Lately I've been turning off my phone and when I turn it back on battery is drained. Yesterday I turned it off at 80% and when I turned it back on 3 hours later it was at 62%. Then today I turned it off at 50% and when I turned it back on it was at 32%! Does anyone know why my iPhone is losing battery even when it's completely powered off? I feel like it shouldn't be losing any battery at all
I recently purchased an iPhone 5 (Monday, May 6th) and am convinced that the battery is defective. I attempted to get the phone replaced by AT&T since it is within their 14-day Return/Exchange policy, but of course they denied me based on it being a "technical" issue and therefore a problem I need to take up with Apple. Whatever that means.Background info: Left the house around 10:00 AM, battery fully charged at 100%Finished class at 12:00 PM, battery dropped to 53% (VERY minimal use, I was sitting through a lecture)Arrived at AT&T store at 12:15 PM, battery at 51%AT&T Rep turns off LTE, Wireless, Location Services, Bluetooth and Auto BrightnessThe only apps that were opened/used were Text, Mail (fetch set to Manual) and SafariAT&T Rep says there's nothing he can do, but these changes should "help"Left AT&T 12:25 PM, hopped on bus, got home at 12:45 PM, battery drops to 43% (ZERO use)Call nearby Apple store at 12:50 PM to set up an appointment (Call length: 11 minutes), battery drops to 41%Call Customer Support at 1:30 PM to run remote battery diagnostic (Call length: 16 minutes), battery drops to 32%Apple Rep says the diagnostics looks normal...... Battery life: 30%Usage: 2 hours 26 minsStand by: 6 hours and 3 minutes This can't be right. Is anyone experiencing similar issues with their battery? Does the usage information above look normal? Any suggestions and/or tips on what I can do? I'm so upset with both Apple & AT&T right now. The AT&T rep even suggested that I "turn off cellular data" to save the battery life. REALLY? I feel like I basically just purchased an iPod touch for $240!
my iphone 5 often losses its network signal. i am islanded from the network often. this affects my connectivity with my business & friends. with this problem my iPhone 5 is working like only an iPod. certainly iPhone 5 is not meeting the purpose of a mobile phone. can anyone suggest me some solution for this issue..? All of a sudden I lost my wifi signal....Checked out the settings and the WiFi is off and unable to turn it back on....i have powered down the phone...i have done a full restore and the wifi switched remains greyed out....any suggestions?
I am not the most technically inclined, so please bear with me. About two months ago, lines began showing up in Safari every now and again. They would go away, so I didn't think too much of it. Then one night, while in a game app, the screen began "flashing" like a strobelight. It couldn't exit the app fully, was blinking half the screen in the app, part of the home screen, etc. You cannot see throught the commotion to use the phone, if the programs can even open. This happened all evening, through the night, and the entire following day. Then it stopped. It was fine when I took it to the AT&T store (the closest Apple store is 45 minutes away, so I wanted to be sure AT&T couldn't do anything for me) but by opening and closing programs and apps, I was able to force it to act up. Of course when I left the store, it worked fine again. It was fine for a few days, acting up only a time or two, but I drove 45 minutes to the Apple store. My Genius Bar member told me it was software based and that I should restore the phone, download the software again, and manually add my media back on. After the four+ hours of downloading and 2+ hours of adding media, it was fine again. That was about two weeks ago. Now it's back. I looked into the diagnostics (what I can see through the noise on the screen) and I have many different errors going on. Googling these errors codes is not providing much information, and again, I am not the best with this stuff. SO:-Is a latestcrash.plist or mediaserverd.plist the same as a panic.plist code? In turn, if they are, will Apple replace the phone as they supposedly do in the case of panic.plist crashes? -I've noticed a bunch of the issues seem related to audio and video functions on the phone. I have AudioToolbox, CoreFoundation, and CoreQuartz codes, for example. Are these things that would justify a replacement? I am sitting through another 4 hour software download right now in order to restore the phone again, but am afraid to lose that diagnostics info, but also cannot see the screen to send any diagnostics info to Apple. Is this something that is software based? Does that mean I am going to be doing this every few weeks? The phone is only 6 months old, but I don't want to let it go and loet the one year manufacturer's warranty. I apologize for being so verbose but I really cannot find anything online that sounds similar to what my phone is doing. Any guidance would be much appreciated.
