Tenho um iphone 5 modelo A1429 comprado na Austrália, desbloqueado. O problema é que esse telefone não faz nem recebe ligações e sms, ao invés disso, somente navega pelo 3G, WI-FI, ele também busca rede o tempo todo o que devora o desempenho da bateria. Falei com o suporte da Apple Brasil e não podem fazer nada além de mandar restaurar o sistema porque só efetuam reparo ou substituição do modelo vendido aqui, no caso o modelo A1428. Tentei falar com a operadora Vivo, me mandaram redefinir os ajustes umas 500x. Também fiseram uma atualização no SIM e nada. Tentei falar com a Apple Astrália e me disseram que para trocar o aparelho eu deveria enviar alguém pessoalmente. Liguei novemente para Apple Brasil e me disseram para perguntar a todas as operadoras brasileiras sobre blosqueio de IMEI. Fiz isso e nunhuma das operadoras relatou tal bloqueio. Entrei em contato com a Apple americana e disseram que poderiam efetuar o reparo ou substituição contanto que eu levasse o aparelho até uma autorizada daquele país. Mandei email para o Tim Cook e recebi uma resposta muito educada, mas tambem não se traduziu em solução até agora... A 20 dias estou sendo empurrada de um lado para o outro e só posso dizer que estou muito decepcionada com o tratamento do problema. O contrato da Apple não se sobropõe as leis locais onde ela oferta produtos e serviços. No Brasil, o caso de um advogado que comprou uma camera com defeito em Miami e necessitava de suporte no Brasil abriu o precedente jurídico para resolução desse tipo de caso. A partir do ano 2000, todo consumidor que adquirir um produto fora do Brasil e o mesmo apresentar defeito, terá direito a assistencia técnica no Brasil, sendo que a única condição é que a empresa esteja em atividade no país. Minha ultima alternativa é a justiça, porque simplesmente ninguém consegue me dar uma solução.

I have only sent around 20 photos to family and friends so if I lose all these photos on my phone then I will only have 20. There are over 2000 pictures of her on my phone so I really really need to get them back I don't have iTunes, I have never downloaded it or anything. I have always taken my pictures off just by plugging my phone into the computer, going to My Computer and copy and pasting them like that but I have not done this in 2 months and there are so many photos and videos that will be lost.I downloaded iTunes, logged in using my email and password but every time I connect my phone it keeps saying for me to put my password in on the phone but the numbers aren't on the phone screen.Is there any way I can get my photos back?Can Apple get them back for me?Please help

My boyfriend upgraded to an iphone 5 recently and decided to give me his old iphone 4, but i'm on Vodafone and his iphone is locked to Orange.  So he rang up Orange to request an unlock which cost £20 and the guy said it could take upto 28days (which seems a long time to unlock a phone) The guy at Orange said the reason for this is that the unlock has to be done by Apple (which makes sense) and so my iphone would go on a list and once it reaches the top of that list it will be done - (is this true?)  It's been 3 weeks and my boyfriend still hasn't recieved an email to say the unlock has been successful. I'm starting to get impatient as I didn't think it would actually take the full 4 weeks to process(i know it hasn't been 28 days yet...) - but it's looking like it will take that long at this rate... if it gets unlocked at all! I would also like to know if my iphone 4 has been jailbroken in the past - will this prevent the phone being unlocked by apple?  Any help or advice would be great

I want to start over iphone

So I got my iphone 5 around Christmas time, and I feel as though I need to start fresh. I want everything to be as good as new. I am absolutely getting frusturated with iCloud right about now. I already put all my pictures on my computer (not connected to iCloud), and my contacts are in a vCard folder on my desktop. I don't have music on my iphone, and my apps I'd like to keep. How do I back up my iphone to ONLY my computer... When I tried deleting my iCloud account, it deleted everything (including the contacts that I backed up to ONLY my computer). Long story short... I hate iCloudI want my phone good as newI want my appsI want my contactsI want my text messages if possible.I don't mind resigning into all my email accounts and app accounts. When I do have my iphone good as new as when I got it, then I will later on ask a question on how iCloud specifically works... with such a tight schedule like mine, it is hard to go to the genius bar and ask all of these questions... Can t send emails on iphone 4s. No error messages. App just quits.

