Why company doesn't solve this trouble iPhone 4S

My Iphone 4s has been used for just 14 months, It's a well maintained device but it doesn't work.In order to exchange this phone in Brazil, Apple would charged me around US$400 but I can't afford to do so. Now I have an useless Iphone 4s.As a Premium client, I am very disappointed with Apple.Please bring me a solution without charging me that much.

All of a sudden my iPhone 4 is not charging from computer or other devices.  Charges momentarily and then says: Charging not supported with this device (or something like that).  Then it may charge for a bit.  have tried different cords, different power sources and also did a restart.

Ok so my friend got ahold of my iphone and downloaded the software from ios 7 onto it. When I went to take it off I just erased and reset the phone. While doing that it has now completely locked me out of my phone because the software she downloaded wasn't paid for. The screen is now telling me "the device is not registered as part of the iphone developer program." does anyone have any suggestions? Turning the phone on or off, starting over as an option is not working. I'm not sure what else to do and I'm starting to freak out a little bit.

i just factory unlocked the iphone 4 with my provider. i did a full factory reset and set up as a new device. currently it displayed 439 MB "Other" and 13.27 GB Free. i understand that a part of the 16gb is used for the ios operations. so that i should have somewhere between 13.6 - 13.8 GB of actual free space. i am wondering what the 439mb of "Other" is and if its something i can ger rid of.

iPhone 4 loses 3G capability. Normal

Over the last 4 months or so, my iPhone4's download rate has progressivly slowed. WiFi is still working fine, but cellular data was noticably lagging with missed texts, slow applications, and generally slow browsing. Since then I have switched carriers twice thinking it was a problem with cellular service provider, but to no avail. This last week I have had no ability to connect to my service provider's data network, evident because that little '3G' icon at the top no longer appears in any part of the city I visit. I removed the protective case around the iPhone thinking it could be an antennae issue, but no, still not working. Paranoid, I even checked to see that cellular 3G is turned on in the device settings; it is, and I felt stupid for even doubting that it wasnt.  Is it normal for a cellular phone's hardware to degrade? Could there be an enviornmental factor i'm not seeing?

Belkin Dock damaged my iPhone 's charging port iPhone 5

I bought a Belkin Charge + Sync Dock for my iPhone 5 (the one that includes the cable) in February. It was a flimsy, crappy device from the start, but I figured I might as well use it.Four months have passed and now the lightning port on my iPhone 5 has started to deteriorate very quickly and noticibly. I would only charge my phone with the dock and I wouldn't use the lightning cable that came with my phone or any other cord for that matter. I went on a trip so I took my lightning cable with me and it would only charge at an odd angle. I also noticed the plug was very loose inside the port. This became true with the dock as well. The dock was flimsy and wobbly at the start and now would only charge at a very odd angle too. Any cord I use barely works, and my phone does not charge at night anymore. I know it is not a problem with my cords, because I tried my friend's cords and they also did not work. I know the dock ruined my port because that was the only thing I charged with for four months.Who should I go to for help? Should I call Belkin and ask for a return? Would my Apple 1-year limited warranty (I do not have AppleCare) cover a new phone?

I have multiple chargers for both my iPhone and iPad. Every time I need to charge one of them I have to swap adapters AND cords until I find a pair that works.  For example;  my iPad was charging with regular adaptor and cord, but I needed to charge my iPhone.  When I hooked it up to the charger nothing happened. Samething with car chargers. I do see sometimes it will say accessory is not supportd with this device, but why wounldnt it be?  Thats what its made for!  I have like 10 different chargers so it's getting frustrating.  That's enough info, so if u know please help me

Just recently, I've been experiencing problems with my iPhone 5. I regularly charge it by connecting it via USB to my computer. However, over the past few days when I attempt to do this, I am spammed with this warning message: "Because a USB device was drawing too much power from your computer, one or more of your USB devices have been disabled." Additionally, whenever I attempt to plug my phone into a wall outlet to charge, it will connect/charge and then immediately disconnect. I was hoping someone could lead me in the correct direction to resolve this problem so I can efficiently charge my iPhone. Thanks.

I started with one iPhone. Then an iPod was added. Then another iPod. And now 2 more iPhones. The phones are all under an A T & T family plan. When setting them up I used the same Apple ID so we would all be able to get the same apps. I'm not sure if this is correct. It is causing problems because any apps that are added to one device it automatically goes to all the other devices. And calendar events are popping up on other devices. Also whenever a device is plugged in to the computer to charge or update, they all say katie's phone which is the original device. How do I get iTunes to recognize each individual device? iPhone Autoplay doesn t start automatically

