No sound on appfunction iphone 5

Hi guys i got my iphone 5 about 2 week after launch and about 3 weeks later i lost all sound clicks from text's, game apps, YouTube wouldn't play any videos and it worked perfectly fine when i went to bed wake up in the morning to this.  I rebooted the phone and this resolved the issue, the phone was not in silent mode via settings or via the slider at the top of the phone.  the phone would be working fine for about 3 weeks then this would happen again same issues as above this went on till about the 14th December and Apple decided to change my phone now its happening again.  I am at a lose end does anybody know a fix or heard of this before as i am sure this problem could not happen too 2 different phones ?  Thanks

iphone 4s battery problem

After ios 6.1.3 my battery is getting worse!Yesterday I switched off my phone with 30-32% of battery, this mornig I switched on and the battery was 20%: during the night it lost about 10% of charge without using it!And another problem is the recharge of battery: now the battery recharge in about an hour from 5% to 100%, before the update was about 2,5-3 hours.What can I do?When will apple solve this problem with a new upgrade??

Backup Issues Deleting Other Files iphone 4S

I recently replaced my iphone screen and afterwards I discovered that my camera roll had crashed. With it, I lost all of my pictures and videos. Luckily, I recovered them from a program that I had downloaded. However, the storage that used to take up my photos and videos on my phone had transfered to the "other" section on itunes. Is the only way to remove/decrease the storage of the "other" file by restoring your iphone? I don't want to restore my iphone because I am also having issues with backing up my phone. Whenever I try to back it up on itunes, it says "the backup was corrupt or not compatable with the iphone". My phone has never been backed up because of this issue, so if I were to restore my phone then all off my files would be deleted. I have tried reseting my phone, but the "other" section is unchanged. Is there anyway I can delete the corrupt files on my phone? I have tried removing all pictures, videos, apps, and music in an attempt to discover the source of the corrupt files but I haven't found them. Also, if I was to "restore backup" with my iphone from my ipad, would that mean losing my messages?

My iphone 4 front camera isn't working HELP

My iphone 4 front camera is not working. I can use the regular camera however when i try to switch to the front camera it either freezes or does nothing. I have tried restoring the phone to factory settings, restarting it, and resetting it but nothing has worked. Does anyone know if this problem is a sofware or hardware problem? And any ideas about what i can do to fix it other than what i have already done?

Today I completed a software update for my iphone 5 without backing it up because I did not receive a warning that all my data would be erased and so, did not realize it would be an issue. Upon completing the update, I realized my mistake but figured it was too late to revert the damage and continued with the restoration of my phone to its factory settings. After completing the update, I realized just how much data was lost (including important notes with financial information and images and videos of recent trips around Europe). Now I am desperate to try to recover the data deleted in the update. Is there any chance at all that I can recover something? The notes and videos are most important to me. I am also missing many Messages but that is less important to me. Can anyone please help? Any response is greatly appreciated!

I have lost my built in apps and do not know how to reinstall them on my phone.  The Safari and App Store icons are gone.  I can no longer surf the net on my phone and the little "microphone" key has also disappeared when I send text messages etc.  I now have to actually type the message instead of speaking into my phone.  Siri has also vanished.  Any advice?

I have just started to update the latest iOS 6.1.3 and my wifi disconnected and all of my contacts have been deleted. My phone has not updated to ios 6.1.3 as wifi stopped working. I have never backed up on iTunes on a computer, I always download everything directly from wifi onto my iphone. Can I get my contacts back? If I can, how? Please help!!

I have lost count of how many times I have been away from my office, looked down at my phone, saw anywhere between 10-30% battery life, and then a few minutes later have my phone go into shutdown mode.  This is absolutely RIDICULOUS and it needs to be fixed now!   Has anyone from Apple responded to this? Fixed my phone but display still doesn't work iphone 4S

4S got run over by a car. I changed the broken display, functionality (sound, vibration, cameras, wireless, mobile data, emails and other notifications come in, I can here SIRI, etc.) is working (tested via cylay).  Battery always low and phone turns off pretty fast after unplugging from the charger. Plugged in it turns off itself after about five minutes and restarts immediately again + display doesn't work (sometimes gets bright but there appears no clear picture only some grey tones). It worked about three times though that the display was clear and I could use the phone for about five minutes before it lost its picture again.  What could be broken?

lost Mode Alarm continues-I found my iphone 5

Hi.  Last Saturday morning I lost my phone and immediately went onto iCloud and entered the phone into lost Mode, sent the message and Played Sound.  Spent all that day reporting the loss to the police, insurance and Vodafone and generally panicking.  Went to bed that night, put hand under pillow and guess what, found my darling phone!!!  What a relief!!  Cancelled lost Mode on iCloud and restored passwords, Vodafone etc.  HOWEVER, at various times (and obviously I never get any warning), the lost alarm still sounds and in public, people must think I have stolen my own phone!!!  I have tried different ways to stop the alarm happening again eg setting lost Mode over again and then cancelling it again but the alarm still goes off.  All I have to do is press the on/off button to stop it sounding but the fact that it goes off in the first place is the problem.  It should be cancelled!   Why does the alarm still go off?  Can anyone help please? Many thanks Susan

