Multiple problems including broken screen unsure of what to iPhone 5

I have an iPhone 5 still within the 1 year warranty. It has a small crack on the top right of the phone, which doesn't have any effect on the screen or touch capabilities. However, the phone also has a faulty camera and lock button. What I am wondering is, does the fact that the screen is cracked affect the ability to get a warranty replacement for the other two problems? Thanks!

Ringer not working iPhone 4S

When a call or text is coming throug there is no sound. The settings seem fine. When I switch the side button to red nothing happens. What used to happen would be the bell sign would come up with a line through it indicating the ringer was switched off but now nothing happens whichever way I switch it. Vibrate is switched on in settings but it isn't vibrating either. Interestingly the alarm is working so the sounds are not completely gone.  I have powered it off an back on etc., but it hasn't made any difference. Any advice. Thanks Paula

iPhone 5-rattling phone second replacement coming

hi guys. i can see this is a common issue. i have heard a few different reasons about why this is happening. either it's the autofocus mechanism or the vibrate motor.whatever the reason, this should not be happening on a £600 piece of hardware. the quality control at apple is not what it used to be and when they are rushing to manufacture millions of devices to tight deadlines in china then this is a problem that was going to happen sooner or later.i am of the opinion that this is a fault with possibly more than 50% of all iphones manufactured to date and apple needs to do a product recall. it seems that they have told staff to not admit this as a fault to try and avoid just that.i got a replacement and it arrived, the rattle was slightly less noticable but definitely still there. i just ordered another replacement and will continue to keep doing so until i get a device that doesn't rattle.before anyone says that this is normal and it is SUPPOSED to rattle, that is BS. i have been to the apple store in brighton and tried the display models and even tried a few they had in the back after speaking with a staff member. out of the 12 phones i went through, 2 didnt rattle AT ALL. Now you tell me if that is normal and people should just put up with the substandard product that apple has churned out this time. I say NO, and the more people that actually make a stand, the quicker apple will be forced to spend some of their $600B on fixing this issue.

iPhone 4 battery drain when powered off

Lately I've been turning off my phone and when I turn it back on battery is drained. Yesterday I turned it off at 80% and when I turned it back on 3 hours later it was at 62%. Then today I turned it off at 50% and when I turned it back on it was at 32%! Does anyone know why my iPhone is losing battery even when it's completely powered off? I feel like it shouldn't be losing any battery at all

iPhone 5 Warranty Question

Hey guys, my iPhone 5 was bought in December at Bestbuy. I just made an appointment at the Genius Bar and I wanted to ask some questions about the one year warranty included with the phone. My phone had been working fine for the past six months and it's never been treated harshly ( I've always kept a good case on it and a screen protector ) however yesterday my lock button stopped working... whenever I click it the phone does not respond to it. The phone is basically new when taken out of the case and the only reasonable explanation for this, in my opinion is a defect of manufacture that recently showed up. I'm wondering what will apple do when I take my phone in? Will they replace it for another? Attempt to fix it? Will any charges be present? And what should I bring just incase they decide to replace it ( ex. headphones, charger?)  Thank you.

Lost Mode Alarm continues-I found my iPhone 5

Hi.  Last Saturday morning I lost my phone and immediately went onto iCloud and entered the phone into Lost Mode, sent the message and Played Sound.  Spent all that day reporting the loss to the police, insurance and Vodafone and generally panicking.  Went to bed that night, put hand under pillow and guess what, found my darling phone!!!  What a relief!!  Cancelled Lost Mode on iCloud and restored passwords, Vodafone etc.  HOWEVER, at various times (and obviously I never get any warning), the lost alarm still sounds and in public, people must think I have stolen my own phone!!!  I have tried different ways to stop the alarm happening again eg setting Lost Mode over again and then cancelling it again but the alarm still goes off.  All I have to do is press the on/off button to stop it sounding but the fact that it goes off in the first place is the problem.  It should be cancelled!   Why does the alarm still go off?  Can anyone help please? Many thanks Susan