Hello, and thank you for reading. I have an iphone 4s, and my primary email account is Gmail. I can receive emails, but I can't send them. When I try to click on the little pen icon to write an email, the app crashes/quits and I'm sent back to the homescreen. I saw that most people who can't send email receive an error message, but I've never received an error message, the app just stops. I checked in the Settings, and every thing seems to be in order (I'm not extremely tech savvy, so I could be wrong). I started to experience this problem maybe a week ago. Also, my Messages app can be a little sketchy sometimes too. When I'm connected to Wifi and trying to send an iMessage, the message won't send and there will be a little red exclamation point next to the message. My Messages app works sometimes, but do you all think that the problems are linked somehow? Any help is GREATLY appreciated. I'm out of the office a lot, and it's an inconvinecne that I can't send emails while I'm on the road. My battery life on my iphone 5 terrible HELP

Hello, this is my first time on a forum like this so I don't really know what to expect but basically the reason why I am here today is because of the fact that my iphone's battery is excuse my french, dog s***. I'm 16 years old almost 17 and I haven't had any problems with my other iphone's before (iphone 3G, 3GS, 4, 4S) I charge it at 100% in the morning, so I leave it all night from 1% the previous night and then I get up and without even using it, it's at 95% already. Now the thing you're going to say is have you tried:  Turning off 3G/LTE - YESTurning off Wi-Fi - YESBluetooth - YESLocation Service's - YESPush email - YESMessing with the brightness - YESRe-setting the phone several times (LOL) - YES  I honestly don't see why it is draining this much, I have like 10 apps and all of them are ones that don't send much data, nor recieve much. You know the usual Facebook, Twitter, YouTube etc etc.  If someone could possibly help me I will be the happiest man alive!!! Thanks-Ed

Restoring backup not working iphone 5

Today I had my iphone 5 replaced at an apple store and when I attempted to restore it after leaving it started asking for the password to my old apple id address even though I changed the email address months ago. Is there anything I can do? I really don't want to lose my 100's of pictures. Please and thank you. I'm stressed out about this.

On May 1, 2013 I received from my husband as a gift, an iphone 5 16GB White (Model A1429) after his return from a trip to the African continent. I used the iphone 5 for only 15 days, while the rear camera crashed. In an attempt to solve, restored the software and not solved. Then took the iphone 5 Apple technical assistance in Recife / PE, called iTown where it was found that it was a hardware problem and iphone 5 should be replaced. However when checking the model of iphone 5 assistant coach said the serial number on my iphone 5 (F1HK3LNGDTWF) was not authorized by Apple for replacement and that I should contact the Apple 0800. I made contact and technical support agent (# 451 886 701), Samir, informed me that the model of my iphone 5 (A1429) is not warranted in Brazil and should submit to Apple in the country where it was purchased. Tell it had received a gift from my husband and had been acquired in a electronics store in Johannesburg international airport, not having expected to return to the country in the coming years. Requested that the equipment be sent through Apple Brazil, to the place where it was possible to repair or replace the Apple iphone 5 Brazil defective by a new, but Samir informed me that he could not do anything for me and that very sorry. Well, I understand that Apple is a company present in several countries and that your warranty is worldwide. Still hopeful, I sent an email to Apple Feedback reporting the incident, but so far have not received any feedback. I'm very disappointed with Apple for this embarrassment and injury. The iphone 5 cost USD 1,100.00 and in less than 15 days the camera stopped working.I await a return to Apple with the solution for the inconvenience caused.Sincerely,

iphone 5 doesnt accept ID password facetime and imessage not working

Im not sure if its to do with the new update 6.1.4 but my imessage suddenly stopped working. I checked my settings and saw that my email addresses associated with it were deleted. I would do hard resets but it wouldnt solve the problem. Then imessage was only partially working, sending imessages to certain individuals and text messages to the others. When i would try to add my email it would say that my password or ID is incorrect. I was thinking, no this could not be. I signed in and out of Itunes with no problem. I even signed on appleid.com and it worked. I tried it on my ipad which worked. I was scratching my brains. so I had an idea, I proceeded to reset network settings......BIG MISTAKE!!! Now, along with my imessage and facetime problems, I cannot connect to my wifi at home. when I enter the password it says it is incorrect. I have also tried entering the wifi manually but to no avail. I connected my iphone to itunes but it wont back up my data saying an error occured but it doesnt specify the error. Iv also noticed that if i press and hold an app, and it starts shaking, the crosses next to the apps that I hav purchased whether it is free or not does not show the 'x' next to them so I cant manually delete an app. What is going on? Is so frustrating because now I have to rely on my data and its depleting fast. Iv booked an appointment with the Genius bar for next week but I am hoping I can sort this out before hand. My first iphone and I was enjoying it up to now, not happy at all!