Well I tried turning off the Bluetooth, turning off WIFI, turning off location services, and all Push activity. After all of this my battery lasts about 8 hours. I guess I could keep the phone powered off but I think that kind of defeats the purpose of owning the phone. Any studies on the lifespan of an iPhone 4 battery? My applecare warranty runs out in a few months.
My iphone 5 has the latest ios 6.1.3 and the battery life is hit and miss. The phone has been factory wiped in itunes and re set up. It sometimes will drop 50 percent on its own in a couple hours. If i do the home button and power reset on the phone the battery will report better. Maybe its a software glitch. I was also disappointed with the fact that i bought a high end home stereo and the iphone doesnt support the new apt-x codec yet their laptops do? Why is this. Its no wonder apple stocks are falling. I have owned every iphone since the 3gs and really have not seen any real improvements other than processors and screens. Poor customizations, lack of ability to personalize the phone and really nothing to keep me with buying another apple. This is unfortunate as the hardware is great but the feature set just hasn't improved in 5 years. In fact i think it has gotten worse. Being a communications tech i used to use wifi apps for testing signal strength on installed accesspoints and those apps got stripped be ause of apples sdk or whatever it was. The slew of apps on the android market for this is staggering. Now i see that motorola, htc and samsungs are all supporting the apt-x codec but no apple. Gps apps are poor and apple maps for our area are black and whit and half are covered in clouds from the satellite view so you cant see the streets anyways. As a business phone the iphone is looking less imoressive day by day. As a music player its also now being outdone. I hope apple takes some of this to heart and really does something impressive to IOS 7 to restore faith in its fans. And maybe some day we will be able to use one of our songs for a ring tone instead of having to pay. My old cdma phone even had this ability.
My mom passed me her phone as she couldn't get it to restart. I got it to charge and restart in recovery mode. However, I've tried all steps on this and many other forums and it is stuck in "trying to restore". On the phone, it will blink a white screen, show the apple logo and a progress bar then quickly disappear then on the computer give me error code 9. I have tried 3 different cords, on both my MacBook Air and my iMac. Same results on both computers. She purchased a new phone as she couldn't do without, but would love to fix this phone and give to one of my children. This phone has not been jailbroken. Any help would be sooooo appreciated! Not sure what will happen if I try to take this to Apple.
My Iphone 5 has been connected succesfully via bluetooth to my car for the past 5 months (Ford Fiesta). Yesterday I went to use it and it wont connect, I powered off the phone, turned bluetooth on/off still not working. I debonded all phones from the car and went to start afresh but that wont work either. When it is searching for devices it just seems to be stuck? I tried another Iphone 5 in my car and that connected no problems at all. Anyone have any ideas, it clearly must be the phone but wonder what on earth I have done.
Hello, I have a question concerning the Izone camera. I was asked to install a few of these izone cameras in our building. My only two questions are: Can it function with a WPA2 wifi signal? Or does the Izon only work with WEP?What ports does this camera use? I cannot find any information on specific settings you can apply to this camera, are there even settings you can modify?
I've been an dedicated Apple customer since the iPhone 2G and have qued up every release day for the next model. Always delighted with the service at apple, im now disappointed that my phone had to be replaced 2 weeks ago as it would turn off when ever it felt like it. Problems happen, Happy customer with a replacement immediately. Now 2 weeks later, the replacement phone has died (tried all suggested revival techniques to no avail) Apple (Southampton) tell me they cant help me until Wednesday evening as their busy. Is my business supposed to go on hold until Wednesday? Surly I must be able to pop in to store and wait to see someone and get it remedied? Im very disappointed with the telephone service of the girl on the phone at Apple Southampton. Anyone have any suggestions?
As the title suggests, I am in a country where no 4g is available yet, so im using it on a 3g network (Im in Taiwan by the way). I am going on a business trip and hope to use the 4g lte network there (through prepaid sim card). I have searched for the models that support 4g lte (like A1428-29). Mine is MD300TA. I have searched this model num and I couldnt find it except in Taiwan web. Anybody how has the similar model number and have used it in 4g networks? THe phone is unlocked. Hi, we purchased a new iPhone 5 16 GB in balck through our business account with Vodafone.We’ve had this phone just under 2 month and it has had a battery issue that seemed to only get worse by time. We tried the usual fixes by applying the latest iOS and doing a complete restore to factory settings with no results.The battery would not hold charge for long and the user had to keep constantly charging it through the day. We’ve had similar issues in the past with iPhone 4 and the 4S to which the fix was always to take the iPhone back to the Apple store and get it replaced under warranty.When I went to the Apple store after inspecting the phone they told me that they can not service nor replace the phone as it had “Random Code Stickers” on the inside of the phone which are not consistent with any repair work done in any Apple repair store and that a “water sensor “ attached to the inside of the screen was missing as well as “Burn marks” to the back on the screen.Has anyone had a similar problem with their phone?