All of a sudden I lost my wifi signal....Checked out the settings and the WiFi is off and unable to turn it back on....i have powered down the phone...i have done a full restore and the wifi switched remains greyed out....any suggestions?

iPhone 4S-Serial Number of replaced product

Hello everyone! I've got a problem with my iPhone 4S and I hope someone here can give me a hint on how to fix this... Last year in March I was on vacation in Las Vegas (I live in Austria/Europe) and bought a new unlocked iPhone 4S GSM in the Apple Store in the Forum Shops in Las Vegas including AppleCare+ (I just learned that iPhones can only be serviced in the Country where they are bought - my bad). Lately I was browsing through my Apple support profile and noticed that my iPhone was not registered there. So I tried to enter the serial number of the device and got this message:We're sorry, but this is a serial number for a product that has been replaced. Please check your information and re-enter your serial number. If your information is correct, you may need to contact us. I knew this could not be true so I called Apple Care here in Austria and first I was told that - according to its serial number - my iPhone has been replaced, and that it never should have been sold. I also was told that I have no chance of getting any service for this device despite the Care Protection Plan because the device is invalid due to its status as "replaced". And last but not least I was told that I could never receive any service for this device because American devices cannot be repaired in Europe (I was not aware of this fact and would have expected the salesperson in the Apple Store to tell me because I definitely told him that I am from Austria). Meanwhile I wrote an email to the store where I bought the iPhone from but it's two days now and I have not received an answer (or any indication that my email was received) yet. Is there anything I can do? Yours,Michael

can you restore app from backup iPhone 3G

I deleted all the data from my GasHog app and I'm wondering if I can restore it.  I bought a new car and realized after the fact that I could have just set it up as a second vehicle.  Would be nice to compare my mileage between the two cars but if I can't selectively restore the data from the app, it's not a big loss, just a bummer.

Iphone 5 trouble with charging please help

     Haven't had my iPhone for long (around November for my birthday) and for about the last couple of weeks recently I have had major trouble with the battery charge.      At first I thought it was the cables, so I got new one after new one and they'd work but then stop working. Until the last one I just purchased, it pretty much stopped charging the phone straight away. No lightening or sound response, no connection via computer etc. So, when my charge ran out I still had it plugged into my computer and now my phone only chargers when it's off when it's plugged into a USB port (bear in mind, it doesn't connect to iTunes-it says USB is unrecognized although it still chargers the phone when off). However, it charges fairly quickly when off but when in use the charge diminishes just as quick as it takes to charge. Not only that but now whenever I wish to turn my iPhone off, it turns itself back on.      I have recently sent off my phone to the Apple store to have it checked over and it came back to me saying they couldn't reproduce the symptons I had mentioned so there was me thinking everything was fine but nope, still faulty. So a bit disappointed with paying £7.00 for delivery to have nothing been done about it (not only that, but the phone as also out of charge when returned so it just seemed like my phone wasn't looked over one bit). Also a bit disappointed and annoyed at the fact I'm still paying for my monthly contract for the phone when I am unable to use it!!!     I haven't damaged the phone (it basically looks brand new) and haven't exposed it to any liquids. The USB port on my phone where I charge it seems clear too.      The annoyance of having to send it back to Apple costing me more money is offputting so does anyone have any other suggestions? I'm going to my local 3 store to see if they can help me out but I'm just a bit fed up now. Can see this is a popular problem amongst other iPhone users too. Many thanks! (Oh and need to add I HAVE updated everything on my phone, restored everything, restarted etc.)

Battery life-iphone 4

Well I tried turning off the Bluetooth, turning off WIFI, turning off location services, and all Push activity.  After all of this my battery lasts about 8 hours.  I guess I could keep the phone powered off but I think that kind of defeats the purpose of owning the phone. Any studies on the lifespan of an iPhone 4 battery?  My applecare warranty runs out in a few months.

