Durability iPhone 3G

Just wondering what kinds of abuse your iphone 3gs have withstood. Just looking for people going naked on the phone. What kinds of marks and dents do you have on the back? and how did you get it? like how high did it fall? trying to figure out how durable this phone is. MacBook Mac OS X (10.5.5)

Bubble on back cover returnable iPhone 3G

Hi:I bought a new 3G iPhone 3 weeks ago. When I did I also bought a case and the AT&T rep put the case on the phone and I walk out of the store happy, no problems. For some reason I did not examine the naked iPhone I got, assuming it was pristine. Well I later took the iPhone cover off and found a small protruding bubble on the back side of the phone, bottom left as you look at the back. Does anyone know:1)Why this would be present?2)Is this something that could precipitate into a latent defect?3)Is this something I can return to an Apple store for a replacement, cause AT&T told me they would have to charge me a restocking fee?Thanks,Marvin PC Windows XP
