Why Apple doesn't change my iphone in Argentina Why have I to go USA for change iPhone 4S
On febraury I bought an Iphone 4S but now the wifi doesn't work, this is a common problem in the Iphone, but now I am in Argentina and in my country there isn't any place where repair my telephone. I called to Apple to tech support and they told me they could not assist me because they only assist people from Mexico and canada, and that I had to speak to an authorized service center in Argentina, so I went to the place they told me, in that place I say they can not sorting the problem, that the only solution is to travel to USA to change.Because they tell me that if in legal terms of the warranty states that if Apple so you can make changes determined through some mail? Why not give me that option? I have the right to use my iPhone in its 100%, the truth that without wifi and bluetooth is how to use it by 50%.Any recommendations?

iphone app updates frozen in waiting-what to try next
Hi, I tried to update 3 apps on iPhone 5 about a week ago. They got 'stuck' while updating, and now are permanently frozen showing a greyed out icon, and saying the status as 'installing.' I have tried everything and need more suggestions.This is what I have tried:Restoring - no changeLogging off iTunes account, pressing home and lock button til apple icon appears, then logging back in - this changes the status to 'waiting' but it's still frozenHolding down icon to delete - it doesn't have cross above these 3 affected appsGone into -> General -> Usage -> then selected each affected app and Deleted them - no changePlugged into PC and synced, then tried removing apps and installing again - the icons aren't removed when I remove, but when I install them again, it does kickstart the icon to change to 'loading', but then it returns to 'installing' and is still frozenAdding a new app/ installing updates for other apps to check to see if iTunes account works - yes they added/ updated fineCalling Apple tech support. The guy was really nice and helpful, but his advice didn't work (as above.) He told me to contact the iTunes account support, and ask them to delete the apps from my purchase history and then try re-installing themContacting the ITunes account support - they emailed me back, and advised me that they checked my download queue and "updates of these three apps are not there." (?) So they gave me the advice to do as above. He also sent me to this link: http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1702 which at the last step says "If you continue to experience the issue, contact the developer of the application for further assistance." Now, my issue is: How the heck do I contact the developer, and will this help, when it seems to clearly be an iPhone problem? Should I give up and take the phone into an Apple store? Why are my notification on my iphone 5 so horrible
My iphone 5 has always been horrible in receiving any notification. I get no notification from any application or even the stock application. This is frustrating when I need these notification for my user experience. This mainly has to do with notification coming on my lock-screen. Facebook, instragram, and many other application gives no notification on my lockscreen and no sound to indicate any news. This is a problem that I've experience for a long time and its very bothering to see no notification pop up or sound. I've used to really enjoy apple before this issue. I used to believe it was just software issues but after the many updates, nothing was done to change this problem. At this point I am not satisfied with the product and how it performs.
My iPhone 5 won't stay powered down.
I am able to power down my iPhone 5, by sliding the red slider. But then about 30 seconds later, it powers back up by itself. I've already done the Sleep/Snooze button and the Home button together for 10 seconds, but to no avail. Any other suggestions?
Ringer not working iPhone 4S
When a call or text is coming throug there is no sound. The settings seem fine. When I switch the side button to red nothing happens. What used to happen would be the bell sign would come up with a line through it indicating the ringer was switched off but now nothing happens whichever way I switch it. Vibrate is switched on in settings but it isn't vibrating either. Interestingly the alarm is working so the sounds are not completely gone. I have powered it off an back on etc., but it hasn't made any difference. Any advice. Thanks Paula

iPhone 4 battery drain when powered off
Lately I've been turning off my phone and when I turn it back on battery is drained. Yesterday I turned it off at 80% and when I turned it back on 3 hours later it was at 62%. Then today I turned it off at 50% and when I turned it back on it was at 32%! Does anyone know why my iPhone is losing battery even when it's completely powered off? I feel like it shouldn't be losing any battery at all
MobileVOIP Skype not work after 6.1.4 iPhone 5
Hi, I have an iPhone 5. Sometimes I use the MobileVOIP app for Voip calls. After the 6.1.4 update the application does not send the audio to the speaker (both call speaker and external speaker). It seems that the application recognize the earphones also without plugging them or it is not able to reach the internal speaker. The application works good with earphones. Also trying with Skype, they don't work. Since the update focused on audio-problems, are there settings to solve this problem? Do any of you have the same problem? Thank You Roberto

