Mi iphone 5 (desbloqueado de fábrica, comprado en USA a través de Apple en noviembre 2012) no puedo conectarse a la red de Iusacell y "quema" todos los nano sim cards que se le insertan... Sin embargo funcionaba perfecto con la red de T-Mobile. Al comprar el equipo directamente con Apple me aseguraron que serviría para México. Los técnicos no pueden ayudarme. No entienden por qué reconoce por un minuto o dos la red pero no tarda en aparecer NO SERVICE ¿qué puedo hacer? Ayuda ¡Gracias!

Problema con el Reproductor / Musica:La cancion ya termino y no se cambia la caratula y empieza la otra a sonar, o la cancion se esta reproduciendo y la barra de la cancion (no del volumen) no avanza se queda en 0:00 y la cancion esta sonando e incluso acaba la cancion empieza la otra y la que puse originalmente esta en la pantalla principal. No se si este problema venga relacionado con lo del control del volumen. La verdad si sabe alguien como solucionar estos dos inconvenientes se lo agradecere mucho. I have that router and it's working great with my iphone 4.The security I use on both the 2.4ghz and 5ghz is "WPA-PSK [TKIP] + wpa2-PSK [AES]" mainly for compatibility with older devices.You may also want to try and set the 2.4ghz wireless speed to "Up to 130Mbps" instead of "Up to 300Mbps" via the router settings > Wireless Settings on the top left, because I found some devices have connectivity problems or do connect and then run incredibly slowly on the "Up to 300Mbps" for some reason.

Estou com um problema no meu WiFi no iphone 4S. Comprei meu celular a 1 ano atras, e tive que troca-lo por defeito no fone de ouvido. O aparelho novo foi trocado pouco antes de encerrar a garantia do mesmo, e esse modelo que me deram na garantia está apresentando problemas no WiFi e no Bluetooth, eles não conectam e nao encontram as redes. Primeiramente o botão do WiFi ficou apagado, mas descobri que se deixar a bateria do celular acabar totalmente, logo após carrega-lo o botão volta a funcionar porém não encontra redes sem fio. O Bluetooth não funciona também, ele não acha dispositivos para emparelhamento.Ja levei na assistencia técnica, e eles também não conseguiram resolver meu problema. A solução "brilhante" encontrada pela autorizada Apple era em trocar meu aparelho por um valor aproximado de R$600,00. o que ficará totalmente inviável levando em consideração que o aparelho não possui 3 meses de uso. OBS. O problema começou a aparecer cerca de 2 semanas após a troca do aparelho na garantia. Seria a solução do PROCON?

Hi, I have an iphone 5 (iOS 6.1.2) and a new iPad (third generation), and both devices are connected to my WiFi network. My AirPort Express runs firmware 7.6.3 and its wireless security is set to wpa2 Personal with radio mode 802.11n (b/g compatible). I cannot precise when I first notice the problem. Not sure if was before the AirPort Express update or some iOS firmware update. The problem is that my iphone 5 WiFi is deadly slow. It's virtually impossible to download an app from the AppStore or sync Rdio songs. My iPad's WiFi (and my wife's) is working as expected, though. Things I've tried so far: - I've changed my AirPort Express security to WEP- I've changed my AirPort Express to 802.11n- I've changed my AirPort Express to 802.11n 5GHz- I've reseted the Network Settings- I've tried to download apps using other 802.11n connection (at my parent's)- I've tried to download apps using a "unsecure" network- I've restored my iphone 5 to 6.1.2 using iTunes (setting it as a new iphone) I have no idea what to do next... EDIT: - I also did some tests with the Airplane mode ON, just to make sure the iphone was connected to and using the wifi connection to download the apps and sync Rdio songs.

I just got a new iphone 5 from AT&T and it will not connect to my AT&T home wireless network. I keep getting "unable to join network "SSIDNAME". It has connected before but briefly before dropping the connection. When it does connect, the access is extremely slow. I see a thread on this issue and hope there is a fix soon.

I just bought the iphone 5 two days ago. I am having a lot of issues connecting to every other network but my own network at home At home I am using a N900 Cisco Router. The security settings on it are wpa2, My verizon carrier update is version 13.3 and I have updated to IO6.0.2. I have reset the phone to factory defualts, I have reset the network, I have powered off the phone and done everything I could to get them to work on this network. Personal. Now I have been to my girlfriends parents and many other places that are public and even after double checking the password. the iphone 5 From Trouble shooting: I have noticed that the iphone 5 doesn't seem to like many security options on the routers. Even on my new router I tried several different security options and it seemed to like wpa2 the best. Othrwise I was getting major issues. The iphone would connect sometimes only to be slow and not connect. The wifi signal would keep being scanned and would go out and come back in. The signal strength also qould keep fluctuation even when near the router. My brothers same andriod device was doing the same thing. My brothers iphone 5 was doing the same thing when using the different networks. Apple there is a major problem here that needs to be addressed when refering to wifi. Considering most carriers now charge for data it is important that if I have access to all the wifi networks I can connect too. This is a major issue that needs to be resolved and looking at the forums it is not an isolated incident. Recomendations: People who call in with this issue, need to have phones replaced if not able to patch, Since no patch exists at the moment, it would be prudent to offer people who are having trouble a credit towards their wireless bill by working with cell providers and to have apple issue a version of an RMA number. Until the issue is resolved. I have 17 days to return my phone to verizon and I am going to wait to hear back. My girlfriend is in the market for a new phone and we can't have issues with a wifi connection especially when charges are going to ensue if we go over our data. Plus the unavailability of a network in areas my cell provider is not able to help with is important. We as apple users need immediate attention to this matter and it is not a matter of how the phone scans for networks. It is an issue with connectivity and how it is communicating with certain encryptions with the routers. Fix need asap. This issue is also not localized to the iphone 5 as it is happening on the Ipad 4

