iphone 5 won't wake up from sleepstandby

Hello, I am having a really strange problem with my iphone 5 for last 3-4 months. Sometime when i want to use my iphone from standby/sleep mode it dosent do anything! sleep/wake button, home button even silent/sound button dosent work. I know the silent/sound button dosen't work cause normally it vibrate when I turn it on. So the problem is my phone wont wake up from sleep/standby mode. The screen stays black and nothing works. If i press the home button and power button for 10-15 time very quickly, then it takes a screen shot and wakes up!! Sometime it stays in this stage for 5-10min. So here is what i did to solve the problem.1. I restore the phone from phone and ituens.2. I delete all icloud backup and started as a new phone3. I went to apple store and replace the phone with a new one!!4. I jailbreak it at last to see if it solve the problem!5. turn off the icloud to see if it works And sadly nothing of all this solved my problem! Now im not sure any specific app causing the problem but it almost impossible to find it out. So if anyone have any similar problem or any suggestion to solve it, then it will be really helpful.

Now i switched to postpaid connection but now 3G internet is not working even it has been activated from the provider. I have an iphone 3g and my wifi wasn't working at all! The wifi button wasn't working like I couldn't press it at all, so my brother told me to erase my iphone. I backed it up and erased my iphone, it didn't work so he told me to jailbreak it because he thought maybe since my iphone was originally jailbroken it might just need it to be jailbroken again. I did that and when I looked at it again ALL apps were gone! There were no settings, safari, or app store nothing, it was just a blank page! (A blank page with, oddly enough, my same wallpaper still) When I tried to search up things on the iphone it was found, but it said it was not loaded at all. Help anyone??

Battery Life Degraded After Restoring from jailbreak iphone 4

I recently did a jailbreak on my phone and decided I didn't like it. I restored the phone to Apple factory settings and everything is fine except the battery. It will not hold a charge more than a few hours -- and that's on STANDBY, not actually using the phone or making calls! Is there anything else I need to do to erase all traces of the jailbreak? Or is there anything I can do to improve my battery life? I've already done the following: 1) lowered the screen brightness2) close programs when not in use3) changed auto-lock time to 1 minute (the shortest possible)

my iphone 3gs had lower version of iOS and i wasnt able to download watsapp. during downloading its says update iOS 4.3 and i did connect my phone with iTunes. and i did fully update with 6.1.3 version.now I not able to activate my iPhone3GS after updated to ios6.1.3. The message said the activation server is unavailable but it has been unavailable for more than 24hours. It's abnormal, please help. iphone 5 typing and touchscreen issue

Hi This week my iphone 5 have been presenting an issue that i have never seen in the past and is just driving me crazy, the keyboard is just working bad, everytime I type something it just write another letter or the same letter more that once, becoming very hard to tYpe somethung.. at the same time the screen moves a little bit when i write something.. and in general the phone have a bad funcionality.. its very weird, is the second timI in two days it happens... I have not make jailbreak or anything, so i dont know why it is happening. Someone knows how to fix this problem?? HELPPP

Wifi option greyed out iphone 4S

My wifi option has been grayed out for several weeks now, Apple has even replaced my phone. I've tried all the tricks from resetting network settings, heating method, and apparently there is a freezing method as well. Apple is wanting to replace it, but it will happen again. I hate how Apple ignores issues like this, since I've seen reports about it as early as April, but I'm sure has happened before then. I'm still under warranty, and lately I've been trying to downgrade to the iOS 6.1.2 since I didn't have the issue at that point, but that's not allowed by Apple and I can't do it through jailbreak since I didn't save SHSH blobs from that previous software. At this point, I'm at a loss, I don't see how they don't realize that it's a big issue for people. What I wish would happen is just for them to re-release 6.1.2 and just label it as 6.1.4 or something as a temporary fix. Hopefully another discussion about this issue will prompt Apple into working faster on a fix, or at least acknowledge it and let people that have been affected know that a fix is coming very soon.

I have iphone 4S and using chrome app. Google recently give me a lot of problem, it redirect to me to some website I never heard before such as http://corp.kaltura.com/. It was different website couple days ago. I tried on Safari, both app will have problem at the same time. If I can use google, Safari and chrome will both work, if google has problem, both will have problem (google only). I tried on search box or type google.com, clear all the histories and cookies. Could not solve problem.  Sometimes turn off the iphone then turn it back on will temperately solve the problem, but it come back again. Yahoo search engine has no problem at all. Anyone know how to fix that PS: sometimes I get google authentication requirement, but this redirect issue is not link to that. They are happen at two different times