I appreciate the info however Verizon supports both CDMA technology and 4G LTE. LTE is a SIM based technology. All Verizon 4G LTE handsets use SIM Card technology...most of them use a Micro SIM. The iPhone 5 specifically uses a Nano LTE SIM
My iPhone 4s is not charging. Last few days it was eating up the battery life quicker than usual. Tried doing all the power up deals, turning off then on, even a restore. It is now completely powered off and not turning on even when plugged in. I'm out of ideas. A little help please!Thanks
We have been having trouble with our iPhone 4. It will just die. I researched the web and was able to find the information to restart it by pushing both buttons. This resets it, but does not last. I did a complete reset on the phone then updated it, but it continues to turn off and has to be restarted. It is out of warranty, any help would be great.
For the past week my phone has been randomly muting and showing no sign of volume bar. I tried resetting it and turning it on and off but it wouldn't help much. I finally noticed that when I plugged my phone into my speakers the problem was fixed and after unplugging my phone would have a volume bar once again. Today when i went to charge my phone it wouldnt read that it was plugged in and instead continued to lose battery power as if it wasn't plugged in. I tried using multiple cords and different outlets but nothing worked. So now my phone is dead and still not accepting charge. I don't have warrantly because I always take excellent care of my phones and I didn't want to pay for something I most likely would never use. I made an appointment for the genius bar at my local apple store for tomorrow but im incredibly impatient as my phone is my life (I also use it for business). Does anyone have any idea how I could possibly fix this on my own? I do not want to have to buy a brand new phone as I just got this one last summer.
I have just purchased an iPhone 5 specifically for business calls and intend to use a Bluetooth headset. However I continually read on the web of comments to the effect that Apple's Bluetooth Software has drop out faults. Is this true and if so when will it be solved?

I just started to get a SIM Failure Pop up on my iphone 5on Thursday while traveling and using Maps fornavigation. I cannot seem to remove or repair this error.I have gone to yoru support page and followedinstructions on how to reset network.I first tried to send a text and failure came up. Then resetnetwork and text went through, but pop up still came upwith Sim Failure every time I turn my phone on.I also followed instructions to remove Sim Card whenturned off and Reinserted it and that did not work either.What do I do? I have powered off, updated phone andanything on yoru site I couldl handle myself to do.Can you fix this? Or is it a Verizon Wireless issue?
Hello, Apple user's, I am a 15yr old with a passion for computers & design. Anyways I am interested in developing for the iPhone, as I'll be getting one in a few months. I've never really developed any type of games before, but am in a game design school magnet, and want to begin to learn how to program as I've been meaning to for a while now. I'm interested in developing for the iPhone, and know I need a Mac, Objective-c knowledge as well as XCode knowledge, and a $99 Subscription to be able to sell and test my apps. So here's some questions I've been wanting to ask for awhile...1. Would you recommend a Mac-Mini ? I see i5 Mac mini's on craigslist going for around $400-$450, and know I could afford that. I switch between my mom/dad's house weekly, and have a Windows based desktop that I built w/ monitor at each house, So I'm thinking i could just bring a small Mac-Mini back and forth with me, as they're pretty small.2. Could you guy's point me towards some nice Objective-C or XCode tutorials or books? I've just started spring break and want to take advantage of the time off.3. I'm only 15, so how would I go about selling apps, Ill probably have mostly free apps but would like to incorporate paid versions too, and I know i need to be 18 to sign a contract, would i just get my mom to sign the contract, and if she gets taxed extra I would just pay her the amount she was taxed ? (BTW, I'm in FL)4. How would I sell apps under a company name, I've heard of people trying to list apps and it saying they're real name instead of a company / made up name. There are obvious reasons I'd like to sell an app under a company name, no one wants to buy an app from a company named, for example "Steve". It pretty much set's your app up for failure. Would I have to register all kinds of legal crap just to make it say a developer name like, for example " FunTide Apps".5. If there's any advice you'd like to give to me or info that I didnt ask for PLEASE do, it's greatly appreciated.Thanks for reading, I know the questions are in abundance but I am really excited about starting to develop and have been wanting to do so for a while now !