Update All Apps magically tapped itself-No way to cancel iPhone 3G

iOS 6.1.3 - iPhone5 - I was scrolling through the list of updates in my App Store - there were about 60 app updates listed to be exact - somehow the phone thinks I clicked "Update All" - when in fact I don't think my finger went anywhere near that button. This has happened to me twice! And there is no way to abort it!  Now I am forced to update all 60 apps, even though I swear I never even went near the button. There needs to be some kind of confirmation dialog box before the phone starts doing the Update All process - I don't want my phone to be downloading 60 app updates when it wasn't requested in the first place!

Poor battery life iPhone 5

My iphone 5 has the latest ios 6.1.3 and the battery life is hit and miss. The phone has been factory wiped in itunes and re set up. It sometimes will drop 50 percent on its own in a couple hours. If i do the home button and power reset on the phone the battery will report better. Maybe its a software glitch. I was also disappointed with the fact that i bought a high end home stereo and the iphone doesnt support the new apt-x codec yet their laptops do?  Why is this. Its no wonder apple stocks are falling. I have owned every iphone since the 3gs and really have not seen any real improvements other than processors and screens. Poor customizations, lack of ability to personalize the phone and really nothing to keep me with buying another apple. This is unfortunate as the hardware is great but the feature set just hasn't improved in 5 years. In fact i think it has gotten worse. Being a communications tech i used to use wifi apps for testing signal strength on installed accesspoints and those apps got stripped be ause of apples sdk or whatever it was. The slew of apps on the android market for this is staggering. Now i see that motorola, htc and samsungs are all supporting the apt-x codec but no apple. Gps apps are poor and apple maps for our area are black and whit and half are covered in clouds from the satellite view so you cant see the streets anyways. As a business phone the iphone is looking less imoressive day by day. As a music player its also now being outdone. I hope apple takes some of this to heart and really does something impressive to IOS 7 to restore faith in its fans. And maybe some day we will be able to use one of our songs for a ring tone instead of having to pay. My old cdma phone even had this ability.

What happens when you follow all steps in this article but your 4s repeatedly gives you an error code 9 and you've changed cords AND computers and nothing working

My mom passed me her phone as she couldn't get it to restart.  I got it to charge and restart in recovery mode.  However, I've tried all steps on this and many other forums and it is stuck in "trying to restore".  On the phone, it will blink a white screen, show the apple logo and a progress bar then quickly disappear then on the computer give me error code 9.  I have tried 3 different cords, on both my MacBook Air and my iMac.  Same results on both computers.  She purchased a new phone as she couldn't do without, but would love to fix this phone and give to one of my children.  This phone has not been jailbroken.  Any help would be sooooo appreciated!  Not sure what will happen if I try to take this to Apple.

 Purchased my 4S form from Dubai while on holidays and regretting it, as Facetime was disbaled in it. Was not aware of this until i reached UK and tried using it.Last week took it to Apple store as the speakers started playing up. As it was within warranty period they replaced it with another 4S, said the speaker madule was fauly. Was over the moon as i thought the replacement phone would have Facetime as i am in the UK, lone behold all my hopes were shattered when i switched it on! Facetime is disbaled in it too. ***!  Called up customer service and complained, their reply LIKE WILL BE REPLACED WITH LIKE Is it fair, please i need your opinion

Has had their phone replaced by apple due to bad charging port connection iPhone 5

iPhone 5 won't charge correctly. Only charges when I put pressure to one side on the connector. I know you're thinking "It's the cable or the wall adapter. It's not. I have 5 genuine apple lightning cables, happens with all of them whether plugged in to an ac outlet, USB on a pc, or in my car. This is my 3rd iPhone 5 since my original purchase in October.  The other 2 phones failed with this exact problem. The last time, I took the non charging phone in to a Verizon store (no apple stores near me) and asked them if they had seen it before, they told me that my phone was the only one they ever seen with that issue. So they offered to call apple and ask if this is a known issue with iPhone 5's, they also responded that they haven't seen this issue. Is this true? Am I the only one with this issue, for 3 phones in a row?? Seems unlikely. Anyway, I ask if anyone else has had this happen because if this is in fact something that happens often, I'm going to get a different phone. I love my iPhone 5, but not enough to go through this every month or two.

