My iphone 4s stuck in headphone mode siri won't stop opening by itself and my music plays by itself too.
Idk what's happening, it just won't stop spazzing out. the power button sticks every now and then and i have to use tweezers to keep it from doing so. I don't get it.

My IPhone wont turn on after updating
My Iphone 4G was updating to the latest i.OS software on itunes (on my windows computer). As usual, my phone had to restart. It turned off, but as it was turning on (when the screen just shows that silver apple logo) an error message came up on itunes saying that it couldnt update the software (I forgot to get the error number). But my phone is stuck with that silver apple logo on it. My computer tells me to restore my phone, which I tried, but everytime I do that, itunes says "extracting software" and then it says "preparing to restore" then it comes up with an error message (number 2009). I have tried restarting my computer. My phone is stuck like this. What should I do? Please help!

Her husband upgraded to iphone 5 so sold his old one to my sister. My sister currently has a blackberry on contract to virgin media here in England. ' I called our current contract to exdplain what we were intending to do and swap settings from a blackberry to her new iphone... they said we needed to contact the original service provider... here lies our issue. My sister works as a nurse.. she called her collgue to explain all this and ask what network he was on. She doesnot kno and her husband isnt home for another cpl weeks he is military. My sister doesnt want to wait a few weeks to use her new phone. Is there anyway to unlock and activate this phone giving all the detials of the phone and confirmation from his wife regarding the new user ? Ive read on the internet about jailbraking and all that nonsense.. but i dont want to damage the phone.. It isnt stolen isnt lost sureley i dont have to 'hack' into a perfectly legitimate phone to use do i? My family and I recently moved to Shanghai for my dad's job. We bought an unlocked iPhone 4s w/AppleCare in the U.S. and got a Chinese SIM card in China. I was riding my bike on the street and my phone fell out of my pocket and onto the road. The screen is completely cracked and the power on/off button is stuck. We're going back home for a couple months in the summer. Honestly, I don't want to have to deal with my cracked screen for another month. I'm wondering what my options are for this. Phone repalacement or phone repair? Do I have to wait to go back to the U.S. or can I go to an Apple store here and resolve it.

iPhone 4s battery meter unsolved mystery
I have an iPhone 4S. In January, I started to notice that it would die at 30-40%. Gradually, it started to stay stuck at 100% almost all day then die around 60-70%. Then it went completely bonkers. It would go from full charge to 15% to 0% in minutes. Plug it in and it would go from 0% to fully charged instantly. I took it to Genius Bar, diagnostics showed the battery was fine and they told me to restore it and set it up as a new phone. That didn't solve the problem. Went back that day and this time, the diagnostics showed the battery was bad so they replaced it. It worked normally for a little bit before it started doing the same thing again. So I took it back and they replaced the phone. After a few weeks, the same thing happened with the new phone... stuck at 100% for a long time, dies at ~70% (keep in mind I set it up as a new phone so rule out any software issues from a previous backup of the original phone). At this point, I'm thinking it's a faulty charger or something that's screwing up the hardware. So I was back in the Apple Store again. They replicated the problem and told me to restore the phone and set it up as a new device. Having been through this before, I asked them to restore it right then and there because I knew it wasn't going to fix it. Sure enough, it happened after the restore. So they replaced the phone again. That was three weeks ago. I started using a completely different charger (Apple charger, not third-party) and even changed outlets, but the new phone is doing the same thing again. Over the weekend it died at 48%, then 50%, now 56%. I don't know what to do anymore. I can probably go get the phone replaced again, but it probably won't make a difference. Any suggestions? I've done several hard resets, tried to calibrate the battery, let it run out completely and sit there for a couple hours before plugging it back in...nothing works.

I live in Canada. ????? My computer itunes store is correct. i've connected /updated my phone thru my computer and tried to reset my store but my computer account is fine. im 2 months into my 24 month contract no insurance as i thought the house insurance covered it but they dont as the phone was stolen from work. So im stuck with a contract for a phone i dont have that some guy now has for free..... I have been using the find my iphone app but it has been offline since? they turned the phone off straight away (as any thief would do)After doing some research i came to know that the find my iphone app doesnt work if the phone has been switched off? Ive reported the theft to police they have CCTV footage but cant track the theives! Isnt there anything that can be done other fork out for a new phone?! I dont understand why an app would be made that does half the job? obviously the first thing a thief would do is turn the phone off? And ive even found out that if they plug the phone into itunes they can jus wipe the handset not impressed. We pay so much for these handsets yet there not even upto scratch with security features. (overpriced? definatley) You would think that with all these updates they come up with they would have done something for the security and tracking. Im disappointed with the what i have found.

