone 5 and can't update any apps or buy music from ITunes because I get an error code telling me that the items I'm requesting are not available in the South African store.   I live in Canada.  ????? My computer itunes store is correct.   i've connected /updated my phone thru my computer and tried to reset my store but my computer account is fine.  The problem is exclusive to my phone.  Does anyone have suggestions to fix this?

I had to take my phone in because the camera was broken.  I backed up the data on itunes and took the phone into the Apple store.  They gave me a new phone and said to just restore it from my latest backup.  When I select the restore point to use, itunes asks me for a password.  I didn't set a password when I backed up the old phone and iTunes doesn't accept my iTunes account password.  How can I get my new phone restored with the backup I did just prior to giving my phone to Apple?

Hi, I just upgraded to IOS 6.1.4 this morning no issues Upgrade went well. Now My Email Push Notfication is not working.  1. Bussiness Gmail account - Configured as Exchange2. Hotmail account - Configured as Exchange Both account - Push is ON if some one send email i am not getting it. I have to manually open the Native Email client then i can see.  Restarted the IPhone Twice.  Any one facing similar issue?

I have been downloading apps and buying songs from Itunes without problems. I just started having this problem. I am trying to update free apps and download free apps. It will take me to the sign in and billing account verifcation page but then denies my information which is correct. Can someone tell me what is wrong and how to fix it?

Hi Brydi, Click on Settings>iTunes & App Store and click on your AppleID. Click on View account and sign in. Click on Country/Region, and follow the onscreen prompts to change your Country/Region back to Australia.Click Done when finished. Cheers, GB

I lost my phone last night and its either off, has no signal or has been stolen. When i use find my iphone it says all devices are offline, will anything say if the iphone is no longer set up to my apple ID or will it always just say its offline? Thanks 

How I sync apps from same iTunes account to an iPhone 3G and an iPhone 4S and keep correct version for each iOS

I have an old 3G as well as a 4S. Initially I set up a separate iTunes account for the 4S as I was worried I'd lose my old apps for 3G (as older, compatible versions aren't kept in the iTunes store so once they're gone, they're gone...). 3G is set up to sync with iTunes, 4S is inly syncing mail and conatcts through Exchange but hasn't been synced with an iTunes library for the reason above. Is there a way to sync both phones off the same iTunes account, so I can set up each phone with some music, as well as apps, without iOS 5 versions overwriting the exisitng apps for the 3G? To complicate things further, I don't want to sync photos, contacts, messages, etc. I just want to avoid having to duplicate all my music and pay for all the apps all over again. So I had to totally re create a new apple account and Id because I bought something off one of my apps with a prepaid credit card and when I would o to update it would ask for my billing information an I just got past not having to put a credit card but it is using my old apple id to update stuff I don't understand

Trying to sync different device to computer iPhone 3G

Hi all- newbie here. I'm trying to open and sync an (my husband's) existing iPhone 4 onto (my) existing computer. However, both the iPhone and the computer were set up originally under our different iTunes accounts. I've read where if I open up his account on my computer, I shouldn't have any problems, right? It looks like I can only see stuff that is on the Cloud, not his aps that he purchased for his phone on his account, nor his music that he purchased. Does this seem right? Is there something else I can try to be able to sync his phone without losing aps (albeit under his account and my computer)? Thanks

Why are notes made on my iphone automatically e-mailed to me? I got 40+ e-mails, stunning. How can I sync / copy-paste my notes from my iphone to my Mac in .pages format?Or is it better to sync from notes (iphone) to notes (MacBookPro) first, and copy paste to Pages? Then, how to sync from notes to notes? Also, I have heard I should be saving the notes on my icloud account. I have created one, but how could you save your notes on the iCloud? Move from Samsung to iPhone keep my number iPhone 4S

I currently have a several year old Samsung Flyte phone. I am included with my wife's account under the AT&T family plan. My "line" has no data plan linked to it - her iPhone 4S and her sister's iPhone 3 do. The contract with AT&T for my phone/line expired several months ago. I'm thinking about upgrading to an iPhone 4, but I don't want to give up my existing phone number. And, I understand that the iPhone uses a micro SIM card - different that other manufacturer's phones.  I'm pretty sure that I'll need to add a data plan to my "line" - not a big deal. Ideally, we want to add another line to the wife's plan (without data) and give the Samsung phone to her mom, who lives with us. But, I do not want to loose my phone number. We want my new iPhone to have my existing phone number and the Samsung for her mom to have a new number. Is this possible?

Hi, we purchased a new iPhone 5 16 GB in balck through our business account with Vodafone.We’ve had this phone just under 2 month and it has had a battery issue that seemed to only get worse by time. We tried the usual fixes by applying the latest iOS and doing a complete restore to factory settings with no results.The battery would not hold charge for long and the user had to keep constantly charging it through the day.  We’ve had similar issues in the past with iPhone 4 and the 4S to which the fix was always to take the iPhone back to the Apple store and get it replaced under warranty.When I went to the Apple store after inspecting the phone they told me that they can not service nor replace the phone as it had “Random Code Stickers” on the inside of the phone which are not consistent with any repair work done in any Apple repair store and that a “water sensor “ attached to the inside of the screen was missing as well as “Burn marks” to the back on the screen.Has anyone had a similar problem with their phone?

So I just synced my IPhone 4S with my computer and shared the account with some other family ones. So i go back to my iphone and find a problem. Some of the apps that were there are gone and yet if I go to the search box and lookup the app I can find it and use it. I also can't rebuy the app because it says I already own it in the App Store. Why can't I find the app icon in my iphone? HELP??
