iPhone 4S continuously shows low load balance notification

It all started when I took some pictures today, then after couple of photos, the Camera app crashes. Tried to open up the camera app again and attempted to take some photos but it crashes immediately again. Couple of seconds later I get this notification. Lots of it. Next thing I did is to hard restart my iPhone but although the notification appears again even though I don't take pictures now. It seems for me that this issue isn't influenced by the camera at all but more on iOS issue. From then on I keep getting this notification to the point whenever I wake my iPhone, I keep pressing the DISMISS button. This is really annoying and frustrating as it attempts to consume my load. For additional info:iPhone 4S 32GBiOS 6.1.3Not jailbrokeniPhone is not set for any 3G/data subscription, whatsoever. iphone app updates frozen in waiting-what to try next

Hi, I tried to update 3 apps on iPhone 5 about a week ago. They got 'stuck' while updating, and now are permanently frozen showing a greyed out icon, and saying the status as 'installing.'  I have tried everything and need more suggestions.This is what I have tried:Restoring - no changeLogging off iTunes account, pressing home and lock button til apple icon appears, then logging back in - this changes the status to 'waiting' but it's still frozenHolding down icon to delete - it doesn't have cross above these 3 affected appsGone into -> General -> Usage -> then selected each affected app and Deleted them - no changePlugged into PC and synced, then tried removing apps and installing again - the icons aren't removed when I remove, but when I install them again, it does kickstart the icon to change to 'loading', but then it returns to 'installing' and is still frozenAdding a new app/ installing updates for other apps to check to see if iTunes account works - yes they added/ updated fineCalling Apple tech support. The guy was really nice and helpful, but his advice didn't work (as above.)  He told me to contact the iTunes account support, and ask them to delete the apps from my purchase history and then try re-installing themContacting the ITunes account support - they emailed me back, and advised me that they checked my download queue and "updates of these three apps are not there." (?) So they gave me the advice to do as above. He also sent me to this link: http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1702 which at the last step says "If you continue to experience the issue, contact the developer of the application for further assistance."  Now, my issue is: How the heck do I contact the developer, and will this help, when it seems to clearly be an iPhone problem? Should I give up and take the phone into an Apple store? Any other suggestions will help.  Cheers.

Dropped iPhone 4 in to toilet but hear me out

I dropped my phone into the toilet. I got it out as quickly as possible, but it did get submerged. When I got it out, the screen turned on by itself, but I didn't think much of it, and I stuck it in rice for a few hours. When I went to check on it, it seemed fine, as the screen turned on and all the buttons seemed to be working, other than being slightly laggy. The volume buttons worked, but the didn't seem to do anything to the volume. The speakers worked as well, and even the vibrating part did. the lagging didn't get any better though, so I decided to see if reseting it would work. It turned off fine, and the apple symbol came up, but that was where it stopped, and it now will not turn on. I checked the LCI in the headphone jack and the charging slot, and the one in the headphone jack has a tiny pinkish-red dot, and the one in the charging slot doesn't look red at all. I stuck it back into the rice just in case. Can anybody help with my situation?Just some info, up until I put my phone into the rice the first time, I was mostly in full panic mode, and even after I put it in the rice, I kept checking to see if it worked by pressing the sleep button. I'm pretty sure I did everything I'm not supposed to do, but what can I say?