My mom passed me her phone as she couldn't get it to restart. I got it to charge and restart in recovery mode. However, I've tried all steps on this and many other forums and it is stuck in "trying to restore". On the phone, it will blink a white screen, show the apple logo and a progress bar then quickly disappear then on the computer give me error code 9. I have tried 3 different cords, on both my MacBook Air and my iMac. Same results on both computers. She purchased a new phone as she couldn't do without, but would love to fix this phone and give to one of my children. This phone has not been jailbroken. Any help would be sooooo appreciated! Not sure what will happen if I try to take this to Apple.
Iphone 5 no longer connecting to bluetooth in car
My Iphone 5 has been connected succesfully via bluetooth to my car for the past 5 months (Ford Fiesta). Yesterday I went to use it and it wont connect, I powered off the phone, turned bluetooth on/off still not working. I debonded all phones from the car and went to start afresh but that wont work either. When it is searching for devices it just seems to be stuck? I tried another Iphone 5 in my car and that connected no problems at all. Anyone have any ideas, it clearly must be the phone but wonder what on earth I have done.

Hello, I have previously used Shoutcast radio player on Android and I liked the fact that it showed the name of the song playing. I downloaded Shoutcast for my Iphone and that feature has been removed it seems. So my question is this: Is there a preferabley free music app that will allow me to search for my genre of music and play that station and list names of songs? My generes of music are Metallica Stations and Soundtrack Stations. That's what I like to listen to mostly. So is there any app out there or am I stuck with Shoutcast until they update the app? Dropped iPhone in water
I was in the bathroom and my phone fell into a bucket that had a bit of water in it. I immediately took it out and my sister blew in a few areas and I dried some holes with tissue and tested to see if anything wasn't working (sound basically. everything was working fine, though the sound was a bit low) and then I turned it off. After maybe 2 minutes we put it in a bag of rice. Throughout this whole event the LED light in the back has been on and it still is. It's been an hour since it happened. Why isn't the light turning off and do you think my phone will be fine in a couple of days? The thing is I literally just went to the Apple store today to replace the iPhone I had that didn't let me turn my phone off and on (the power button was basically stuck).

iPhone 5 battery getting stuck at 100
I recently got an iPhone 5 16GB as a gift, and I love it. I have only charged it 5 times and the lowest I've let the battery get so far is 14%. However the one problem i've been having is that two of the five total times i've charged it, the battery percentage will be stuck at 100% for about 2-3 hours even after moderate to heavy use before it starts to show that it's going down. The only conclusion I have for this is that the lowest I've let the battery get is 14% and not completely drained yet. Would charging the phone to 100% then letting it get so low that it turns itself off fix this issue?

Major iPhone 5 issues Help
I've had my iPhone since release date. Everything has been working great up until about a week ago. The phone has an amazing battery life, I guess an update fixed that for me. But now my iPhone will reset itself out of no where 3-4 times a day at random times. The keyboard will get stuck on the screen after entering something and clicking done. Also the iPhone will freeze (I've tried leaving it for as long as a half an hour) and be totally unresponsive. I usually have to use the sleep/wake button in combination with the home button just to reset the phone so it works. It also randomly drops and won't connect to my home wifi at all, I also have a iMac, MacBook Pro, iPad mini, iPad 3, iPhone 3, 3GS, 4, 4S and all of these work flawless with zero problems on my wifi network. My warranty is out in September, but I'm worried about going to an apple genius and having them ask me to re create the problem. What if it doesn't happen at that time? What can I do?

I have an iPhone 4, that I had to replace the LCD, power switch - proximity sensor cable, and home button on. After I had made the repairs (after making sure everything was reassembled correctly) I then proceeded to turn the device on.Now it will only display the Apple logo at startup.When I turn the phone off (via the Home + Sleep/wake method) it will sometimes revert back to the Apple logo screen. I have reset the phone (gone through recovery mode) at least 5 times to correct the issue, yet it still is not working correctly.The only software change that had been made to it, was that I had updated it to the most recent version of iOS. And that was approx. 2 weeks before the issues with the phone.Is there another solution to fixing this phone, or is it basically done? White screen no lock button iPhone 4
I opened Instagram on my iPhone 4G this morning and nothing loaded, it's stuck on a blank white screen. I can see the black bar at the top that tells me I'm connected to the internet and the battery, but the rest of the screen is plain white. I have the assistive touch on because the lock button is jammed, and I can still go into its little menu, but when I press the home button (either on the menu or on my actual phone) nothing happens. I've been trying to turn it off but, again, the lock/power button is jammed, and it hasn't been working. I read that you can hold down "lock screen" in the assistive touch menu, but when I do that nothing happens either. I plugged it into the wall and into iTunes on my computer, still nothing.When I leave it idle, it's doesn't turn off. The screen gets dark, but it's still on, I guess it's just the back-light that turns off? My only idea is to wait for the battery to die and then charge it and hope it goes back to normal.

My iphone 4s has been stuck in recovery mode since saturday. Everytime I try to restore on my itunes i ger error 9. I've tried different usb cables, different usb port, different lap top, different internet connection. It doesn't seem to want to go into DFU mode when I try.
