Someone tried to access my online account the first day I got my phones. The carrier texted me. I rcvd snail mail that they tried to access it again and were given a temp password. I have blocked all access to my online account- I can't even access it.  My phone is now burning hot, and under Diagnostics and usage, the dates are out of order and they look suspicious- I see words like  apple user ID, daemon,etc.Please help! My ex keeps getting in all my info, accounts, emails.. Hi, I bought an iphone 4S at the end of May time and it was taken back due to dead pixels once, then the newer one had the same issue so was returned again. The third one which I had replaced last Thursday has a different problem. All is well with the phone is what I initially thought (no dead pixels at least...) I recorded a video earlier on and played it back and noticed it has a very loud hissing/static type sound to it. Even over the voices or any type of noise. I am not sure why this is happening, I removed the case and it still happened. I read online that people have used an app called Qik so I downloaded that and tried it - the same noise occurs. Is this normal for a 4S? Or should I take it back a third time?  Thanks in advance.

iphone 4S restore error codes 2006 and 2001. what these actually mean

My son's phone suddenly stopped working. We connected it to the Imac using the USB cable and it came up with a restore procedure suggestion to resolved the issue. We downloaded the latest version of ITunes and then we followed the restore process. I then see a pop up error message: The iphone "iphone" could not be restored. An unknown error occurred (2001).  So I disconnected from the IMac reconnected and re-ran the restore procedure. This time we got the same message but with a 2006 error code.  The phone is less than a year old (bought for Christmas). It has been taken care of with no scratches, bangs or drops. What is happening and what do I need to resolve? Is it something that can be fixed?should it cost me (is this under warranty) to resolve / repair? Hopefully someone can help. Thanks Paul

My iphone 4S volume isn't working. No sound when playing music. No ring or text message sound. If I try to turn volume up for ringer on side, the box appears, but no bar to show volume up or down. If I do a test ring in settings it works though. Silent switch is in the correct position. I tried a hard reboot (ignored the red slider). It worked a minute ago but then stopped again. It seems like it might have the problem when I'm trying to play music. Thanks!

Ok so my friend got ahold of my iphone and downloaded the software from ios 7 onto it. When I went to take it off I just erased and reset the phone. while doing that it has now completely locked me out of my phone because the software she downloaded wasn't paid for. The screen is now telling me "the device is not registered as part of the iphone developer program." Does anyone have any suggestions? Turning the phone on or off, starting over as an option is not working. I'm not sure what else to do and I'm starting to freak out a little bit.

My fully charged iphone 4s used to last enough for 1 day. Today, I accidentally plugged iphone into an iPad 3 charger for about 2 hours, then I noticed that it is getting abnormally hot. After this incident, the phone drains battery by decreasing 1% of the battery every minute. I went to see Apple technical support, who tested and said for certain that the problem was the battery (after assuring me that it should be fine to charge iphone 4s with iPad 3 charger!). After charging me a hefty fee, I left the store, and iphone 4s still drains battery like before. Can my phone be fixed without requiring me to get a new phone? Can I get my money back from Apple techincal support, who gave me a wrong diagosis of my phone?

Whenever I try to sync my iphone 4S, iOS 6.1.3, to my new Asus computer with Windows 8, I get a message saying "iTunes cannot read the contents of this iphone. Go to the Summary tab and restore." So I go to Summary and hit restore, and it doesn't seem do anything, other than want to download new iphone software, which always takes about 4 hours, and I inevitably end up with some sort of error that prevents it from loading.  I've removed and reinstalled iTunes, and restarted my phone, but it doesn't seem to work.  I would like to be able to sync to my computer, but it doesn't seem to work.  Before I was on an Asus computer with Windows 7 and it worked fine, and now I can't get it to work at all.  I have the same Internet Security provider as before, so I don't think that's it.   Can anyone figure out what I should do? My girlfriend recently broke her iphone 4 and had to get a new phone -- ever since she got a new phone, my iphone 4S is missing hundreds of texts from her.  The last text my phone shows from her is from over two months ago.  At first I thought that only the iMessages were missing, but we have exchanged hundreds of SMS and iMessages in the last few months and they are all missing.  After she broke her phone there were a few days she texted me via iMessages on her iMac -- and those texts are all missing too, iMessages on her computer is also totally messed up.  I can understand why she would be missing a few messages on her new phone since she hasn't backed her phone up in a few weeks, and using iMessages between multiple devices is still glitchty -- but why did my girlfriend getting a new phone cause hundreds of texts to be deleted off of my phone? Currently running iOS 4.1.2 on iphone 4S

iphone charger won't charge phone but will charge iPad iphone 4S

I have multiple chargers for both my iphone and iPad. Every time I need to charge one of them I have to swap adapters AND cords until I find a pair that works.  For example;  my iPad was charging with regular adaptor and cord, but I needed to charge my iphone.  When I hooked it up to the charger nothing happened. Samething with car chargers. I do see sometimes it will say accessory is not supportd with this device, but why wounldnt it be?  Thats what its made for!  I have like 10 different chargers so it's getting frustrating.  That's enough info, so if u know please help me