Un-resettable iphone in coma

My iphone 4 has been operating with a non-functioning power button for months, today it went nuts vibrating and then died.  I can't do a hard reset (due to the power button) and I can't restore (due to the fact that I'm traveling and away from my iTunes).  I've plugged into a friends mac and iTunes is not recognizing the device.  Any suggestions?   PS:  I'm also in an apple store-less place for the time being. Help?

Iphone 5 no longer connecting to bluetooth in car

My Iphone 5 has been connected succesfully via bluetooth to my car for the past 5 months (Ford Fiesta).  Yesterday I went to use it and it wont connect, I powered off the phone, turned bluetooth on/off still not working. I debonded all phones from the car and went to start afresh but that wont work either. When it is searching for devices it just seems to be stuck?  I tried another Iphone 5 in my car and that connected no problems at all. Anyone have any ideas, it clearly must be the phone but wonder what on earth I have done.

Shoutcast Music App iPhone 3G

Hello, I have previously used Shoutcast radio player on Android and I liked the fact that it showed the name of the song playing.  I downloaded Shoutcast for my Iphone and that feature has been removed it seems.  So my question is this:  Is there a preferabley free music app that will allow me to search for my genre of music and play that station and list names of songs? My generes of music are Metallica Stations and Soundtrack Stations.  That's what I like to listen to mostly. So is there any app out there or am I stuck with Shoutcast until they update the app?   Thank you for your assistance

Touch screen not responding after water damage iPhone 5

Hello community. I do get the fact that there is million of threads, but I want to know the opinion of others on this particular case. I dropped my phone into the toilet (luckily, it was clear) and immediately got it out. As I had no experience with these kind of accidents, I actually didn't turn off the phone. I used a towel and then I wobbled my phone to get rid of the water. Then, as the phone started rebooting itself, I dried it with a hairdryer (yes, I'm an idiot) and used a vacuum cleaner to help the proccess. It kept saying this error [NAND] FileFlashAndMedia or something like that, so I turned it off for good and tried to restore it - I started getting the -1 error. After several repetitions, iTunes finally started restoring my iPhone 5 and everything was back to normal. But then I came to the dreadful realization that the screen does not respond. Everything is ok - all the buttons, the display, even the sound seeems to be fine. So after these 15 minutes of panicking I started to read articles and watch videos of other people. Put the phone in a bowl of rice, sealed it and I turn it on from times to times to find out if the screen started responding. Any suggestions? Do you think there is a possibility to recover it?

Yup, I know what the basic decible strength means, but looking to interpret all of the other details.   My goal is to find the ideal configuration for a cellular frequency booster/repeater directional antenna and am getting some odd readings so far. The fact that I am in a mountain rural area and have scarce access to two competing cellular towers miles away complicates the task. Cannot Install Apps Due to iCloud Restoring iPhone 3G

Hello everyone!I recently bought an iPhone 5 and used iCloud to restore apps to it. The apps are all almost installed, except they won't due to the fact I'm not signed into iCloud. Obviously, I would sign into iCloud, but I have since changed my email and it won't let me edit it on my phone because a restore is in progress.Sorry for the confusing answer, but really I'm looking for a way to stop a restoration, or change my iCloud email on my phone while an update is in progress. Thanks in advanced!

i bought a model A1428 from the US but i live in Kuwait. the iphone works perfectly fine except for the fact that it does not support 4G in Kuwait. since im not living in the US, thats a problem. is there anyway i can switch models? and if i can, will the verizon model support 4G in kuwait? i am going to the US in a couple of months so hopefully i will have a solution by then.

