Non riescono sentirmi durante le chiamate iPhone

Salve,ho appena ritirato un iphone 4 ricondizionato da un vs centro autorizzato e dopo appena di giorno ho riscontrato un grave problema durante l'utilizzo: durante quasi tutte le telefonate che faccio il mio interlocutore non riesce a sentire nulla (come se il mio microfono fosse impostato su muto), lo stesso problema è stato riscontrato con le cuffie originali apple e con il mio auricolare bluetooth della plantronics.Ho provato a ripristinare il telefono senza successo, dopo pochi minuti il problema si ripresenta. Ho provato ad usare anche altre applicazioni (es skype e registratore vocale) per verificare che non fosse un problema di hardware, infatti il microfono funziona perfettamente senza problemi.anche il controllo vocale funziona benissimo. riscontro questo problema solo effettuando e ricevendo chiamate.il problema è parecchio fastidioso visto che è quasi impossibile effettuare telefonate senza incorrere in spiacevoli interruzioni.avete altri clienti che hanno riscontrato questo problema?come mi devo comportare?

iPhone 5 Battery drain when not using Wifi also gets hot.

Recently I have been experiencing problems with my iPhone 5, if I am away from a wifi connection I experience high battery drain & the phone will sometimes get hot.Generally I am in the office or at home & the phone will be connected to a wifi hotspot, however yesterday I was out of the office in meetings etc, I didn’t have access to any wifi so used 3G data, I was in London in areas with generally good 3G coverage.  The battery went from 100% to 0% in 9 hours with what I would call minimal usage as follows.4 minutes worth of calls.25 received emails5 sent emails9 photos taken1 hour streaming music via Bluetooth20 minutes reading from news stand5 minutes in the facebook app5 minutes using the Maps app2 minutes viewing London Tube Map app  This appears to be a problem with the data receiving part of the phone as when I have access to wifi the battery life is generally fine.  I have had iPhones for about 3 years & never had issues like this. Has anyone else experienced similar problems?

Hello, this is my first time on a forum like this so I don't really know what to expect but basically the reason why I am here today is because of the fact that my iPhone's battery is excuse my french, dog s***. I'm 16 years old almost 17 and I haven't had any problems with my other iPhone's before (iPhone 3G, 3GS, 4, 4S) I charge it at 100% in the morning, so I leave it all night from 1% the previous night and then I get up and without even using it, it's at 95% already. Now the thing you're going to say is have you tried:  Turning off 3G/LTE - YESTurning off Wi-Fi - YESBluetooth - YESLocation Service's - YESPush Email - YESMessing with the brightness - YESRe-setting the phone several times (LOL) - YES  I honestly don't see why it is draining this much, I have like 10 apps and all of them are ones that don't send much data, nor recieve much. You know the usual Facebook, Twitter, YouTube etc etc.  If someone could possibly help me I will be the happiest man alive!!! Thanks-Ed

My iPhone 5 wont play music through my headphones.

When playing music through the headphones that were provided with my phone, I would hear a crackling noise. Then it would shut off and pause on my phone. When I press play it doesn't play until I wiggle the hpeadphone jack. I put my headphones into my computer and It worked perfectly fine. So I deduced that it was a problem with my headphone port on my iPhone. Any suggestions? Also I just got this yesturday so its in warranty.

4S-No sound from speaker no mic no vibration doesn't detect headphones iPhone 4

Hello, I just replaced my 4S's display, and after reassembly the iPhone powered on as normal, but - there is no sound, mic or vibration what so ever. It doesn't detect a headphone jack either. The mute button and volume buttons work just fine, volume control shows up but there is no vibrate or sound at all.  So this basically makes it useless as a phone ... Anyone know what could be causing the issue? I tightened the screws, tried reconnecting the cables and the speakers. Hoping this is not an issue with the audio IC. Definately not software related, tried full DFU restore, tried cleaning the dock connector and jack, the iPhone is NOT stuck in dock connector mode. TL;DR: No sound from any speaker, no vibrate what so ever, no mic, doesn't detect headphone jack. Anyone know what's wrong? Could it be a damaged Audio IC (don't really see how this can happen)? Broken flex cable?

my iphone 5 was today restored due to it getting buggy and as normal it was done with the latest ios 6.1.4. everything is fine except i can no longer use bluetooth. i can turn it on in settings however it never sees or can be seen by other devices/pc/mac/smartphones etc. any help would be greatly appreciated? thanks jason

When making call I can t hear person I am calling but they can hear me. How I fix this problem iPhone