Hey yall, So I've been having the wpa2/NES connection problems (iphone coonnects for like a minute then loses all wifi connection) with my iphone 5 since iOS 6. When i upgraded to iOS 6.0.1 the problems were fixed for a week or two but the same connection errors occured again. Yesteray I updated to iOS 6.0.2 hoping it would fix the issue, but the problem still persists. Any tips on how tofix this orwill I have to wait for Apple to clean this up?

iphone 5 Rapid Battery Drain-No Standby
Hi folks - I have a 64GB iphone 5. When wifi is enabled and I am at work (this doesn't occur on any other wifi network that I have yet found) the phone will not go into standby mode (though the screen turns off) as evidenced by the Usage and Standby times being almost identical. In approximately 3 hours, when wifi is enabled, my phone will go from 100% to below 20% and is quite hot to the touch. The wifi network at my work is wpa2 encrypted, wireless N and G, and 2 SSID's are broadcast for the same network (to support staff whose wireless laptops haven't been switched to the new SSID - don't get me started - it's a stupid setup). Anyways, the wifi quality is dodgy at past and even though the signal remains strong, internet connectivity frequently drops. I suspect that the wireless router is defective but I have no control over that and have been ignored by the IT folks. To make matters even more interesting, my iPad 4 connects to the same network at work and the battery doesn't drain and the device goes into standby without issue. If I disable wifi on the phone while at work, the phone goes into standby and the Usage actually reflects the amount of time the device is actually used (a fraction of the total time). I have reset network settings on the phone, reflashed 6.01 and restored from backup, disabled location services, etc... but to no avail. Do you think there is a defect with the phone in its ability to handle the dodgy wifi at my work when the iPad manages it fine or is there something else that I could do to stay connected to the wifi without the phone chewing through battery, heating up, and not sleeping? Yes technically you can. (Si puedes, pero el envio de la tienda en canada, es nada mas para canada) The phones are fully unlocked and compatible with all carriers. The only issue, is in Mexico, only Iusacell has 4g LTE. (Ni Telcel ni Movistar lo tiene, asi que no vas a poder usar esa tecnologia, pero debe de fucionar con el 3G normal) The only problem is that currently no Carrier in mexico has Nano sims for sale. iphone 5 uses Nano Sims. You can attempt to cut your normal, or Micro Sim to fit, but thr thickness may be an issue. (De que se debe de poder, se debe de poder, pero hay questiones que hay que considerar)
iphone 5 screen flickers after restore from iCloud
Greetings, I have an iphone 5 64gb white on AT&T. I previously had an iphone 4 that I updated to iOS 6. I use iCloud to back everything up. When I got my new 5, I set it up to restore from the most recent iCloud backup. It completed the restore and my settings were present (bookmarks, IM messages, background and lock screen photos) but none of my apps were there despite the phone telling me that my apps would continue to download. The apps did not download, but that's not my issue. The problem is that once the restore is complete (eg: you get the welcome screen that says 'You may now begin using your iphone') and you power off the phone and reboot, you get greeted with a superimposed Apple logo progress bar (like the one you get when the iOS is updating) over the lock screen and the home screen. The screen continues to flicker unless you press the lock screen button. The phone is "useable" in that the screen will accept input but the progress bar does not seem to progress at all. I've attempted a restore from an older iCloud backup (iOS 6) with the same results. I have not attempted to do a restore with an older backup from when my iphone 4 was on iOS 5. Why I'm not able to connect to a specefic wifi while I can connect to other ones? I've tried everything in the iphone including reseting the network settings. There is no problem with this wifi since I can connect to it using the laptop. There is no problem when I try to connect to onother wifi using the iphone. I even tried to connect to it using "Other Network" giving the security type "wpa2" as it appears in the network properties in the laptop "wpa2 Personal". I'm kind of lost here, any help?

