My built in apps have disappeared how can person reinstall safari Siri or App Store on an iphone 4S

I have lost my built in apps and do not know how to reinstall them on my phone.  The safari and App Store icons are gone.  I can no longer surf the net on my phone and the little "microphone" key has also disappeared when I send text messages etc.  I now have to actually type the message instead of speaking into my phone.  Siri has also vanished.  Any advice?

Canadian iphone 5 in UK

Hello, I bought an iphone 5 from the Canadian Apple store a few months back. I have just got back to the UK and inserted my UK sim card. I'm on Giff Gaff (O2) I can still make and recieve calls and texts. But most of my apps aren't working. Nor are any of my browsers. iMessage still works over 3G so i dont understand why my apps and safari arent sending or redceiveing data. Does anyone have any advice? Thanks in advance, Tom

apps all gone iphone 3G

I have an iphone 3g and my wifi wasn't working at all! The wifi button wasn't working like I couldn't press it at all, so my brother told me to erase my iphone. I backed it up and erased my iphone, it didn't work so he told me to jailbreak it because he thought maybe since my iphone was originally jailbroken it might just need it to be jailbroken again. I did that and when I looked at it again ALL apps were gone! There were no settings, safari, or app store nothing, it was just a blank page! (A blank page with, oddly enough, my same wallpaper still) When I tried to search up things on the iphone it was found, but it said it was not loaded at all. Help anyone??

Two reasons why I would not by an iphone again

Hi all, yesterday I had two requirements from my iphone 4 and none of them was fulfilled, so I decided that this is my last Apple device. If any of you can change my mind, go ahead a try. 1st, I wanted to copy a file (pdf) from my local drive at home and then open it in ezPDF Reader. So I used NetPortalLite to access my drive and downloaded the file inside the NetPortalLite. But when I wanted to move the file to ezPDF app it didn't let. Why it is so complicated to move files between apps? I have tried to copy in NetPortalLite, then paste in ezPDF Reader... it didn't work! 2nd, I wanted to access my local drive at home to run a video file. This function is available only in paid apps, although other mobile OS have this ability. Why it is not possible to browse local drives directly from the iOS or safari? Is it so hard to implement this function to the iOS and make it available by SMB://IP_ADDRESS or \IP_ADDRESS? Thanks

Brand New iphone 5 Terrible Battery Life

I recently purchased an iphone 5 (Monday, May 6th) and am convinced that the battery is defective. I attempted to get the phone replaced by AT&T since it is within their 14-day Return/Exchange policy, but of course they denied me based on it being a "technical" issue and therefore a problem I need to take up with Apple. Whatever that means.Background info: Left the house around 10:00 AM, battery fully charged at 100%Finished class at 12:00 PM, battery dropped to 53% (VERY minimal use, I was sitting through a lecture)Arrived at AT&T store at 12:15 PM, battery at 51%AT&T Rep turns off LTE, Wireless, Location Services, Bluetooth and Auto BrightnessThe only apps that were opened/used were Text, Mail (fetch set to Manual) and SafariAT&T Rep says there's nothing he can do, but these changes should "help"Left AT&T 12:25 PM, hopped on bus, got home at 12:45 PM, battery drops to 43% (ZERO use)Call nearby Apple store at 12:50 PM to set up an appointment (Call length: 11 minutes), battery drops to 41%Call Customer Support at 1:30 PM to run remote battery diagnostic (Call length: 16 minutes), battery drops to 32%Apple Rep says the diagnostics looks normal...... Battery life: 30%Usage: 2 hours 26 minsStand by: 6 hours and 3 minutes This can't be right. Is anyone experiencing similar issues with their battery? Does the usage information above look normal? Any suggestions and/or tips on what I can do? I'm so upset with both Apple & AT&T right now. The AT&T rep even suggested that I "turn off cellular data" to save the battery life. REALLY? I feel like I basically just purchased an iPod touch for $240!