Hey guys, I can play music and hear it just fine, with or without headphones. When I press on the keypad I can hear the noise it makes, I can hear calls with my headphones plugged in, or when the speaker option is on, however, unless this happens, I can't hear the person I am on the phone with. I've tried restarting, resetting, earasing all content, and restoring it with iTunes and that didn't work. I've tried cleaning the ports with a toothbrush, or pressing gently on the microphone and that didn't work.I've tried calling with the headphone on, and taking them off in the middle of the call and that didn't work either. I am currently outside of the US so I can't go to an Apple store, so I am wondering if any of you guys have been succesful at solving this problem. In november my friend purchased me a black iphone 5.  It was awesome with No problems.  Recently however, I have been experiencing a very short battery life.  After a day of light usage sometimes my battery will dip below 5 percent.  Now, I already tried disableing bluetooth, turning off data and wifi when not being used, and even turned down the brightness to half way.  Because the iphone is certainly defected, when I exchange the iphone is there a possibility to swap it out with one of a different color, as the black one devolops scratches along the champhered edge like crazy, also ios 7 looks wayyyyyy better with the white iphone, it just blends into the device itself.  Anyways, thanks for any responses

I was just listening to music when I dropped my iphone 4s on to my floor. (It has an otterbox on it). After I picked it up, nothing would play through the headphones. I tried rebooting it, cleaning the headphone jack and I'm going to try to restore it. If this doesnt work any suggestions?

Recently my phone randomly seems to mute itself.  I am not sure if it is because of a bluetooth connection although I have turned bluetooth off.  Sometimes that seems to fix the problem but not always.

Hi there, I have an iphone 4s and have a problem with my headphones. When I plug them in, the iphone doesnt register that they are there and plays through its own speaker rather than the headphones sometimes. I have tried with several headphones so I know it is the iphone. It works sometimes and doesnt work some other times. And when it does work, it sometimes  cuts off mid song and reverts to the iphone speaker. Has anyone else encountered this? Many thanks

My iPhone 5 won't connect to new bluetooth or wifi connections

Okkay so ever since a few weeks ago my iPhone 5 stopped connecting to new WIFI networks... I didn't really see it as a big deal until my friends were all connected to the same wifi and my iPhone couldn't (Correct password and EVERYTHING).. and right now i'm at my dad's house and his iphone 5 is connected to the WIFI but mine isn't.. idk *** is going on but i'm starting to become ****** with apple.. I've seen hundreds of post on the internet about this and it seems like nothing is being done about it..?! DATA ISN'T UNLIMMITTED UNDER MY PLAN!!!!! I should NOT be responsible for this bill when I could be fine connected to wifi networks........ And now it's to the points where my device is having me relog into any social netowrks that i try logging into (Twitter.. Vine.. etc.).. WHY?!!? AND NOW I can't even connect to blue tooth devices that all my friends on iPhone 4's are connected too... *** IS THE PROBLE AND WHY IS THERE NO ANSWER TO THIS?!?!?! I've searched countless hours on the internet for a fix to this but can't seem to find an answer... if anyone could help it'd be much appreciated..

I have never dropped my iphone and it's not water damaged. Today all of a sudden the microphone had stopped working on my calls, voice memos and Siri. It still works on speaker phone and when I put my headphones in! I really need help I don't want to have to buy a new one I only have it 6 months!!

bluetooth Quit Working with Volkswagon Jetta iPhone 4S

I have a 2010 VW Jetta and had been using the bluetooth phone with no issues (iPhone is 4S and car bluetooth is built into the rear view mirror assembly and not the steering wheel). I've updated iOS 6.1.3 and now my phone no longer pairs with the car's bluetooth system). I've erased/forgot any bluetooth devices from the car's system but that doesn't seem to help. Any help/suggestions/etc on what I need to do to get a feature that worked just fine working again... ?  Since the only variable to my knowledge that has changed is the iPhone operating system I tend to believe the issue is on Apple's end...

I had changed iPhone cases. I changed from Otterbox to Lifeproof. Bought it from BestBuy and the associate put the case together for me. But now I can't hear my ringtone, text alert or mail alert unless I have my headphones on my ear. Is this a glich on the iphone. What should I do? Thank you.

having bluetooth issues with Ford Sync in 2013 models iPhone 5

My iphone 5 is losing connection with bluetooth in 2013 ford f-150 SYNC system.  It is then necessary to reset the truck radio and add phone again before bluetooth works.  It usually will work for a couple days before losing connectivity.  Ford dealership says it it is a bug in the phone ??

My iPhone 4s stopped reproducing any sounds over built in speakers, except the ringtone and alarm .The volume bar is missing in the music and video apps. If I plug in my headphones everything is back to normal and the volume bar reappears, when I plug them out & the  volume bar disappears again.I restarted it & cleaned the docking area and headphone jack but nothing works .What else can i do ?