I left the apple store fast due to the fact i was in a bad car accudent and i am in a wheelchair and cant stay seated like that long due to a broken leg. It randomly will pop up message saying something like it needs wifi but I have wifi at my house. It also pops up another message something like it needs to finish restoring it and asks if I want to download it all and I click on it it to but it goes away after that and nothing pops back up. I also can't install the new update it says I have I finish the retire then do it. My photo album is also stuck at whatever number of photos I have taken in the new phone that number of 300 something. It just says its downloading it. I have no clue what to do. Also my iCloud backup I looked and it says I have 2.2 gb left then that the  backup is 2.7 gb. I'm very confused what options I have and can't find an answer anywhere please help me!

iPhone 4s not charging

My iPhone 4s is not charging.  Last few days it was eating up the battery life quicker than usual.  Tried doing all the power up deals, turning off then on, even a restore.  It is now completely powered off and not turning on even when plugged in.  I'm out of ideas.  A little help please!Thanks

We have been having trouble with our iPhone 4. It will just die. I researched the web and was able to find the information to restart it by pushing both buttons. This resets it, but does not last. I did a complete reset on the phone then updated it, but it continues to turn off and has to be restarted. It is out of warranty, any help would be great.

To unlocked or not unlock question iPhone 4

I'm heading from the US to Spain for a bit and would like to use my old AT&T 3G (GSM) iPhone 4. I don't anticipate being gone more then 4 weeks. I'd like to use my current App suite and iTune collection while there, and once I return I'll continue with AT&T. AT&T provides service in the EU but at a premium  but is it worth swapping out the SIM for a local provider? Is 3G still supported in the EU? Has anyone had issues switching back and forth? Any opinion on what the costs might be for a local spanish pre-paid or short term contract SIM?Thanks for any comments.

Desperately need to unlock my t-mobile iphone 4

Hi - looking for some help please.... I've got a t-mobile locked iphone4 and would like to unlock it. I have spoken to t-mobile who have advised that they cannot actually unlock my phone. In fact, they gave several reasons, but the final one they are sticking to is that because the phone was issued by apple (it broke and the folks at the apple store kindly replaced it) and not provided by them, they are unable to unlock the phone, even though it is on their network. I wanted to know if: a) anyone has had similiar experiences with t mobile;b) whether what they say (i.e. that they can't do the unlock) is true;c) are apple able to unlock a t mobile iphone, and if not;d) who can and where can i get more information on doing this? Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks in advance guys and gals  Rich 

Iphone 4s deleted notes calendar items

Why does Iphone delete notes or calender items?  More importantly, how would I accidently delete them and is there a way to restore them? This happened with my calander items a month ago.  All of a sudden my appointments for the future and past were gone.  I got them back by restoring it (I THINK.)  After the fact I realized icloud was free and now use that as a back up for my phone. Then again today I was going to delete an item on my note and ALL my notes were gone.  I don't understand how it could of been my fault though.  When you open the Note app I had 9 different 'threads' I will call them.  Within each thread I had more 'notes'.  I was deleting one note from a thread and all of a sudden all my threads were missing by two. I am not sure how I accomlished this, but Notes was not set up in my iClould and I don't know how to get it back.  My issue I know, but any help would be appreciated.   Thanks!

Suddenly can't sync songs from iTunes to iPhone other help topics suggestions not helping me