iphone 5 seizing randomly-unable to be used

I am not the most technically inclined, so please bear with me.  About two months ago, lines began showing up in safari every now and again. They would go away, so I didn't think too much of it. Then one night, while in a game app, the screen began "flashing" like a strobelight. It couldn't exit the app fully, was blinking half the screen in the app, part of the home screen, etc. You cannot see throught the commotion to use the phone, if the programs can even open. This happened all evening, through the night, and the entire following day. Then it stopped.  It was fine when I took it to the AT&T store (the closest Apple store is 45 minutes away, so I wanted to be sure AT&T couldn't do anything for me) but by opening and closing programs and apps, I was able to force it to act up. Of course when I left the store, it worked fine again.  It was fine for a few days, acting up only a time or two, but I drove 45 minutes to the Apple store. My Genius Bar member told me it was software based and that I should restore the phone, download the software again, and manually add my media back on. After the four+ hours of downloading and 2+ hours of adding media, it was fine again. That was about two weeks ago. Now it's back.  I looked into the diagnostics (what I can see through the noise on the screen) and I have many different errors going on. Googling these errors codes is not providing much information, and again, I am not the best with this stuff.  SO:-Is a latestcrash.plist or mediaserverd.plist the same as a panic.plist code? In turn, if they are, will Apple replace the phone as they supposedly do in the case of panic.plist crashes? -I've noticed a bunch of the issues seem related to audio and video functions on the phone. I have AudioToolbox, CoreFoundation, and CoreQuartz codes, for example. Are these things that would justify a replacement? I am sitting through another 4 hour software download right now in order to restore the phone again, but am afraid to lose that diagnostics info, but also cannot see the screen to send any diagnostics info to Apple. Is this something that is software based? Does that mean I am going to be doing this every few weeks? The phone is only 6 months old, but I don't want to let it go and loet the one year manufacturer's warranty.  I apologize for being so verbose but I really cannot find anything online that sounds similar to what my phone is doing. Any guidance would be much appreciated.

Multiple iphone 4S issues continuing

I am tired of my iphone 4S already after suffering through issues upon issues with the device. My screen is having issues now where at a moment's chance it goes dim. I have to reset the device to get the brightness back to normal. I've tried restoring without any luck of this resolving. Another gripe I have is that I'm continuing to have issues with apps like Mail, safari, and other Apple installed apps just continuously force closing. I've been sending emails back and forth on my iphone only to have Mail force close and I lose everything in my message. The phone acts sluggish and performs worse than previous 4S devices I've owned. I've had issues upon issues across multiple iphone 4S devices. The device I have currently is my 5th iphone 4S and even tho its less than a few months old after it was sent to me after multiple filler iPhones of refurb models from the store, I continue to experience issues that make me use my iphone less and less as it becomes more unreliable with the crashes and multiple restores. My closest store is not within close distance so that's made owning an iphone with issues difficult as not every thread on the communities forum touch on half the problems I continue to have. Thankfully at least Siri knows where I'm located compared to my other devices where she always thought I was in Pittsburgh where I picked the phone up at my nearest store over an hour and a half away. Now everything just seems to be more of a deficiency with iOS and the hardware than anything. Obviously there must be something wrong with the latest stocks of 4S devices if my issues are continuing. When I restore I'm always setting up as a new device. I'm never downloading or redownloading anything from my Mac or PC. Everything is just redownloading apps from iCloud within the App Store and having a ton of missing photos in my photo stream. I just don't understand what is wrong with my iphone. I never experienced these kind of issues with my iphone 3GS so its hard to swallow how terrible the 4S has performed with every single device I keep getting. I'm at a loss on what I can do. Does anyone have any tips I should try that Apple hasn't provided me with to fix or at least band-aid the issue long enough till I can upgrade with my carrier?