My iPhone 4S is running ios 6.1.2Apple Maps doesn't display any information at all. The location pin is visible but that's it, no map background is visible.This also affects other map based apps that use the map. Google Maps works fine, and internet access isn't a problem Any ideas?
I dropped my iPhone from waist height flat onto the back (I have a zoogue case on it), and now grey vertical lines appear down the left side of the screen. I have powered off holding the home/power button, but nothing changed. I can't swipe to unlock it, so I can't type in my password in order to back it up over the cloud/my computer before resetting it. Has this happened to anyone? Suggestions? Home fixes? Or am I helpless?
Hello, I have been trying to recover the iPhone 3G after an unsuccessful iOS update and all attempts have not been successful.Tried strategies such as restarting computer, updating iTunes and using a different user account and even buying a new data cable to no avail yet. Really require this phone for business tools and access to personal data ASAP. Appreciate all advice. Thanks!

My iphone 4 was dropped on the bottom right corner, and the screen did not crack at all. The screen won't turn on, but alerts and noises come from the phone when i get a notification. What can i do?
I live in China but spend time in Europe and the US on business.... where should I buy my iphone 5 - and what model? What model do they sell in the Apple store in Sanlitun, Beijing and does it support the LTE platform being introduced soon in Europe and hopefully here in China. Any help would be much appreciated.
I've already posted on another question but my issues seem to have arised since installing 6.1.2 last week. I have been to the Apple Store but, I am a bit hesitant about putting it in for repair as they said it would cost me Hong Kong Dollar (USD193) 1,500 if it's a hardwear fault rather than a software fault. It seems based on the consensus in these forums it is a software issue. Would like to know if anyone has had any luck in fixing it. I've tried everything suggested on these forums, and have had intermittent success....but my iPhone stops working !after a short period of time - Very Frustrating!

I have iPhone 4S it has a H2o SIM card that's worked for about 6 months no problem then one day it said SIM card failure I powered phone on/off once and started working again. Two weeks later it took 3-4 times of me cycling power on/off and removing SIM card and reinstalling it in order to get it to work. Then a week later it did same thing but took even longer. Now it won't read at all and I thought it was SIM card so I went and bought a new SIM card but no change, I looked online for help and even tried to put tape on tray/card like someone said but no change(if I even putting the tape in right place. I tried several different ways) Nothing seems to work. My phone was manufactured between 19-25 of March 2012 so hopefully I can get warranty but not original owner so not sure. Does anyone have any idea what can cause this? Why hasn't Apple fixed this problem since its been happening for a long time
Hello everyone.. I'm very confused here; I own an iPhone 5 which I have on O2. I bought it outright from the Apple Store in Belfast and just transferred my business Sim to a Nano Sim and use that in the phone. I am going to the USA soon (Miami) to be a leader at a Summer Camp for 9 weeks and need to use my iPhone while I'm over there. I have been researching AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verzion all for prices, but I'm still very confused.. I want to call back to the UK for a low price, as well as use the web for WhatsApp and FB messenger etc. Will not be texting back to the UK. I need to know the answer to these questions: 1. When I put my O2 sim into my iPhone (which was bought sim free) does it lock to O2?2. What carriers will support the UK iPhone 5 for LTE? Would like to try this feature out as Northern Ireland hasn't been hit with this yet (probaby never will until 2040 ffs) I understand Verzion will not work as it is CDMA.3. What carrier would be most suited for using in Miami? 4. What would the best price plan be (e.g. is there such thing as a Sim-Only monthly rolling contract or prepaid plans with only sim cards?) Hi,Me and My wife just moved to Latvia from London. i have iphone 4s 32gb and she has 16 gb.Problem we are having is with charging our iphone's here. all the chargers we brought don't seem to charge our iphone's original or the replica's.we are really worried as it is a weird problem but as soon as we went back to london for work i put my iphone on charge and it worked with same chargers. problem is they won't charge with laptops as well but in uk it will charge with laptop and wall charger.really confused i think its may be some sort of software by iphone which protect our iphone when electric voltage changes country to country but then i checked uk and latvia share the same electri voltage and now i am moer confuse please help before i give up on iphone.Many ThanksP.S there are no apple support based in Latvia or Apple stores.
There is an article today indicated that the Associated Press has discovered that the iPhone 5 from Verizon Wireless is unlocked and will work with an AT&T sim on the AT&T Network. The article did not state if the phone will also work on other networks. A Verizon spokesperson has verified that indeed their version of the iPhone 5 is unlocked.