I was given a iphone 4s, my sister got another phone and I had an iphone 3Gs. She failed to tell me the audio was giving her trouble... The phone rings and my alarms go off but when I'm on apps and playing music I can't hear anything... What can I do to fix it? No se si este problema venga relacionado con lo del control del volumen. La verdad si sabe alguien como solucionar estos dos inconvenientes se lo agradecere mucho.   Problem with Volume:What happens is that sometimes I have is that when playing music / videos suddenly going to the iphone and the audio volume control disappears, and it takes to bring up again, do not know what's going on or why do that, if someone happens something similar and could arrange, please can tell me what are the steps to follow to remove this annoyance.  Problem with the Player / Music:The song is already finished and not changed the cover art and the other begins to ring, or the song is playing and the bar of the song (not the volume) does not advance stays at 0:00 and the song is playing and even just the song begins and the other that originally put this on the main screen. My i-phone 4s has WIFI greyed out since installing iOS 6 i called APPLE australia and they told me i was 83 days out of warranty and i have to pay 250. this was on 24th of april man on phone then told me i might have to jailbreak

the man on the phone told me to jailbreak my iphone so i could get iOS 5 back.. but by jailbreaking a phone you lose the warranty anyway... considering this is apple's fault (iOS 6 has ruined my 4s capability to connect to wifi) ( and my girlfriend has as 4s on iOS 5 and that still connects fine ) i think they should be doing more i am a long time apple customer but i think this has made me want to swap back to being a windows user and maybe getting the samsung or HTC

Pls have this to pay attention for. If this is a hardware problem, what must be done to repair it? If that's a bug, when shall A.guys have a fix for that.BTW, may that be a problem actually linked to Bluetooth connectivity in the first turn? Bluetooth connectivity option is constantly "trying to determine it's state" (BT option setting shows "busy" running circle instead of on/off state), and after it finally gets to off state there appears to happen some change to wifi option behavior. Once it had even started back for an hour, but fell back to disabled soon afterwards.At least both these problems appeared together at the same time.All possible resets, firmware restores and 6.0.1 did not fix that. Shall I need to jailbreak the OS to fix it? And btw, the whole situation already ran a lot of people into high spendings for their 2g/3G overwhelming cellular data traffic. Apple to apologize for that at least? Or shall there be iphone 6 and the problem would remain unfixed and unnoticed?

SPYWARE ON MY iphone 4S

HI everyone (I'm not an english people so i hope you will understand that i write). Today, i download a free app but in reality it's a spyware and my iphone is not the same since i download this app.I Reset many times my iphone (it's an iphone 4S) with itunes without conservation but i think it did not work. More precise, it's not a jailbreak iphone so people told me download CYLAY but only if it's a jailbreak iphone and it's not, what it possible to do to delete everything and be sure it's ok. The app download call Avast! secure line VPN but it's not really avast it's a spyware and many people download it and have problems next. Thansk for your help and i hope you understand me.

I am unable to delete app from iphone 5 suggestions.

If I try delete app then they all shake as we know but cannot delete. The USB DISK PRO app is blank when opened and no response. All other apps still work though. It was suggested that the app mentioned was a "jailbreak" well I don't know what that means but I am sure that is not applicable.  I have Tried to 1. Reboot phone2. Reset app in settings as suggested by app developer3. Switching phone on and off.  None of above work. The developer suggests that this is a problem for apple to resolve ?ThanksGauteng

Gamecenter error connecting to online services on call of duty black ops zombies for iOS. iphone 3G

So I got this new app 3 months ago called Black ops call of duty : zombies. And I LOVE it!! But every time I try to join an online game, wether it be map vote, single map, 2-4 players, restarting my phone... What happens is it takes me to the gamecenter connect page, where it connects me with another player, but after a few seconds, it takes me into the multiplayer lobby, and then pulls up a message saying "connecting to online services" and it does that for a minute before saying "error joining room" and makes me quit the online game, leaving the other person kicked off the server because the other person (me) left or was kicked, I do NOT want to jailbreak my iphone for this problem, and I am very experienced with iPhones and other electronics, both apple and Microsoft, if there is anyone who knows how I can fix this problem WITHOUT jail breaking my phone or paying money.. (Maybe ill pay money, it depends...) then Please tell me! It has done this to me EVERYTIME for the past 3 months, and still does... So please help!

iphone 4 not show IMEI nor modem firmware

Hello everyone, I've got an iphone 4 from a friend. my home button will not work...however I have heard that there is suppose to be an appthat you can download that looks like a little red dot that you can move over where ever you want to go and click therefore to bypass the home button....does anyone know anything about this?If so would you please share the name of it? I have an iPhone5. The speaker has stopped working. I have reset my settings, rebooted several times. I am running 6.1.2. The support center told me to jailbreak my phone and delete com.apple.iapd.plist. The internet has a deamon that they are saying to delete. There are thousands of complaints all over the place. APPLE -- WHAT ARE YOU DOING ABOUT THIS? CAN YOU PLEASE LET US KNOW WHERE YOU STAND ON THIS HARDWARE/SOFTWARE ISSUE!!! Tomorrow, I am going to an apple store to replace my phone (I hope). I use my phone for business and cannot rely on Vibrate to know my phone is ringing. Does anyone know what is really going on? It is ridiculous that there are videos telling people to put Q-tips into the phone. If this is what we are resorting to then the iphone makers should be embarrassed. I hope this post does not get blocked. I would really like to know what Apple plans to do about this or if anyone really knows how to fix this OTHER THAN replacing the phone. Thanks for listening!