I have iphone 4S and using chrome app. Google recently give me a lot of problem, it redirect to me to some website I never heard before such as http://corp.kaltura.com/. It was different website couple days ago. I tried on safari, both app will have problem at the same time. If I can use google, safari and chrome will both work, if google has problem, both will have problem (google only). I tried on search box or type google.com, clear all the histories and cookies. Could not solve problem.  Sometimes turn off the iphone then turn it back on will temperately solve the problem, but it come back again. Yahoo search engine has no problem at all. Anyone know how to fix that PS: sometimes I get google authentication requirement, but this redirect issue is not link to that. They are happen at two different times

'other' bar taking up too much space on iphone

ok i've seen this brought up a lot on here so it's definitely happened to other people, where the 'other' bar that shows up on itunes when it shows what's taking up space on your phone takes up way too much space. my phone has 8GB of space (which is apparently only 6.34GB). my audio files are only taking up 2.66GB. i don't have any apps on my phone because i thought if i deleted them it might do something but it didn't, and i can't download any more. i can't use the camera at all. the other bar is taking up 3.66GB of space on my phone and i have no idea what to do. i've searched online for like 2 weeks trying to find a way to get rid of it but it's still there. i already tried restoring it and it didn't do anything. i tried the 'phone clean' thing and it didn't do anything. i saw this comment on a discussion on here that said to go into advanced settings under the safari settings and delete all the web history and i did that and i thought it fixed it but it didn't. i'm still looking up things that could work but i honestly have no idea what to try anymore. is there anything i can do to get rid of it ??

iphone 5 dust under screen

Hi,  Its been 2 months since i got my iphone 5 and i see dust getting accumulated under my screen. Its not a tiny spec or something but i see a lot of dust. So its pretty annoying to see that everytime i use the phone with a light background like browsing on safari or something.  Does this count as a manufacturing defect ? Can i get a replacement for this ? Thanks

Dying iphone 5

I have been having multiple problems with my iphone 5 and ive only had it for 6 months. I have been restoring it to factory settings on a regular basis however it still has been having problems (more and more frequent.      #1 Teathering. I have been having trouble teathering off of my phone. (i tried several devices to rule my macbook out of the troubleshooting, nothing works) No device picks up my wifi or bluetooth personal hotspot. My macbook does not even recognize my USB connection in network settings.      #2 My wifi on the phone is also a hassle. It has been becoming more and more intermittant, but rarely works. I have tried multiple networks with the same result.      #3 My phone has become generally slow especially for safari and mail. On wifi, they dont work at all. on 3G, and LTE, the phone has also become very slow and often won't load at all. As stated above, restoring used do fix everything but that fix has become very short term, and often hasn't been working at all. Can someone help me?

I've had my 4S since January 2012.  All was well for about a year, and then the fun began.1) When the weather got colder (Less than five or six degrees), the phone would suddenly claim to have a flat battery, and turned itself off.  Plugging in an external battery pack brought it back to life.  Taking it back inside a warm building would bring it back to life again.  2) About twice a month, it crashes, and wipes all my contacts/calendar data.  I started backing up to iCloud, so then it would restore from there, but muddle my contacts' photos up.3) It refuses to sync with iTunes.  It says there's not enough memory.  Sometimes on the phone, sometimes on my PC.4) At least once a day, it loses the ability to join any mobile network.  Turning it off and on again usually allows it to rejoin my network (T Mobile).5) Instead of T Mobile, it randomly likes to show my operator name as 000-0000.6) It helpfully closes all my safari tabs if I minimise safari and use another app.7) The GPS is failing, which is a real nuisance because I use Nike+ for my daily jog. T Mobile's tech help were not very much help as soon as they realised I'd had the phone for over a year, and was therefore no longer covered by their warranty.  They reckoned it was a hardware failure.  I've purchased Apple Care today, and booked a Genius Bar appointment for Friday.  Does anyone have experience of any of these problems?

iphone 5 eBay and certain websites won't work unless on WiFi.