When I plug my iPhone 4s up to my Windows 7 64bit PC It is detected by the PC and iTunes, but it does not start AutoPlay. I have checked all the basics, making sure autoplay is set to "ask me everytime" the device is plugged up. yet it does not do this. I have reset to defaults on the phone as well as on my PC. AutoPlay still does not come up. This is mainlty an inconvience but still, it SHOULD just work and it doesnt. So any suggestions besides what I've already tried would be awesome. Iphone 5 wifi drops every time I stream BT Home Hub router

Ok this is the second iPhone 5  I've had and I'm having the same issue as the one I've just replaced, the phone is dropping the wifi connection whenever anything is streaming, i.e. YouTube, NetFllix, Podcsts etc... Apple support said it may be my router but every other device in the house is fine, iPad 2, iPod Touch my wifes iPhone 4 and my Macbook. My question is could it be an incopatability issue with my BT Home  Hub 2 router and iPhone 5? I've tried all of the troubleshooting suggested by apple support but the issue continues. I've also tried other possibilities from this and other forums and nothing seems to fix the issue. I'm opening a new thread because of the significance of the router which I think my be the problem but have no idea to be honest. I wished I'd kept my old iphone 4 it was solid and the battery life on this new phone is just shocking! Any help or ideas would be appreciated cheers

I recently upgraded my iPhone 4 to an iPhone 5 yesterday, I want to sync my new iPhone into my computer as it contains all my data and files from my previous phone. When turning on my computer I believe I accidentally closed the window to sync the phone meaning I can no longer sync that device. Is there a way to go over this, as I need to sync my files onto my phone?

I am stuck with a problem. I dropped my iPhone 4 (already had a shattered screen on this moment) accidentaly from 10cm (4 inches) on the rug. To my surprise I suddenly saw vertical lines and on a seperate part a color with a gradient which actually changes all the time, cool enough. My question is if I can do anything hardware or software related with this device to repair it without buying a new screen. I tried to restore, put in DFU this device but without results. In november my friend purchased me a black iphone 5.  It was awesome with No problems.  Recently however, I have been experiencing a very short battery life.  After a day of light usage sometimes my battery will dip below 5 percent.  Now, I already tried disableing bluetooth, turning off data and wifi when not being used, and even turned down the brightness to half way.  Because the iphone is certainly defected, when I exchange the iphone is there a possibility to swap it out with one of a different color, as the black one devolops scratches along the champhered edge like crazy, also ios 7 looks wayyyyyy better with the white iphone, it just blends into the device itself.  Anyways, thanks for any responses

Iphone 4 in recovery mode after failed attempt to restore

I decided to do a system restore on my Iphone 4 GSM yesterday. Now it keeps getting stuck at around 10% when 'Restoring Iphone Software'.The IOS was up to date, so is the Itunes version. It's in recovery mode, and I can't turn it back on, install the IOS again or anything of the sort. I tried restoring it from DFU also, it still won't work. Tried reinstalling Itunes, to no avail. I don't believe it's bricked, is it? Since it is being recognised when connected to Itunes.Any chance it gets stuck like that just because it takes a long time to restore it? (I had a lot of stuff on it, and it's the first proper restore attempted on this device) Any idea of how I might fix this?  Thanks in advance.

Okkay so ever since a few weeks ago my iPhone 5 stopped connecting to new WIFI networks... I didn't really see it as a big deal until my friends were all connected to the same wifi and my iPhone couldn't (Correct password and EVERYTHING).. and right now i'm at my dad's house and his iphone 5 is connected to the WIFI but mine isn't.. idk *** is going on but i'm starting to become ****** with apple.. I've seen hundreds of post on the internet about this and it seems like nothing is being done about it..?! DATA ISN'T UNLIMMITTED UNDER MY PLAN!!!!! I should NOT be responsible for this bill when I could be fine connected to wifi networks........ And now it's to the points where my device is having me relog into any social netowrks that i try logging into (Twitter.. Vine.. etc.).. WHY?!!? AND NOW I can't even connect to blue tooth devices that all my friends on iPhone 4's are connected too... *** IS THE PROBLE AND WHY IS THERE NO ANSWER TO THIS?!?!?! Iphone 5 Battery Standby Time

Hi, I have just got an iphone5.  Whilst i am very happy with it i am some waht a little disapointed in the time between having to recharge.  My old HTC phone would last on standby for at least 3days.  My Iphone is lucky to last the day. Ive disabled the location services which has helped but was wondering if other users have experience the same issues and what they have done to increase time between charges (other than turning it off). Regards Micky

hey my iphone 4 has recently had wifi problems. i cant fidn any networks at all. the router is fine because every other device i own runs on wifi and its working. but the wierd part is that if my phone is 1 inch away from the router it will find it and connect! but tghen if i move my phone 2 feet away from the router cannot find any networks again.  i have reset the phone all the wifi settings the lot! i have also restored the phone still not working! i have also manually tried connecting too.  someone please help!