Dear,My iphone 5 was not available these days after the 3G network,the ICON display 3G,but not working, Safari,App depend on network are all unavailable.i just try to switch on/off the 3G and Cellular buttons in Setting. after that it looks fine to access the internet.but few hour or mins later,it doesnt working again.My iphone 5 not jailbreak and using the China Unicom Carrier.Does anybody get the same issue??

I really hate the new Maps App.. how can I downgrade to iOS 5.1 ? I live in Madrid, Spain, and the previous Google Maps App embeded with the previous operative system was SO MUCH BETTER than the new iOS,in this map it never shows anything, I used to search for business names, or street address and in this new version you got with tom tom is an absollutely a mess. Have you tryed to search Madrid's main street "Paseo de la Castellana" the app shows "no item found". New Apple Map is just disappointing! it is the WORST APPLICATION EVER. Is there a way to delete cache/cookies/temp files without deleting the app and reinstalling the app? For instance, Facebook. App size is 30.1, but overtime is has increased to 355MB.  On my old android phone, I had the option of going into settings and clearing the cache or just clearing data. I'm just wondering if there's a way to do this on my apple iphone. I don't want to jailbreak my iphone, so I was wondering if there's another way to get some data cleared from various apps without having to delete and reinstall them.  Thanks!

How could I tell if my iphone 4s has been jailbroken

Hello everyone! I'm sorry if this may sound extremely stupid, but I'm not very good with the whole Apple hardware, and what makes it tick.  I had read something about jailbroken iPhones and hacking viruses, and just before I had read that, I had encountered someone on Tumblr (through Safari, not the Tumblr application, if there is one...I don't personally have an account, but I browse the site) who had suffered some kind of hacking virus.  I panicked a little, wondering if there was a possibility the virus from their blog could effect my iphone, and a few searches on Safari later, I then panicked about whether my iphone could possibly be jailbroken.  I'm not looking for any websites to check whether the phone is jailbroken or not, (it probably isn't), and I'm not looking to jailbreak it, but I've recieved so much help from these communities I thought it wouldn't hurt to ask this silly question.  I've heard a lot about the whole loading screen (when you first turn the phone on and the apple logo with the little crease through the apple shows up) being different, etc, and a whole slew of others.  Everything looks normal....the loading screen is black with the apple logo and crack/crease/curved line...whatever you wish to call it, but it won't stop me from being paranoid, haha.  Could anyone help? Just how could I tell without downloading or messing with anything on my phone or computer?

i've ugraded my iphone 4s to iOS 6.0.1 and i'm not satisfied. it slows down my phone and takes a lot of RAM and CPU. i want to downgrade to 5.1.1 and i've been searching a lot on the web apparently i have to be jailbreaked so i can downgrade. this is not logicly acceptable. i don't like jailbreaking my phone. i should have the right to downgrade to any iOS versions that i want but apple is just being unfair. apple is limiting and puts boundaries for the usage of my own personal gadget which leads people to jailbreak or change their mind on using apple products. i as a client and a fan of apple products am not satisfied and i'm gonna change my mind about it if i don't find any solution for this problem. anyways people out there i would really appreciate if u have anything to share... peace

Very urgent iphone 4S

Dear.  I bought an iphone from ebay.  it come with 5.0.1 ios Jailbroken. So I attepmt to restore it to delete jailbreak and to update to latest software which is 6.0.1.  I turn of the iphone and put it in DFU mode. then plug in in itunes. it said that iphone has been detected. so I start restore using frimware I already downloaded. It's start extract the file then he stuck on verfying with apple store.  screen start with just black screen and nothing seen after an error show 1602.  I plug off iphone and get out from dfu mode. it's start with apple logo and stuck on it. when i tried to shut down the iphone it wont work till I hold power and home button for a couples sec.   even with this way I should do it several times because iphone shutdown with black screen then it's start again.  any suggestion about what should i do ?

Often, when I make a group of apps on the screen, the name of the group is the same as another group. After much research it looks like I would have to jailbreak the phone to rename a group. Why does Apple have no simple way to do this? There must be a reason.

iphone 4 turning off after unplugged from wall or PCMAC

Hi Can someone help please?I sold my iphone 4 recently and it was returned to me. The guy had it for 6 hours and it suddenly crashed apparently (this is his words)!He then tried to restore and it failed with unknown error 21. Im no stranger to resetting and sorting an iphone out but this one has me banging my head against a brick wall. I have tried to restore and the same error occurs.I have also tried entering into DFU mode etc and the same results.Volume up and down and resetting still no change.  I took it to the apple store as a last hope to see what they said and they dvised it had been tampered with so would not test any parts!Should i try a new battery? Or is this something else? Has anyone seen this before?Needless to say i am furious as i personally feel that this may have been a drop/water damage or jailbreak gone wrong or, even worse, a logic board swap SCAM.  Any help would be great. Cheers