As the subject says, my iphone 5 software 6.1.3 has been acting weird, beyond a constant battery drain, recently I have noticed that my eBay app will not work/connect unless I am on WiFi.  It's also the same for some websites on safari, one being www.tfw2005.com (a transformers fan site I always go to).  I just noticed this the other day.  I've tried resetting my networking settings, hard-reset, deleting the app and reinstalling and nothing.  I'm not sure why it would single out that one website either.  I get the N1 error can't connect after trying to use the eBay app and TFW site.  Any suggestions?

HELP Problem with iphone 4 screen color Discoloration and Image Persistence

Hi guys! I had this problem about 3 months ago. I started having this when I took a screen shot of a game then suddenly after the flash, the colors changed.Yesterday it came back to normal for the first time but after several minutes, it went back to the distorted colos mode.  Here are some pictures of the actual screen condition. You can see the problem here. The icons have a bit of a dark shade in their middle parts, but when I touch and select an icon, it shows their normal colors.*Look at the VIDEO ICON, PHOTO ICON and PHONE ICON.As you can see in this image, it's like on a thermal camera mode. LOL! it also has a large amount of image persistence in it.  In this image, you can see that the lower part of the screen is missing (blackened) and has some image persistence too. You can also see the difference in color of the messages tab.Image color is different and has image persistence too. The colors are different and the screens bottom part is darkened.  One thing I noticed here is that when the accesive touch button menu is active, the icons behind it get their normal colors back.*take a look a the APP STORE ICON, MAIL ICON, safari ICON, CONTACTS ICON and PASSBOOK ICON    Any help guys? Is there any software that can fix this or any method you know? If there's anyone who have the same problem and has encountered the same problem, kindly reply and post some solutions.Thanks in advanced for those who will read this post and give me some answers!

3g data connection on iphone 4s inconsistent

Sometime around the Feb 8, I suddenly lost capability to access the internet thru the Virgin/Sprint 3g network and safari.  Wifi works fine, as well as phone and text.  Have contacted Virgin multiple times with no result.  Spent 3 hours in Apple store, who gave me a new 4s but it has the same problem.  Have tried every solution seen on the net, including soft & hard reboots, toggling Airplane mode, and network reset.  I have not yet done a factory reset, holding that as a last resort. Odd thing is that some apps do work on 3g: Phone, Messages, Google Maps, Translator, Game Center, Skype, Clock, Xfinity TV, iCloud, and Opera Mini. What doesn't work are: safari, Weather Channel, Xfinity Mobile, Google, Chrome, Dictionary, Stocks, Apple App & iTunes Store, Movie Night, Gas Buddy, White Pages, Apple Maps, Google Earth, and many more. The odd thing is that I can access Google through Opera Mini, and that works fine. I left the Apple Store convinced that the problem lay with Virgin Wireless, but after a lot of online investigation, I am beginning to think that it may be an iphone problem. Is there anybody out there who can make some sense of what works and what doesn't and diagnose this problem so I can get the phone working back to where it is supposed to?

Virgin Mobile 4S 3G connectivity

I purchased a 4S for my daughter. She has had it for a month and finally told me the 3G data did not work.  The phone will show 3G and then change to a "o" in place of the icon. We have 5 signal bars showing and can get a 3G icon after entering ##update#. Using safari to access the web results in an error message "could not activate cellular data network".  We can get data very slowly over the air with the small "o" showing.  The retailer shrugs their shoulders as we are past thirty days.  Virgin tech support has been contacted over 10 times and gives the same litany of ##update", turn off and back on, how many bars to you have, we will escalate and call you back, etc.  Does anyone know how I can resolve this?  Every Apple device I have ever purchased has been outstanding in its performance.  She is 14 and is very disappointed.  She claims she now has an iPod that can make a phone call.