Hi all, I have a few Audiobooks which I listen to on my iphone 3GS a lot and I put a couple more and last night I downloaded them and now they have an echo which it didnt before.  From what i have read I need to change the playback speed but from all the feedback I have seen online there is no icon on my phone at the bottom right corner I can touch to change it.  I have just about tried everything with no luck. PLEASE is there anyone that can help me. I have already lost these books once and have spent a lot of money getting them back.  I will very angry if I cant listen to this now. Hi there, Im scott, I dont own an iphone so know nothing whatsoever about them. this is our issue pls help :   My sister purchased an iphone 4 from a woman at her work. Her husband upgraded to iphone 5 so sold his old one to my sister. My sister currently has a blackberry on contract to virgin media here in England. She took her BB along with her new iphhone to a local phone shop They cut her simcard down to size and put it into the iphone. When we turned it on we got this message 'only compatible sim cards from a support carrier....... '  I called our current contract to exdplain what we were intending to do and swap settings from a blackberry to her new iphone... they said we needed to contact the original service provider... here lies our issue.  My sister works as a nurse.. she called her collgue to explain all this and ask what network he was on. She doesnot kno and her husband isnt home for another cpl weeks he is military. My sister doesnt want to wait a few weeks to use her new phone. Is there anyway to unlock and activate this phone giving all the detials of the phone and confirmation from his wife regarding the new user ?  Ive read on the internet about jailbraking and all that nonsense.. but i dont want to damage the phone.. It isnt stolen isnt lost sureley i dont have to 'hack' into a perfectly legitimate phone to use do i?   My sister simply wants it to work with her contracted sim .. with the benifits and features iphone offers. iOS 6 Upgrade wiped my phone had to restore to factory settings and lost my all data. iphone 4

I do not so much have a question, but a statement:  I did the upgrade to iOS 6 last night.  I had to delete a lot of apps to make room for the upgrade and did a small icloud back up to save space.  But, after waiting and seeing the upgrade time kept going up and up, I just went to bed.  Woke up in the middle of the Night to check and my phone said to connect to iTunes.  When I did, it told me I had to restore my phone.  So I had no choice because, it would not leave the connect to iTunes message on my screen otherwise.  This is a horrible glitch!

Can't hear just one person through my iphone 4

Okay, so lets see if this works. So I've had my iphone 4 for about a year and a half, I've never really had issues beside the normal glitching and having calls drop here and there. Recently I've had an issue with my iphone connecting with just one individual. Yes, I know it sounds weird but keep reading. I have been able to make calls and recieve phone calls fine, however I cannot with just one single individual. They to also only have the same problem with me, however the only difference is they can hear me but I cant hear them or anything. We're able to text and send picture messages without any issues. Now sometimes when I try to call them, itll ring twice and then the line just goes dead, but thats usually them picking it up. I cannnot hear them at all. I've already done the reset on my phone and I've already contacted apple about this issue and their about as lost as I am because it doesnt make sense that this is only happening with one individual. I've also blew out the speakers and such like people have suggested. I use my head phones that came with my speaker, and ive connected and reconnected them incase my iphone thought they were plugged in.  Let me give you a little bit more info. They have an android phone, we have the same carrier which is verizon and they live in another state (not sure if thats helpful). I'm completely lost because this has been going on for about 4 days now and its driving me crazy. This happened a few weeks ago, however it magically fixed its self ( im thinking it was because I had bad service). If anyone has any solutions that might help, please, please let me know.

I connected my wife's iphone 5 to her computer to back it up, sync it and and check for updates.  An error message came up and put the phone into recovery mode.  Now we cannot get it out of recovery mode.  We do not want to restore it as there are numerous photos that would be lost.Any ideas?

There is not another solution. If the phone shows offline, then the battery has died, someone picked it up and turned it off, or removed the SIM, or has restored the device. Also, if you contact your carrier and have them suspend the service, that will render Find My iphone useless.

WIFI AND BLUETOOTH NOT WORKING iphone 4S

Hello, My iphone 4S was perfectly fine until this afternoon when WIFI just stopped working. It would simply not find any networks.I then placed my phone on airplane mode and then turned it off. The WiFi sign was now dimmed and isnt able to get turned on or off.Bluetooth just keeps on loading and is never giving me the option to turn it on...I don't know if this has anything to do witht he IOS 6.1.3 since I have been reading some discussions and blogs about it. A lot of people seem to be having trouble with this.I wonder if it is really a software issue. On another note, if I want to take my phone for service, is it possible that it is taken in even though I have lost my receipt. Please help....Thanks so much.