My friend put a passcode on my phone and now doesnt remember it. My last back up was on the 19/11/12 and I since have many photo's of christmas, our first family holiday and the one that matters most is a photo and a video of a loved one that is no longer with us. I will accept loosing contacts etc, but im shattered about maybe loosing photo's and the video. Ive connected to itunes and pressed sync, but I cant get passed step 2 of 6. Please help, any advice greatly appreciated. It is also a business phone, so at the moment I can recieve incoming calls but I can't read text messages. i've entered over 50 passcodes so far, but just keep getting disabled, from 1 minute to 60 minutes.
I have an iPhone5. The speaker has stopped working. I have reset my settings, rebooted several times. I am running 6.1.2. The support center told me to jailbreak my phone and delete com.apple.iapd.plist. The internet has a deamon that they are saying to delete. There are thousands of complaints all over the place. APPLE -- WHAT ARE YOU DOING ABOUT THIS? CAN YOU PLEASE LET US KNOW WHERE YOU STAND ON THIS HARDWARE/SOFTWARE ISSUE!!! Tomorrow, I am going to an apple store to replace my phone (I hope). I use my phone for business and cannot rely on Vibrate to know my phone is ringing. Does anyone know what is really going on? It is ridiculous that there are videos telling people to put Q-tips into the phone. If this is what we are resorting to then the iPhone makers should be embarrassed. I hope this post does not get blocked. I would really like to know what Apple plans to do about this or if anyone really knows how to fix this OTHER THAN replacing the phone. Thanks for listening!
Or I can buy a Nexus 4 for half the price and deprive Apple of any more of my business. I say this typing on my iPad, and knowing that my wife has my iphone 4 (it was hers which was damaged), and my kids both have iPod touch's. To be fair, I thought the standard out of warranty repair/replacement price was good value given that most times it will be for accidental damage and not for failure of Apple parts, and the response to the service request was prompt and efficient. However, their massively different price for devices repaired by people other than Apple has put me right off buying another iPhone. The price exceeds the cost of a new device from Apple Store. If they had simply said, sorry we cannot repair or replace your device because it has non Apple parts, then I would say fair enough. Why even offer to replace for a price higher than a new phone complete with accessories and a 12 month warranty?
My iPhone got hot Nd turned off on its on. It will not power on. Im out of town on business, what do I do?
FYI guys. I powered down my phone for a couple hours, then went back to the App Store. It had a fifth update, but this time it allowed me to complete my updates. Dunno if that helps you guys.
As stated, iphone4S is the smartest phone available. I lost my iphone4S recently and the person who took it, immediately powered it off. I signed in icloud and put my phone in stollen mode using Find My Phone utility which is still pending. I got the sim blocked and reported to police. They will deal it in their own way. My question is: are there other methods to trace my phone?
Im a iphone5 user, also I am using the IOS 6.1 system.but nowadays I am facing to a terrible problem.The phone suddenly powered off when I open a app on the phone,and the screen become black slowly, and then the white apple come here. after that,sometimes it may become good. but the problem is still exist.
In my mail app it allows me to create new folders in the notes section so that I can keep multiple 'notepads' I guess you might call them. It's as simples as creating a new folder and then right away this syncs with my iPhone and iPad and these new 'accounts' show up in the notes app. It's really useful for keeping a set of business notes and personal notes etc etc BUT , I can't for the life of me figure out how you go about creating one of the new accounts/note folders using the iPhone or iPad ? I can't believe there isn't a simple + button somewhere to do this. I've noticed you can also add folders in the icloud web page, so surely they haven't simply left this feature out of the iOS devices entirely have they ? Please say I'm missing something obvious.....
A few days ago, the LED light came on and won't turn off - not even when powered down. I do not have any flashlight apps or anything that uses it other than the camera, what should I do?
I can no longer play YouTube in the background via safari on my iPhone iOS 6.1? (I've never installed the YouTube app purely based on the comments and issues ppl have) I'm not sure if this is since the update or anything in the settings I've done accidentally? Please helpeth.