I just got a text message (not iMessage..) from a number 561-900-66--, with the message "Omg Cathy (my first name).." followed by a mysterious bit.ly/xxxx URL. I clicked on the link (thinking it's somoene I know since the person got my first name), it automatically re-directed a few times on my iphone's safari browser.. ie. sort of like how spam/viruses go when you click on them on a real computer. I shut down the safari app quickly but not sure how much of the page already loaded. Does anyone know anything about this spam/virus? And, is it possible to hack my iphone? How do I further protect myself? Please help!! For your reference: I have an iphone 5. It has not been jail broken nor have I tried to do anything shady to it. I'm fairly sure I have most of the latest OS updates.

AllI have installed Gmail and Adobe Reader App on my iphone4s with ios 6.0.1...I was trying to open a PDF attachement from Gmail in Adobe Reader to sign it electronically, however the attachement just does not show the "open in" option I tried tapping and holding the attachment icon, it just shows "Open / Bookmark/ Copy"... Also i tried opening the attachement first and then tapping on it, it just shows "open in safari" Is there any settings to be done to add the options of Opening in Adobe Reader/or any other Docu Sign app Appreciate if someone could help Sandip

I am trying to use a safe web browser on my iphone without having access to unsafe browsers.I have disarmed safari and installed mcgruff (safe browser). The problem I am having is with blocking other apps from being downloaded. I understand the option exists to limit app access to an age level i.e. 4yrs. 7 yrs. 12 yrs. 17 yrs., however, no matter which way i set this I can always install the 'google' app? I would have thought browsers like google would fall into a category of apps people are trying to restrict. Why bother offering the function in the first place??I also realise there is the option to block all apps, however this leaves you with no browser at all... This will be the last resort I guess?

Restoring iphone 4s

Okay, so I want to restore my iphone, mainly to get rid of my "Other" folder which is taking up almost 3.50GB on my phone. Since my phone is only 16GB, this is a bit of a problem. My question here is that if I restore my iphone, then resotre it from a back up I did before I erased it, will my text messages still be there? Also will my in-app information such as game records and pictures within apps be gone aswell?  If there is a way to lower that "Other" folder without restore, it will not only save me time fixing my settings, but it will free up space I can actually use.   NOTE: I have gone through safari and deleted Cashe and history, deleted apps I no longer use, and deleted almost all my texts messages conversations. With my contacts, I have about 4 with picture IDs, and I have about 6 notes in my notepad.   Thanks in Advance.

apple maps and google maps not working on 3GE Cellular Network iphone 3G

I am getting around 8mbps speeds on my (T-Mobile) 3G network on my iphone 5 (A1429)  Browsing internet on safari is very fast as well.  Songs are streaming well on spotify. But the APPLE MAPS & GOOGLE MAPS never load directions (cannot reach server ) they work perfectly fine when on Wi-Fi  I tried all the tweaks in the discussion  "https://discussions.apple.com/thread/1598582?start=30&tstart=0"    NO LUCK Anyone has the same issue or know the fix ?

Notificationsalert work only over 3G and not over Wifi iOS 6 on 4S--HELP iphone 3G

Ok Guys .. Something wierd happened today to my 4S. All my notifications/alert are coming ONLY through 3G and NOT over wifi. To name few apps (iMessage, Twitter, ESPN ScoreCenter, Whatsapp, etc) Up until yesterday I was able to get notifications over wifi just fine.  But starting today no more notificaitons over wifi.  When I turn on my 3G and all of a sudden I get alert on my phone about iMessages, tweets, scores, etc. To rule few things out: 1) I tried resetting my router and did forget the network thing on my phone but still having the same issue.2) I'm able to surf on safari just fine.3) DND is off! Never turned it on!4) This is not due to phone losing wifi connection when locked, because I tested it.  I waited after unlocked the phone and surfed on safari for few mins to see if i get any type of notification, but nothing until I go and turn on my 3G.5) Tried the phone on different wifi network without any luck.  Anyone else having this issue?  or got fix? Thanks!