Backed up my phone-Photos are gone in my phone but on my computer iPhone 4

     So, as you guys know from earlier, I dropped my phone and it wouldn't respond, right? Well On Saturday I took my puppy on her second walk around the neighborhood and she kept jumping on me and I had my headphones plugged in my phone, adn her paw got caught in the wire and pulled my phone down and it fell on the road. I went back to my house to tell my parents and we eventually got the glass repaced and it works just fine now.       But before we got it replaced I remember I plugged my phone in and I saved my photos (like I usually do when I plug it into my laptop) and having the screen black but still being able to touch it,I freaked and thought I had to back it up. (I have a password and couldn't because I couldn't see the numbers) Since I gotit back, my photos dissappeared, but all my apps, contacts (ect.) were still there.      So I searched up how to get photos back, and I did, but it doesn't show in my camera roll, (I had to sync them from my laptop to my phone) it shows up as photo library. I can't delete them from there and the only way I can is put them in an album but they're still there in the photo library.  I just want my photos back in my camere roll and photo stream. My iPhone 4 bluetooth is not working. I have recently bought two iPhone 4 from a colleague. Both have bluetooth problems as mentioned below.  Here's what I did and found:1. I turned on bluetooth on my iPhone 42. Then I turned on bluetooth on my nexus 73. Nexus 7 found my iphone 4, then I started pairing my nexus 7 with my iPhone 4.4. pairing successful. iPhone 4 showed Nexus 7 listed.5. But when selected Nexus 7 in the list, within a few seconds, message popped up "Nexus 7 is not supported". The same situation occured when I tried the above steps with my sonyerricson W580 phone. But my Nexus 7 and sonyerricson W580 can easily communicate over bluetooth. Can anyone suggest me what to do in order to make the bluetooth on my iPhone 4 to work?

So my iphone 4s is acting funny.Sometimes the wifi is greyed out (and the fix showed by Apple didn't work)Sometimes after a restart the wifi can be turned on but it will not scan for networks(adding them manualy makes no difference)Sometimes it shows wifi networks but after typing in the WPA2 password it cant connectSometimes it connects but when trying to access the internet is dissconnects and the wifi gets greyed outSometimes it does not ask for the SIM PIN code(calling works)Sometimes Itunes can't recognise it.And overall the phone is very slow and often the settings.app dosn't respond to touches.The volume control on my Apple Iphone headphones is not working at all.I have 2 months of warranty left(phone bought in Poland from a authorised retailer)I have tryed restoring it with/without backup many times now.If anyone could help i would be very happy

Why my iPhone 5 speakers continuously click even while phone inactive

I purchased my iPhone 5 in January 2013, In the past week, (5-25-13) my iPhone spearkers will randomly start to continuosly click. I have tried to put the phone in airplane mode, shut down all apps, and tried a software restore and I still occasionally get the random continuous clicking through my speakers and headphones. Does anyone know what this is? Is the phone defective? Any advice you have would be great.

Audio IssueFeature in Video Playback iPhone 5

I have just picked up on a 'thing' with the video playback on the iPhone 5. It seems that dynamic range compression and/or EQ is applied to the soundtrack of videos. I first noticed it when I was trying to watch a few concert films and noticed that not only was the sound horrendous but during the high volume scenes, it was distorting. I have tested the same movies on an iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS and iPad which don't seem to have this problem/feature. Has anyone else noticed it? And even better yet, figured out a way to get rid of it?   Additional thoughts: I have also noticed that when you play music through the loudspeaker, some form of dynamic range compression is also applied to the sound. Personally I think it sounds terrible but I can understand why Apple would have done this. However, it doesn't affect the headphone output signal, thank goodness, SO, I speculate that it could be a bug that when a video is played, the OS isn't recognising that the headphones are no longer a loudspeaker and not bypassing the audio signal, therefore applying the compression to the sound.  Playing the video audio through bluetooth headphones removes the compression and distortion of the sound track in videos, and that would have been the solution, but now videos no longer play in sync with audio through bluetooth on the iPhone 5. (Grr.) Last thing, the new EQ 'Late Night' that adds compression and EQs the sound in the Music app and sounds possibly like the effect that is being applied to video audio output.

On febraury I bought an Iphone 4S but now the wifi doesn't work, this is a common problem in the Iphone, but now I am in Argentina and in my country there isn't any place where repair my telephone. I called to Apple to tech support and they told me they could not assist me because they only assist people from Mexico and Canada, and that I had to speak to an authorized service center in Argentina, so I went to the place they told me, in that place I say they can not sorting the problem, that the only solution is to travel to USA to change.Because they tell me that if in legal terms of the warranty states that if Apple so you can make changes determined through some mail? Why not give me that option? I have the right to use my iPhone in its 100%, the truth that without wifi and bluetooth is how to use it by 50%.Any recommendations?

iPhone 5-HELP

iPhone battery is on 41% after 1 hour and 31 minutes usage, and 1 hour and 29 minutes standby. I've followed all of the battery saving tips, my wifi, bluetooth, mail, siri, push notifications are off. My brightness is down, it's not a hardware problem as its been tested.

Can I trade in my 4s with Apple Care

Lately I've been having probelms with my iPhone 4s. I bought it in July of last year. The problems include: my lock button is jambed, the phone thinks that I have headphones in when I don't, and applications such as Camera and Safari constantly crash. The screen also does not always respond when I touch it and it does not ring or vibrate when I recieve calls sometimes (I did check to see if my ringer was on, along with vibrating in Sounds under Settings). I have Apple Care+. Can I trade it in for a refurbished phone? Also, for an extra fee would I be able to trade it in for a refurbished iPhone 5?