iPhone 5 seizing randomly-unable to be used

I am not the most technically inclined, so please bear with me.  About two months ago, lines began showing up in Safari every now and again. They would go away, so I didn't think too much of it. Then one night, while in a game app, the screen began "flashing" like a strobelight. It couldn't exit the app fully, was blinking half the screen in the app, part of the home screen, etc. You cannot see throught the commotion to use the phone, if the programs can even open. This happened all evening, through the night, and the entire following day. Then it stopped.  It was fine when I took it to the AT&T store (the closest Apple store is 45 minutes away, so I wanted to be sure AT&T couldn't do anything for me) but by opening and closing programs and apps, I was able to force it to act up. Of course when I left the store, it worked fine again.  It was fine for a few days, acting up only a time or two, but I drove 45 minutes to the Apple store. My Genius Bar member told me it was software based and that I should restore the phone, download the software again, and manually add my media back on. After the four+ hours of downloading and 2+ hours of adding media, it was fine again. That was about two weeks ago. Now it's back.  I looked into the diagnostics (what I can see through the noise on the screen) and I have many different errors going on. Googling these errors codes is not providing much information, and again, I am not the best with this stuff.  SO:-Is a latestcrash.plist or mediaserverd.plist the same as a panic.plist code? In turn, if they are, will Apple replace the phone as they supposedly do in the case of panic.plist crashes? -I've noticed a bunch of the issues seem related to audio and video functions on the phone. I have AudioToolbox, CoreFoundation, and CoreQuartz codes, for example. Are these things that would justify a replacement? I am sitting through another 4 hour software download right now in order to restore the phone again, but am afraid to lose that diagnostics info, but also cannot see the screen to send any diagnostics info to Apple. Is this something that is software based? Does that mean I am going to be doing this every few weeks? The phone is only 6 months old, but I don't want to let it go and loet the one year manufacturer's warranty.  I apologize for being so verbose but I really cannot find anything online that sounds similar to what my phone is doing. Any guidance would be much appreciated.

Another iPhone disabled question- iPhone 4S

Hi All, So I have disbled my iPhone 4s by forgetting my passcode (like it seems many other people do!). Also as the phone went dead as I was away for the weekend the SIM is also locked. I have often backed it up to iCloud but I never had the camera roll back up option ticked as I cannot see it when I sign into iCloud. I dont have iTunes on my laptop or access to the original iTunes where it was synced a year and a half ago. My question is can I get the phone unlocked by Apple? ( I have the IMEI number and proof of purchase) Is there any way of keeping or getting my photos/videos and messages? When I had my phone plugged into the laptop and was clicking backup through wifi will this have also backed up my photos? Thanks!

My third attempt to fix my iPhone 4s. I've gone through two phones calls, three associates, and one Tech. support supervisor. The only thing said to me was "I cant do anything". I accidentally deleted my iTunes library. How I transfer contents of iPhone to new iTunes library

Okay. So this was what happened: I was updating my iTunes library to the latest version. All of a sudden, my netbook crashed and eventually was hanging. So I removed the battery and restarted my netbook. I later found out, my iTunes got deleted. I didnt panic at first since I deliberately deleted my iTunes before and reinstalled it again finding all my files back in the iTunes. But this time, when I reinstalled it, all my files were gone! With this situation, can I transfer all my current files from my iPhone to my new iTunes library? I don't mind losing my music but I just want to safely sync my iPhone to this new iTunes library without erasing my current apps and photos. Hope you guys can help me!

SOUND BAR SUDDENLY DISSAPEAR iPhone 4

It looks like a very common problem but I need a solution. I have an iPhone 4 GSM and some times the sound bar dissapear and the only sound I can hear is the ring tone. Non the messages tone, sound on videos, music, keyboard clicks or the block/unblock sounds are available. I been told that the porblem is caused by an error on a file named:  com.apple.iapd.plist  is there a way to fix or repair this file? I will appreciate any help you can provide.

How I sync apps from same iTunes account to an iPhone 3G and an iPhone 4S and keep correct version for each iOS

I have an old 3G as well as a 4S. Initially I set up a separate iTunes account for the 4S as I was worried I'd lose my old apps for 3G (as older, compatible versions aren't kept in the iTunes store so once they're gone, they're gone...). 3G is set up to sync with iTunes, 4S is inly syncing mail and conatcts through Exchange but hasn't been synced with an iTunes library for the reason above. Is there a way to sync both phones off the same iTunes account, so I can set up each phone with some music, as well as apps, without iOS 5 versions overwriting the exisitng apps for the 3G? To complicate things further, I don't want to sync photos, contacts, messages, etc. I just want to avoid having to duplicate all my music and pay for all the apps all over again. Recover data from water damaged phone-Its in DFU mode iPhone 5