3G not working in iphone 5

Dear,My iphone 5 was not available these days after the 3G network,the ICON display 3G,but not working, safari,App depend on network are all unavailable.i just try to switch on/off the 3G and Cellular buttons in Setting. after that it looks fine to access the internet.but few hour or mins later,it doesnt working again.My iphone 5 not jailbreak and using the China Unicom Carrier.Does anybody get the same issue??

just upgraded to 6.1 now safari kicks me off to home screen iphone 4

I just updated to 6.1 two days ago, and today I can't get my email or get on safari.  My emails do continue to get pushed to my phone but when I tap on one to read it, the screen locks up for a second and then kicks me off to my home screen.  The same thing goes for safari, when I go to type in a web address, it locks up for a second and goes back to my home screen.  I reset my phone four different times, and then finally reset it to the factory settings, and still it's doing the same thing.  Anyone having this same issue?

Solution for battery issue on 3G usage iphone 5

Everybody, if you want a simple n definite solution for 3G usage, here's the method.According to apple, 8 hours on 3G usage. I believe the term of usage means actively browsing or anything that keeps your 3G sending n receiving data.Here's the simple way to test the result. Double tap home button, end all task.Have your 3G on, u may use safari or Facebook to do the test, if FB, just keep scrolling down and keep de data run. Same goes to safari, continuously surfing and see how many % drops. I've run through this test with all i5 user regardless ios 6.0.1 to 6.1And the result was 1% drop every 2min +/-Simple math - lets make it 3 min so 100% x 3min = 300 min so approximately 5 hours 30min or so.Having said that, it was 5hrs usage, not including 3G on in standby mode.In 6.0.1 the 3G in standby mode is fine, I don't get to notice the battery drop everytime I unlock de phone for useBut in 6.1, so far I tested was the battery drop 1% every 6min in standby mode. As for the wifi, it does fix the sudden network drop but the poor coverage remain. How to make links open in correct app instead of in web browser iphone 3G

Is there a way to make the iphone open links in their appropriate app instead of in the web browser. It drives me INSANE! I click on a groupon link in my email and I am sent to safari where I get a pop up that says "download the groupon app."  Same thing happens for many apps I use everyday.  The iphone isn't smart enough to open the links in the appropriate app?

Need to remove Malware or Trojan from iphone 4

Hi there, I've noticed when surfing using safari on my iphone 4 the URL/Page jumps to an unwanted URL, usually a site offering video services, medial treatments or cut price electricals! I'm sure you can use your imagination.  I'm pretty sure the malware was distributed via a shared folder/file in dropbox. I've removed the offending file/folder however I am still getting the issue with safari. How would you recommend removing this issue? I have updated the iOS of my phone and looking into anti virus software but nothing seems to do the job? Many thanks in advance and please let's not turn this into a discussion about can iOS or Mac OS get viruses, I want to solve an issue not start a heated debate. Cheers

Help sick of latest IOS iphone 4S

I got my iphone 4s towards the end of 2011, in about July/August 2012 i dropped my iphone twice in water i got it replaced by apple (happy to pay as it was my fault) the lady at apple told me it was a replacment phone that they sometimes took parts out and switched with, didnt really see the big deal of it. Then i updated my phone to the latest IOS 6 when it came out, my safari started to freeze but it didnt really bother me. A couple of weeks ago i was using my camera and then suddenly it went blank the camera would not open up, as im a person who uses the camera a fair deal this got me really annoyed. I took it into genis and they told me i would have to pay to get it replaced as my phone isnt under warrenty but they didnt know the issue with it. I have found a way to get the front camera to work but it only happens sometimes. One day i was using my wifi and then suddenly it went to 3G, i went to put it back to the wifi but the wifi was greyed out. i need the wifi to work as i cant afford to go over my 3G. Now my camera and wifi dont work i have got them to work sometimes but its really for an hour then they will go back to not working. Is there anyway to get apple to replace my phone as it isn't my fault and is obviously a software problem with the new IOS as i never expierenced an issue with it and from a lot of research ive find my problem has only came up with IOS6. This isnt my fault and i don't want to pay $220 for something that isn't my fault and apple should really acknowledge its fault and replace it regardless if it isn't under warrenty! Please help i need my phone to work again