How I get my outgoing server to work on my Iphone 5
I bought my Iphone 5 from Apple when it was first available. I have had an ATT acount for many years along with an MSN email account. I have had issues with sending email from my IPhone 5 since I have recieved this phone. I have deleted and readded the email application numberous times(sometimes 10 times a day), I have reset my phone a number of times, I have also changed my email password a number of times and readded to both my incoming server and outgoing server passwords. I have spoken to ATT tech support, Apple Tech support and Msn tech support multiple times, they have not been able to help me. I sometimes have gotten it to work for a few minutes to a couple of hours but as soon as I try to send an email from my phone again it will no longer send an email from my phone. I use my phone for work and this is very annoying as I have to use my email for work.I need help! I have had Iphones since the first Iphone and Mac computers for over 10 years but I am now over it, at this point I would not recommend Iphones. I am now at the point of buying a phone that I can use and it will not be an Apple Iphone.
Was able to get an HK iPhone 5 replacement in canada
My iPhone, purchased in Hong Kong, suffered water damage in canada and the personnel at the Apple store was unable to provide me with a replacement phone. Their reason is that HK model is different from the North American versions that they carry, hence replacement would need to take place in Hong Kong Apple stores. I am wondering if it came across anyone's situation where they were able to get a replacement iPhone 5 in canada, even though it is not the North American version. Alternative solutions are also welcomed. Thanks!
Remove compass iPhone 4S
As golfer I would like to use my Iphone for distance measuring on the golf course instead of a dedicated Golf GPS device. There are a number of such applications avaliable. The issue is that USGA and R&A (the owner of the golf rules) will render the device (my Iphone 4s) non-conforming when its a compass istalled on the device! If it would be possible to reemove the compass I can use my Iphone but I'm not aware of any possibillity to do that. Is ther any?! Ideal would be if the (visuable) compass application have to be installed from Apple Store as optional in next OS version!

I have an iPhone 4. I've been having many isssues with it, since the 6.1.2 software update.My iTunes album artworks were all messed up.My phone wouldn't apply any changes made, only the application changes would update.I have been struggling with signal since the update. It reached the point where I opted to erase all content & start from scratch. I know this can take a few hours to do, but my phone has been in the "pending" state (erasing state) for almost 24 hrs now.Is this normal? If not, what can I do to get it to work?My sleep/wake button no longer works either.

I'm using my iPhone 5 and can't update any apps or buy music from ITunes because I get an error code telling me that the items I'm requesting are not available in the South African store. I live in canada. ????? My computer itunes store is correct. i've connected /updated my phone thru my computer and tried to reset my store but my computer account is fine. Battery life-iphone 4
Well I tried turning off the Bluetooth, turning off WIFI, turning off location services, and all Push activity. After all of this my battery lasts about 8 hours. I guess I could keep the phone powered off but I think that kind of defeats the purpose of owning the phone. Any studies on the lifespan of an iPhone 4 battery? My applecare warranty runs out in a few months.

My mom passed me her phone as she couldn't get it to restart. I got it to charge and restart in recovery mode. However, I've tried all steps on this and many other forums and it is stuck in "trying to restore". On the phone, it will blink a white screen, show the apple logo and a progress bar then quickly disappear then on the computer give me error code 9. I have tried 3 different cords, on both my MacBook Air and my iMac. Same results on both computers. She purchased a new phone as she couldn't do without, but would love to fix this phone and give to one of my children. This phone has not been jailbroken. Any help would be sooooo appreciated! Not sure what will happen if I try to take this to Apple.

Iphone 5 no longer connecting to bluetooth in car
My Iphone 5 has been connected succesfully via bluetooth to my car for the past 5 months (Ford Fiesta). Yesterday I went to use it and it wont connect, I powered off the phone, turned bluetooth on/off still not working. I debonded all phones from the car and went to start afresh but that wont work either. When it is searching for devices it just seems to be stuck? I tried another Iphone 5 in my car and that connected no problems at all. Anyone have any ideas, it clearly must be the phone but wonder what on earth I have done.
Airplay Mirroring and HBO Go Audio Problems iPhone 3G
Hi folks, Great news a month ago about HBO Go's support of Airplay in-app. However, whenever I try to stream content to my Apple TV, I only receive video. I'm using the latest Apple TV firmware (5.2.1) and an iPhone 4s with 6.1.3. Oddly enough the HBO "Intro" video standard on this application will stream with audio, but main features never have audio. Likewise, Other applications supporting Airplay (Youtube, etc.) will successfully stream both video and audio to the Apple TV. Any idea what's going on? Thanks so much!

I have already been on the Apple Support website where it lists what iTunes will backup. It says that it will backup application settings, data, and preferences. The devices in question are an iPhone 5 and a 3rd generation iPad, both run the latest iOS bits available and I am signed in with my Apple Id on both devices. The behavior I'd like to experience is:the settings (Stations and Podcasts within Stations and particular Podcast settings) set on one device just show up on the other device.both devices show the exact same played, partly-played and unplayed podcasts in their stations. Isn't this the way things should "just work" in the Apple world? The reason for asking is that my two devices do not seem to talk to each other and cannot locate a way to get them to synchronize. My Facebook application will only show I have a notification if I click into the app. I should be able to see that there is a notification with a red bubble that has a number in the top right hand side of the app on the home page.