I got my phone wet but more importantly i need the data from it (mainly the videos i took). Iv recovered files from a Itunes Data Back Up but i need to access the files that are on my phone that werent saved or synced to my PC. Hey everyone. I have an iPhone 4S that needs replacing due to obvious hardware issues (shuts down randomly on its own). I have shown the panic.plist reports that it generates on another forum and they have confirmed the kernel and hardware problem. Since replacing it is the only way to go for me, I was wondering whether Apple still offers the option to upgrade to the next model when going to replace a phone with warranty. What I mean is, if I go to an Apple Store and ask to replace my handset for a new one (with my warranty/receipt) will I be offered to upgrade to an iPhone 5 for an additional fee? Can I ask for this option?  Thanks!

Question on unlock process for iPhone 4

Hello, I have completed my 2-year contract agreement with AT&T and received the instructions for unlocking my iPhone 4. My question: My iPhone is synced. Now I should do a full backup and restore of the iPhone via iTunes, but will this (1) keep all my current apps and (2) affect my current settings, specifically will I need to re-adjust all my individual notifications (alert style, badge app icon, sounds, view in lock screen)? This would be a tremendous chore for me as I currently have 176 applications on my mobile. I appreciate your help with the answer to this. Thank you  Regards, Chuck

Some of the apps that were there are gone and yet if I go to the search box and lookup the app I can find it and use it. I also can't rebuy the app because it says I already own it in the App Store. I had my Iphone 5 stolen recently

My phone was about to die before it was stolen and now it is dead so I cant call it. I am not sure if I had the ICloud set up or not. I tried to set it up but I don't know if it was completly set up. I have synced my phone into my PC computer before to download pictures. I have my ITunes account set up for my phone on my computer. I don't know how to see if I can use ICloud or the Find My Phone app. If my ICloud wasn't set up is there anything I can do to set it up, find my phone, or restore the pictures from it. I have a lot of pictures on there of my son and I really don't want to lose them. If there is no way to find my phone I have insurance for it but I really want to get my pictures back. Hi guys!, first of all, sry for my english.I bought one month ago an iphone 5 in UK, and when i come back to Argentina (I'm from Buenos Aires) my iphone starts rebooting all time. I am running out of usage space. How do I increase the total amount of space I have on my iPhone4S: for things like programs & apps such as, iTunes & more music & like MusicTube & YouTube. The only reason I have any space now is because the music that I had downloaded and synced onto my phone from iTunes I had to take it all off. Apps updates aren't synced anymore from iTunes (on iMac 27") to both iPhone 4 and iPad 2 Wifi.Mac OSX 10.6.8 Snow Leopard.iTunes 11.0.2 (25)IOS 6.1.3 on both iPhone and iPad.The devices are recognized. Everything syncs except apps updates. I have to apply them directly on the devices under Wifi.

iPhone 4 randomly losing contacts

Hey everyone, I have an iphone 4 and over the past few weeks it has just randomly been losing my contacts.  I have them all backed up in my computer, but it is still annoying and worrisome.  I don't have iCloud syncing turned on, nor does it happen after I have synced or anything.  It will just happen in the middle of the day while it is sitting on my desk.  I'll look over to answer a text or something and notice all my contacts gone and my texts and phone calls are just listed by numbers.  It has only been happening recently.  I have 1.6 GB of space left (of a 16 GB iphone 4) so I don't think it is a space issue, but what do I know?  Could it be deleting my contacts because its out of room?  I'm totally at a loss.  Geez.  Any help?

As I read in some other communities this is not the first time. I think your are moving into the wrong direction with your time to market strategy. The most important thing is the end user nothing else. What's about a feature for iTunes were I can set these options and then they synced and included in a backup?! How I sync voice memos from an iphone 4s to my PC

i plugged in my phone via usb to my computer and then i authorised the computer for the phoneand now, I want to transfer the voice memos from my phone to my computer so that I can listen to it therehowever whenever i click sync it says that i've synced the phone with another computer and the only way to sync is to erase everything on my phone which obviously defeats the purpose of me transferring my voice memos to my comp. how can i change the settings or whatever to get the memos to my computer and allow me to sync without erasing everything?is there any way without having to download some sketchy app to help me? i just want to change the settings of my phone to sync with this computer and still have my voice memos.  any help would be greatly appreciated

My iPhone 5 keeps closing down re-starting itself

Never had a problem with my iPhone 5 until the last 24 hours, it keeps closing itself down and the re-starting literally 2 to 3 times every hour, have done a full recovery on the phone but this has not solved the problem, have checked on diagnostics and usage and it shows panic.plist several times on the data log (have included picture of screen shot) have scheduled a call with apple support tomorrow, has anyone had the same problem or know why it keeps happening?