Apple not want to cover guarantee on audio module failure I-Phone 4S

I subscribed to the AT&T phone service and got the I-phone 4S still under guarantee until May 10, 2013.The problem started around December 09th, 2012 with:- the ringer started to generate a loud popping sound at every ring when there are incoming calls, - Later I discovered that the audio did not work for you-tube clips and Quicktime videoclips - The screen blacked out during phone conversations (it did not happen before) so I cannot type a note or check email during the calls.- During the phone conversation I cannot change the screen applications; as it is locked and blacked out.I then brought the I-phone to the AT&T, who explained to me that the I-Phone technical problems must be handled by Apple, so I went to the Apple store in the South Center mall in Washington the same day, December 28th, 2012. The technician there told me to make an appointment.On December 30th I went to the Apple store in Bellevue Square Washington, the first technician there told me that my I-Phone got “water damage”.  The second technician told me that it was not caused by water damage but there are too many issues going on at the same time, and possibly by resetting the I-Phone everything should be in order; to that all pictures and some of my data was lost during the reset process; but the problems remain and worsen:  My I-Phone intermittently shut itself down.today Wednesday January 23, 2013 I return to the Apple store in Bellevue Square and meet with the technician Ian Cochran-Keith who diagnoses the issues; he mentions that my I-Phone connectors got “corroded” due to “water damage” and proposes to me two solutions:- The audio module needs repair and the cost is 59$ but the issue could come back or- Pay 199$ and get a new I-Phone.(See attached note #3 from the technician) I would like to present my formal request to Apple to honor the quarantee on my I-Phone and fix the issue of missing audio on videoclips also the screen black-out during phone conversation, beyond that the phone is working ok, I can still receive calls, make calls and other applications with safari internet surfing . I never have a problem with my I-Phone regarding any “water damage”. What “Water Damage” the technician is reffering to?  Falling in water? Rain? My phone was never exposed to rain or falling in any water or subject to any water contact since I got it, so what “water damage” the technician is referring to?  If there is water damage I am certain that it wouldn’t work at all, I would get nothing. I do not agree to pay for the audio module change or to pay for a new I-Phone as it is still under guarantee. I expect Apple to reply to me with a favorable answer and fix my I-Phone per the guarantee Sincerely Note: This letter is copied to the www.bbbsilicon.org also to the consumer protection websites #43187808

How Can I Remove Malware from my iphone 5

So, I have this free game app - Draw Something (Free) on my iphone 5. I've been playing it no problem for several weeks. However, recently, in the last 3-5 days, while playing, safari will randomly open and try to redirect me here: http://tags.bluekai.com/site/13583?ret=html&phint=id.... The URL is very long but it mentions the following words in the URL: applewebdata, Mozilla;Netscape;5.0, iphone like Mac OS AppleWebkit like Gecko Mobile undefined, iphone undefined,  Mozilla/5.0 iphone CPU, iphone OS like Mac OX AppleWebkit HTML like Gecko Mobile. There's some HTML encoding - en-us;ISO-8859And near the end of the url, it mentions a Quicktime Plugin and links to the Apple Quicktime page. It's extremely annoying and I have no idea how to get rid of it. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling it, but it's still happening. I don't even know if it pertains to just this app, but so far it's the only one that does it. Does anyone know how to fix it?

What other yellow bar consist of iphone 3G

I have an iphone 4 that is 8 GB. I barely have enough room for pictures and audio but I'm having an issue with my "other" bar taking up most of my space.  I have done all of the things you can do, such as delete old messages, safari history, and notes, calenders, and so on. I am stuck because I need the space on my phone to continue using it! I have also deleted apps, and most of my photos (even though I didn't want to.) Can someone please help me?