Everytime I try to sync any of my songs onto my iPhone 4, I get an error message that says: "Some of the items in the iTunes library, including "(song name)", were not copied to the iPhone "iPhone Name" because they could not be found." and then it stops syncing. It says there are 13 problems. Then when you expand to see the files, each one says: "(song name)"" was not copied to the iPhone "iPhone Name" because it could not be found." It can be any song, an old song from 7 years ago that I got off Limewire, or a song from a CD, or it can be a song I paid for from the iTunes store. Doesn't matter. Couple weeks ago, I had no problems. Purchased new songs and had them in playlists on my phone. Then a couple days ago, I plugged my iPhone into the computer (to charge it), and suddenly my songs were removed off the iPhone. So I tried to put them back on, kept getting this error. So I googled it. I have spent the past 4 days TRYING to get things to work. I have looked through all the other similar questions, and tried suggestions on there. Nothing is working. - There is no exclamation point beside any of my music.- I have not changed the hard drives (I don't use my computer daily, probably once a week), (Windows is up to date also).- I have tried re-adding the songs to the library.- Everything still plays in iTunes.- If I click on the file in its location, it will open it and play it in iTunes. - I tried deauthorizing my account then reauthorizing it, didnt work.- I have even removed all my music off my phone to see if that works, now I have 15 songs on it. I did find it odd that when I looked in my purchased playlist, they were not there, but they are on the computer and on the purchased list (under the iTunes store on the side menu). At least I can use my iPod for when I'm in the car, but now I have to carry that around too, I'm getting quite frustrated. Normally I'm quite computer savvy, but I'm totally stuck on this one. And like most people, I rely on my iPhone WAY to much and let the little things affect my daily life. I hope SOMEONE can please help me?!? (I don't know if it may even have to do with the fact that yesterday I finally got my iPhone updated to the latest IOS, (cuz I was finally able to download the update from iTunes... Unless that was a separate update) the one where it's like "do you want to cancel, download only, download and install").

I just started to get a SIM Failure Pop up on my iphone 5on Thursday while traveling and using Maps fornavigation. I cannot seem to remove or repair this error.I have gone to yoru support page and followedinstructions on how to reset network.I first tried to send a text and failure came up. Then resetnetwork and text went through, but pop up still came upwith Sim Failure every time I turn my phone on.I also followed instructions to remove Sim Card whenturned off and Reinserted it and that did not work either.What do I do? I have powered off, updated phone andanything on yoru site I couldl handle myself to do.Can you fix this? Or is it a Verizon Wireless issue?

hi, everyone, I'm from China. I'm using an iphone 4s 16G black with a Trexta shell. I bought it in the Sanlitun Apple store, Beijing. Last night I wanted to change another shell. After I took off the Trexta shell, I found there was a sunken part which felt smooth by fingers on the back cover(the adge is not sunken). I've never dropped my iphone on the floor and there is no collision track you could see in the first picture. I thought it's like this when I bought it.  so I posted these on the biggest apple communities of China, but no one had seen this kind of problem before. Someone thought it's a plastic forming problem. In my opinion, the Apple products represent the best and perfect. If it's really a plastic forming problem, I can't believe it would happen on the iphone. someone said "go to the Apple store and change a new one", but Apple customer service said, after 14 days, Appearance problems is not in the warranty scope. someone suggested me to keep it as a souvenir, cause it's a small probability event.someone joked that I can put my iphone on Ebay, it's an Apple with a bite, maybe someone want to buy it. Have anyone seen the same problem before?  I hope you can understand what i'm saying, and forgive my poor English. Vertical Grey lines iPhone 5

I dropped my iPhone from waist height flat onto the back (I have a zoogue case on it), and now grey vertical lines appear down the left side of the screen. I have powered off holding the home/power button, but nothing changed. I can't swipe to unlock it, so I can't type in my password in order to back it up over the cloud/my computer before resetting it. Has this happened to anyone? Suggestions? Home fixes? Or am I helpless?

How i stop my apps from crashing on my iphone 4s

When using any app on my iphone 4s it crashes momentarily after opening it. i have a lot of memory and not many apps at all in fact i only have one page of apps.out of 16gb of memory i have used 6gb. please help

APP STORE WONT LET ME UPDATE MY APPS iPhone 3G

its been a while now since i updated my apps and i faced a problem where it wont let me .i wanted to download an app but it didnt accept my password!i clicked update and then it asked me for my password whcih i typed in, then it it said Your Apple ID or password is incorrect. with the options of cancel or retry. so i did at least 5 times and kept doing it everyday but it still wouldnt work!! so i decided to log out and use another apple ID this time it let me download apps how ever it still wouldnt let me update. this time when it asked for the password the account dispayed was the old one (account that didnt accept the password) i got confused as to why it was still the old apple ID displayed when in fact i was signed in with another Apple ID? so i put the password from the old account ....still nothing worked, tried the password from the Current Id i am signed in with still none!!! i logged onto the apple website and there was problems there too!! i got the password changed and everything but it still wont let me update any of my apps!! and this is not just in one phone but two !! iphone 5 and iphone4  is there a bug on my phone ? how do i fix this ?  i think the problem started when i updated to io6 like a while after i updated it