Hi experts, need some help. I've had my iP4 for 2 years now, mostly trouble free.  Recently my sounds have "mostly" stopped working and I just can't figure out why.  I've done a lot of troubleshooting so here is what the symptoms are: - Volume up/down buttons do not work, nothing happens when pressed- Silent switch does not work, nothing happens when switched- Lock sound does not happen- Phone does not ring (only vibrates)- Phone does not alert or chime - Some apps audio does not work, but most apps play audio fine (youtube, music, videos, most games, etc)- When selecting ring-tone or alert sounds I can hear the sound, so the speaker is working fine Here is what I've tried- check all settings and switches, certainly not a setting issue- cleaned the dock connector with a brush, it is very clean- cleaned headphone jack, and insert/remove headphones multiple times- wiped all settings and restored to factory settings- updated to latest ios6 firmware- deleted "com.apple.iapd.plist" file using iexplorer, did nothing Seems like I'm just about out of options now!  Thanks for any help.

I cant delete an imported photo album from my computer iPhone 4S

I downloaded an album from my computer onto my iphone 4s. It synced and I do not want the album anymore. I tried to delete it like you can with a normal album but it won't let me.

How can I delete music off my phone while on my phone iPhone 5

I'm almost out of space on my phone, and I only want certain music on it--not my entire iTunes library. I even bought iTunes Match so that the majority of my music could be in the cloud and I could still access it without it taking up unneeded space on my phone. Is there a way to delete specific songs, or artists, or albums, or whatever off of the iPhone 5 on the phone itself? I know you used to be able to just swipe your finger length-wise along a song and it would give you the option to delete the song (and you could do this with any section in the Music app e.g. artist, album, etc.). But I seem to be unable to do this anymore. And even then when I could delete individual selections, when I synced my phone to iTunes it would just redownload the music. I want to keep only certain songs on my phone in the Music app and only put others on if I specifically mean to do so. So basically, is there any way for me to do this? to keep only the bare necessities on my phone and not have others downloaded automatically?Thanks!

iPhone 5 not charge after update

My iPhone 5 charged and synced with my computer perfectly since I bought it when it first came out.  I updated the phone to 6.1.2 and now it will not charge on my computer.  It still sincs up just fine, but it has stopped charging.  I have reset the phone, restarted everything, still will not charge.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you!

Audible Audiobook Won t Sync to IPhone From iTunes

I got my first audiobook with the free Audible trial yesterday and after I downloaded it from the Audible website, I was able to open it and listen to it in iTunes on my MacBook. However, when I synced my IPhone to my MacBook, everything but the audiobook got transfered over. The audiobook was categorized under "audiobooks" in iTunes, so I know that the audiobook did not get thrown into a playlist under music in iTunes. I confirmed this after searching through my iTunes library. in itunes, I even made sure to check the box saying "Sync Books", however, I noticed that iTunes did not give me the option of changing the drop down menu specifying what kinds of book would be synced to the iPhone. I attached a print screen of this menu. As you can see, this drop down menu is frozen (light grey) and is restricted to only books and PDFs, which I assume does not include audiobooks. In the end, my Audible mobile app shows that my audiobook has not been put on the iPhone because whenever I press the "Refresh" button, it shows that the iPhone had not yet been downloaded (I couldn't downloaded it through 3G because the audiobook exceeded 50MB). My music synced to my iPhone but it won't play box on right of song title almost looks like stop symbol. What can I to fix this

This has never happened to me before and I have had my iPhone for a couple years now. Just today I bought a couple albums on my mac through iTunes and they downloaded just fine. I have iCloud so they were automatically transferred to my phone. When I go to listen to the songs I found that they won't play. There is a gray box on the far right next to the song title. It won't play and after a little while it just skips to the next song. The weird thing is some songs did download all the way and work just fine. Please help!!!!