Problema com wi-fi 5.1.1 iphone 4s
Tenho um iphone 4s nacional, e tudo funcionava normal até eu fazer no sábado 02/06/12 a atualização para o ios 5.1.1. Hoje ao ligar o aparelho o iphone não estava conseguindo se conectar a nenhuma rede wi-fi, achei estranho, então desliguei o aparelho várias vezes, fiz a restauração das configurações de rede, restaurei todas a configurações e nada resolveu. Após a restauração das configurações de rede, o ícone de ativação da rede wifi, simplesmente ficou apagado e com a mensagem "sem wi-fi".Por ultimo, coloquei o aparelho em modo DFU e restaurei para as configurações de fábrica com o ios 5.1.1, nada de resolver o problema novamente. Gostaria de uma solução para o problema, quem puder ajudar, agradeço!

Hola amigos de la comunidad apple, Tengo un iphone 4 (GSM) con iOs 5.1.1, resulta que hace unas semanas el iphone se apaga solo, por ejemplo estoy utilizando la app de whatsapp y de repente baja como una pantalla negra,similar a la del area denotificaciones, solo que negra y luego se apaga. Luego intento encederlo y no me permite, tengo que hacer los pasos de reinicio como 5 veces para ver si reacciona el iphone, cuando se le ocurre reaccionar, no lo puedo utilizar muy pronto porque sino se apaga. Me sucede lo mismo con cualquier aplicación ya sea el facebook, twitter, whatsapp, etc. La verdad me desespero tratando de encender el iphone y lamentablemente es una herramienta importante para mi, como supongo que para todos acá. Otra cosa que sucede es que aveces lo estoy utilizando y en vez de ver la pantalla negra, se pone verde, azul ó blanca; y debo realizar el mismo procedimiento de reseteo para ver si se le vuelve a ocurrir encender. He leido varios foros y hay varias personas que tienen ese problema y no lo han logrado resolver. He intentado restaurar el iphone varias veces y sigo teniendo el mismo problema. al restaurar he utilizado copias de seguridad para recuperar mis datos y sigue con el problema, tambien lo he hecho para utilizar como un iphone nuevo y sigue exactamente el mismo problema. Hi, Just bought an iphone 4s and have been having trouble with wifi at home where i use a Netgear router. As soon as the wifi connection is lost or the phone goes into sleep, the wifi password has to be re-entered. The router has WPA-PSK [TKIP] + wpa2-PSK [AES] encryption and the SSID is on broadcast. At work, the iphone remembers the password no trouble, same at a friends apartment. I also have an ipad 2, ipod touch and a mac book pro, none of which have any trouble with the wifi. I have tried reset the network settings and also restored the phone (i only got it day before, so not much on there) but no change. Its presently running 5.1.1 (9B206) Losing my mind. thanks in advance for the help. cheers, Palak.

Buenas tardes, estoy teniendo problemas con descargar aplicaciones en mi iphone 4S. Llevo 2 semanas con el y posterior a registrarme a Apple y conseguir mi Apple ID descargue varias aplicaciones gratuitas pero posterior a descargar 2 aplicaciones pagas insertando mi tarjeta de credito (sin problemas) de repente no he podido descargar mas aplicaciones nisiquiera gratuitas porque me pide actualizar los datos de mi tarjeta pero al hacerlo me dice "Codigo de Seguridad Invalido". He llamado al banco en reiteradas ocasiones para cersiorarme de que la informacion que este colocando es correcta y lo he confirmado, he intentado con otras 2 tarjetas de credito y tambien he confirmado la informacion con el banco, sin embargo; me sigue apareciendo el error y ahora no puedo descargar aplicaciones (gratuitas o pagas) ni tampoco actualizar las existentes. Espero su valiosa ayuda para solucionar mi problema. Saludos!!
ID Apple iphone 3G
Bom dia! Eu estou com um pequeno probleminha! Tinha o iphone 3GS, e comprei o 4S eu transferi tudo do 3GS para o 4S, inclusive mudei o meu ID Login e Senha. Ficou tudo beleza, porém quando eu vou atualizar os aplicativos no iphne 4S o login é o antigo, e não consigo mudar de jeito nenhum.Alguem poderia me ajudar com uma dica aí? Taciano Sousa!!
problema na tela iphone 4s
Estou usando um iphone 4S que ganhei de aniversário, não tem nem 2 semanas e notei que tem uma espécie de sujeira, parece um fio de cabelo dentro da tela do aparelho. Dá para notar bem quando vejo imagens em branco ou quando aumento o brilho do aparelho.
iphone 4S won't stay connected to wifi
Since it was new and running iOS 5.0.1, my 4S hasn't wanted to stay connected to wifi. When I enable wifi in the settings menu, it has no problem finding wifi networks, but when it goes to join them, it can take upwards of 45 seconds to actually connect. Once it connects, it functions perfectly fine using wifi up until the phone gets locked. After locking the phone, it loses its wifi connection and will not reconnect on its own, whereas most iPhones will grab the wifi connection again automatically within a second of unlocking the phone. I've tried using this phone on multiple wifi networks, including an unsecured network, a wpa2 network, and multiple public wifi hotspots, so I think I can rule out any router setup issues. I've done a full restore of the phone, I tried resetting the network settings, and I upgraded to iOS 5.1.1, all to no avail. Is there anything else I can try, or is it safe to call that this is a hardware issue that needs to be resolved at the Genius Bar?