My wife went into the Chadstone (Victoria - Australia) shop today due to her iPhone's (4) touch screen playing up. The phone was still quite functionable, in regards to expectations of a smartphone but became frustrating when the touch screen stopped working. There was a workaround for this (locking the screen then unlocking the screen) but was not an ideal fix, considering we were paying for a fully functional phone.Prior to going in, last night I ensured that all here apps and iOS were up to date, to ensure there wasn't and easily fixed software problem causing the issue. She was served by a staff member, who after examined the phone advised that there didn't appear to be a hardware issue so she would need to take it out the back to get the software checked. This was all that was explained to my wife, so she let the staff member take the phone to be checked.My wife had no issue handing the phone over as about 8 to 10 months ago she experienced an issue with her original iPhone 4 and after a check (at the same store, again out the back) she was given a new phone a few minutes later due to the phone still being under warranty. My wife returned to the store about 30 minutes later after being told to wait 15 to 20 minutes, to verify what the problem was. Aft waiting 20 minutes she approached a staff member because no one had followed up with her regarding the phone. The staff member sought the initial staff member who had helped her and the staff member went out the back to check. The staff member returned and advised her that they had attempted to check the phone but for a reason (not explained) the phone and gone into panic mode and was unserviceable.My wife was offered a new phone for $150, as the warranty had expired or to come back another day to follow up on possible solutions. Having to pick up my son and due to not being that tech savvy, my wife opted to come back on a later day. After explaining the situation to me, I called the Chadstone store later that night to follow up on the situation due to the poor customer service.I was able to speak to the manager at the time, Joe, and after explaining the situation, I outlined my issues: 1. As my wife previously had a defective product, at no fault of her own, that was within warranty and it was replaced, why didn't the warranty begin again when she was given a new phone? Which later turned out to be defective as well. 2. Before handing over the phone, no attempt was made by the staff member to warn my wife that the phone was not covered by the original warranty, even though it was a replacement phone for a defective phone. 3. Before handing over the phone, no attempt was made by the staff member to to warn my wife that the phone could possibly be made unserviceable. If this was the case, I had pre- warned my wife that if there were any technical issues to contact me and I would advise her on what to do. 4. As the phone was functionable prior to the staff member taking responsibility for it and upon return was not functional AT ALL (read bricked), this was completely inappropriate. I explained that my wife relied on her phone for advice on our baby son. Joe acknowledged the issue but advised that they could not be accountable for the issue because if we were running old software and they had to restore it and run new software, then this was a possible outcome. I confirmed with Joe that the night before I had ensured I had updated all the apps and iOS, to ensure that these were not the causes of the issue. I also confirmed that my wife had not been advised of any possible issues prior to handing over the phone. If she had, she would have called me to confirm and I would have told her not too as it was not a serious issue.I advised Joe that this was not really appropriate customer service and I would jot be looking to pay $150 to resolve the issue and we were not at fault. Joe advised that he could not guarantee that we would not have to pay something but confirmed to come in and I confirmed he would be working the day I would be coming in. Surely based on the history of the issue, Apple are at fault here.
My iPhone 5 was thrown against a wall and busted open. The front half was barely connected to the back half, the screen was black, but lights were still on and it still made noise. I stupidly pulled it apart completely so there is no reactivity at all. based on pictures I've seen of the inside hardware, it doesn't look in too bad of shape except for one thing. At the very top right there's a metal square, and directly next to it I have like three black "tag-like" things sticking out all on top of each other stemming from the same place. The very bottom was says "76 mk" on it and a bunch of different numbers, the middle one has numbers on one side, a brownish end, and a metal chip thing on the other side, and then there's the outer one with nothing on it that looks like it potentially might have been broken off. I don't know if this is making any sense at all, but any techy people out there, is there anything I can do to fix it up enough so I can plug it into my computer and get my stuff (photos, contacts, etc.) off of it by doing a backup. Else, if it is completely dead... Is there a way to remove where the memory is stored and someone retrieve it? Thank you much!
updated to the 6.1 last week. I have a app for a local news paper that I pay a monthly fee to read on line and now since the update I have to sign in every time I read a diffrent article. What changed?
Just got my bill after going to my "free" upgrade to an iPhone5. Verizon charges a $30 fee to upgrade the phone. I challenged it with Verizon and they vigorously defended the charge and by the way reduced my data plan from unlimited to 2GB. So I get less for more, and they defend it???? I bought the phone at an apple store,and the apple folks couldnt be nicer - my conversation with Verizon ended after an hour by suggesting that the Apple rep was misinformed and Verizon wanted to correct him. I am livid and Verizon's blame of a an Apple rep is really a low blow. apple - Verizon is throwing crap your way, and I think it's not right. Your rep couldn't be nicer. Why don't you get into the carrier business Apple? You would not treat customers like Verizon does!!!