Why i can t open book I just downloaded to my iPhone 4

I just downloaded a book from iTunes store called "iTec" which is apparently a free magazine of technology. I have it on iTunes but as I read in other discussions I can't open it from iTunes. So I synced my iPhone 4 which is still NOT with iOS 6. My iBooks is updated. Someone knows what's the reason for this book not to even appear in my iPhone (iBooks app)? I will thank you so much.

Even after successful completion of Sync, transfer purchaces and back up  :iTunesMobile Applications folder does not show 27 app of total 108 app on my iPhone 4 iOS 6.1? had to download close to 60 apps after updating to iOS 6 from iOS 5. pls help

Issues with possible 6.1.2 iPhone 4

My iphone is recognized in both windows and itunes, but it will not back up or sync.  I updated to 6.1.2 earlier today, but when backup was about to occur it said error with no error message. when I do go to sync the phone or make changes to what will be synced to it, it says apply changes WITH the software that will be on it, but it will not let me sync the phone.  Nor willl it let me back it up for it requires to be synced to do so.    How can this be fixed without going into apple store?

Can t turn off Facebook birthdays iPhone 3G

I have an iPhone 4s running iOS 6.1.2.  I have synced Facebook contacts with phone contacts, I also have the Facebook App. I have disabled Facebook in notifications (no banners, off on every option), I go into Calendar and disable the "Birthdays" under "Facebook", I have even diabled Birthdays for phone contacts. Once another birthday comes along the option in Facebook Birthdays for Calendar is enabled as if by magic and up pops a notification.  I disable it again and once another birthday comes along, hey presto it enables itself again with another message. The phone contacts birthdays does not re-enable itself, just the Facebook Birthdays. Seems like either a bad Facebook "bug" which is legally a privacy infringment, or an iPhone bug.

Blank screen iPhone 3G

Hi apple users! My iPhone 5 screen suddenly went blind!!! i am in total panic! The phone is on, I know this cos calls are still coming in. But I can't view my screen! It's just a dark blank screen!   Help!!!

My speaker has stopped working and it appears this happening everywhere what Apple doing about this iPhone 5

I have an iPhone5. The speaker has stopped working. I have reset my settings, rebooted several times. I am running 6.1.2. The support center told me to jailbreak my phone and delete com.apple.iapd.plist. The internet has a deamon that they are saying to delete. There are thousands of complaints all over the place. APPLE -- WHAT ARE YOU DOING ABOUT THIS? CAN YOU PLEASE LET US KNOW WHERE YOU STAND ON THIS HARDWARE/SOFTWARE ISSUE!!! Tomorrow, I am going to an apple store to replace my phone (I hope). I use my phone for business and cannot rely on Vibrate to know my phone is ringing. Does anyone know what is really going on? It is ridiculous that there are videos telling people to put Q-tips into the phone. If this is what we are resorting to then the iPhone makers should be embarrassed. I hope this post does not get blocked. I would really like to know what Apple plans to do about this or if anyone really knows how to fix this OTHER THAN replacing the phone. Thanks for listening!

Why it say 6.6 GB used for my other when I synced my iPhone 4

My iPhone has been having weird "other" amounts of gobblygook in it. I don't know if it is the iOS or random things. Is there any way to do away with all that space so I can put all my music and photos on my 16GB (now 13 GB iPhone 4)?The Genius Bar just said to update to the latest iOS, but that made it worse!

iPhone 5 bluetooth pairs with 2009 Prius but not everything works

iPhone 5 synced up OK with Prius for phone. Phone works well over the sound system. Siri speaks over the sound system when in the car. Oddly enough, Google Maps nav assistant speaks over the sound system. The question is:   How can I sync the music/multimedia on the iPhone with the bluetooth on my Prius. Or can I???