Iphone 4S will not allow WiFi to be turned ON

Hello Apple Commuinty, Recently my partners iphone will not let her to connect to WiFi as On/Off selection under WiFi is greyed out. We have tried all info shown in article TS1559 and still no joy. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks,Mike

IPhone 4S stopped reading S card after 6 months

I have iPhone 4S it has a H2o SIM card that's worked for about 6 months no problem then one day it said SIM card failure I powered phone on/off once and started working again. Two weeks later it took 3-4 times of me cycling power on/off and removing SIM card and reinstalling it in order to get it to work. Then a week later it did same thing but took even longer. Now it won't read at all and I thought it was SIM card so I went and bought a new SIM card but no change, I looked online for help and even tried to put tape on tray/card like someone said but no change(if I even putting the tape in right place. I tried several different ways) Nothing seems to work. My phone was manufactured between 19-25 of March 2012 so hopefully I can get warranty but not original owner so not sure. Does anyone have any idea what can cause this? Why hasn't Apple fixed this problem since its been happening for a long time

Complaint about an app iPhone 3G

I downloaded a free app @ 30 days ago.   It is now saying my 31 free trial is over!!!???  App never said it was a trial. I tried to submit a complaint however nothing "submit button"  flashes but does not submit.   I was going to only give it two stars. My review still does not show. As a matter of fact there are no negative reviews which I find interesting. The app is only 1.99, but I am concerned about this app possibly charging for setting else.  I have 30 days of work on this app.  If I would of known trial I would have possibly chose another app!!!  What can I do now?!  Developer will not respond.  

Verizon iPhone 5-UNLOCKED

There is an article today indicated that the Associated Press has discovered that the iPhone 5 from Verizon Wireless is unlocked and will work with an AT&T sim on the AT&T Network.  The article did not state if the phone will also work on other networks.  A Verizon spokesperson has verified that indeed their version of the iPhone 5 is unlocked.

6.1.2-Switching from LTE to 4G randomly iPhone 5

I have 6.1.2 installed on my Iphone 5.  Basically here's whats going on. -LTE will randomly turn off and 4G will be enabled.  Even when you go to Cellular, LTE is switched on... but it's not on.   -Wifi is a disaster for me.  The signal drops in the same room as the router. I don't know how to explain the problem other than a CRAZY WEAK WIFI signal.  I don't really know what to do about this.  I've literally had 6 iphone replacements with 6 different issues that came with them.  They refuse to exchange anymore.  I don't recall this wifi being an issue on any of them prior to this one.  I'm hoping it's not hardware but, signs are pointing toward it being so.   -Battery seems better than in September when it would just die in standby.   While, I appreciate some things being fixed, I don't appreciate a company who basically gets fed up with helping somebody with their purchase.  Why did I have to get 6 iphone replacements?? Oh, that's right - because they are making these phones like garbage!  Scratches, Buttons improprly built that cause malfunction, wifi problems, camera problems, BAD BATTERIES.  But when it's all said and done, they refused to just keep on exchanging until I got what I paid for.  I think that's crazy.  The fact that I was loyal enough to say, Okay, let's try it again - instead of saying THIS IS PEICE OF GARBAGE PRODUCT (Which, i'm sorry, it is) speaks levels of my loyality.  I was dismissed from their care and I think that's ridiculous!  Sept 21st purchase, it's now Feb 23.  I STILL HAVEN'T GOTTEN WHAT I PAID FOR! Thats the truth.