Hello! So i have recently disconnected my att phone service and for a few weeks i have still been able to text and communicate using wifi which allowed me to use my old number. Today i was told about a phone service by the name of h2o which is ran through att but i was unsatisfied with not being able to use normal iphone functions so i replaced the new h2o sim card with my previous one. Upon doing so i was directed that iMessage was "waiting for activation" and no longer gave me the option to use my previous number like i had been doing before. All i want is to be able to communicate with people using my number like i was before, and i would like to know if there was a connection problem when i switched services or is this just no longer avaliable to me! Tons of problems with iPhone 5

Just bought a brand new iPhone 5 from Rogers (Canada) in December. For the month that I've had it I've had MAJOR problems with this device. I've had no major problems with my iPhone 3G and iPhone 4S, by the way.- Incoming calls get randomly dropped. No "busy signal", the line simply drops dead for whoever tries to call me. It doesn't even alert me that someone tried to call me. I'll only find out later if that person attempts to call again. But what if it's an important call and the person doesn't try calling again? Then I'm screwed. I've tested this by calling my iPhone 5 from another cellphone by holding each phone in one hand. Out of 20 calls, at least 4-5 calls are dropped- Touch screen irresponsive- Very weak signal (on my 3G and 4S the signal bar is usually completely full or one bar from full, on my iPhone 5 it's almost always only half full or less), the signal drops randomly outside (especially when I'm driving, the signal will just poof)I've already exchanged the phone TWICE. First time they exchanged it without question. Second time they told me it could be a carrier issue then told me to reset, restore, etc etc, then gave me a new one again. I'm on my third one, none of these problems are fixed.What are the chances I got 3 defective phones in a row? Seriously what is going on here? I've installed pretty much nothing on this phone except Facebook, Twitter, and Skype. Yes I've resetted and restore like N times, and I'm on latest firmware. What should I do? I don't even know if it's a Rogers problem or I've just had the worst luck in the world with 3 defective phones in a row, because none of the customer service people are able to tell me exactly what in the world is going on.

iPhone 4s will not connect to charger

My iPhone 4s will not connect to any charger I've tried in the last two days EXCEPT my Sony dock at home, but then only after 3 or 4 tries to get it to connect. I have multiple iPhone charging cables, and I've tried them all.  I've tried them plugged into the wall and my MacBook. I can't get any of them to connect. At this point I can't even sync or backup to iTunes because the device is not recognized. Any suggestions? 

Dust under iphone 5 camera lens

Dust has been building up under the camera lens of my iphone 5.  Hasnt been an issue until i started noticing a large faint looking dot in my photos.  does anyone know if a genius at apple can clean that out?  I want to avoid them just exchanging the device.  Everything else on the phone works fine.  Thanks.

Hi, I purchased my iphone 5 in April 2013. I have dropped it down twice since and each time there have been slight damages to the phone. There is a visible dent at bottom right corner (happened 1.5 months ago) and the display is slightly chipped on the top left near the volume control buttons (happened 15 days ago).  Im now having issues with my battery and need to take it to an apple store. If incase there is a major problem and there needs to be a repalcement would Apple refuse to do the same because of the physical damages to my phone? My battery was excellent until now. I usually can manage for 24 hrs without recharge under normal usage (wi-fi on. whatsapp frequently. a couple of hrs over the phone). I havent had any major issues with my battery until a couple days ago. When i leave my phone at !00% charge without any apps running in the background, through the night (8 hrs) the battery drops down to 56%. Normally i wake up to a 95% - 92% battery.  As far as i can remember this has been my recent activity.  * I updated my software (6.1.4) a week ago without any issues with the battery. * I downloaded facebook Messenger and updated Genius Scan. Both have been deleted now, since i doubted these to be the possible culprits.* I have even deleted Facebook.* I have tried Force shut down. Switched off my my phone multiple times. have kept it off for about 15 minutes after power off. * Location services have been disabled for all apps except Google maps.* Notifications mostly banners and sounds diabled for almost all functions. I cannot seem to figure out why my phone is suddenly acting funny! I made the idiotic decision of microwaving my iPhone 5 - only for four seconds, but nonetheless it has caused my phone to lose its wifi and phone service... it only shows "No Service" in the top left corner and I don't know what to do. I feel like a complete idiot for believing these stupid Internet rumors and my phone is literally my only working device. I don't know if I could afford a replacement or how to fix this. Chip in edge of my iPhone 5 screen

So I was inspecting my new (out of the box) iPhone 5 today and I noticed a VERY tiny little chip in the lower left-hand edge of the screen (SEE PICTURE BELOW). It's so tiny that I had to REALLY look to see it. While it is kind of annoying that my $200 device had any defects at all, it's really not enough to make me send it in to be replaced if it's not going to hurt anything. HOWEVER, I was wondering if this little chip could possibly turn to something more? Intensive use isn't going to cause the TINY chip to turn into a huge crack that goes across the screen; will it? If there's any chance of that happening, I don't want any part of it. Any help would be appreciated.