Apple ID problem iphone 3G

When setting up my apple ID i put in the wrong email address initially, I typed it wrong. I resolved this by correcting it with the right email address then popping in the correct password. Everything seemed fine initially. But now I keep getting Apple ID popping up with the wrong email address asking for the password (which doesnt exsist). It doesn't affect anything as when it matters, eg app store iCloud etc, it always asks for the password for the correct email address. But this window will pop up constantly, whether I'm in settings, App Store, iMessage.  I've tried looking for a way to stop it from popping up but can't seem to see anything. I really don't want to have to reset my phone so hoping someone out there has some useful advice for me...

I received a suspect email on my iphone 5 yesterday, which contained only a web link. I deleted it without accessing the link but despite this my phone sent out mails to everyone in my contacts this morning. I have had two returned as not delivered as they were picked up by the antivirus but assume all the others have reached their destination. Do I have a virus or has my mail been hacked? What can I do to check? Help!

Help need to something iphone 4S

After synching 4S with iTunes by plugging into PC has been nothing but problems.  Phone charge drops quick, like something is running.  I can not find anything.  No time registers on standby and usage. just lines there.Deleted entire email and reinstalled.  Siri off, notifications off, privacy & locations off.Some strange stuff comes up under diagnostics...not sure if suppose to have all those? Should this diagnostics be reported or off? Can not power phone off, it automatically kicks itself back on, so can not do hard start.  Did a complete restore/recovery on it.  Nothing seems to be helping.I will take any suggestions!  No Apple stores near us, so need to try to resolve over this!

Has else had trouble with iphone 5 touch screen

So this happened within the last week. I bought my iphone 5 brand new, its been perfect up until i clicked on my email icon at the bottom and it opened the calendar that is at the top of the screen. Also, when typing in imessage it clicked edit by itself, as if i wanted to delete text messages. Also, if you press your finger down on one spot on the screen and don't move, the screen shakes until it randomly decides to click something. I just want to know if anyone else has had this problem, if so did you restore it or just take it to apple? Also, If i restart it or do a hard reset it works fine for a bit then randomly decides to go crazy. If someone could help me out,Thanks! Its driving me nuts.

Trying to get iMessage to work on husband's iphone 5.Followed these instructions. http://support.apple.com/kb/ts4268 All attempts failed. Image on this page http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5538 shows that the phone number needs to be checked also.  Mine is grayed out so I cannot check it. I have already activated (months ago) my phone number and email with Apple, but only reason I am questioning how to activate iMessage is because someone tried to send me a message and I never received it.  They had to call to find out why I didn't respond. I've followed all instructions on the links I've listed above, but still does not activate.  iphone 5About this iphone: V 6.1.4 (10B350); carrier AT&T 14.0. iMessage under settings > waiting for activation; send and receive: email correct and verified; phone number does not have a check after it like the image shows at the above link. On my iphone 4, the phone number is checked along with the email address.So I'm thinking there must be an issue with the phone number in order to get iphone iMessage to work. Not finding anything about that on the Apple site or Googling either.

The other day a noticed a black mark on my camera lens. I was taking a picture and a black "smudge appeared. I tried wiping it off and it still remained there. It looks like a burn on my lens. I haven't taken the back off to look at the lens just in case that voids any warranties so I have left it alone. Although its recently became a nuisance. Moving Voice Memo s from iphone to computer

I have a bunch of voice memos that I need to move from my phone to my computer. I was able to playback the voice memos from my iphone within iTunes.  It shows up as a playlist called Voice memos under my iphone. From there, there is no way to export the audio files to my actual computer. I can export the data as a text file but thats about it. The files are too long to email. Any suggestions? I am running on a mac with mountain lion.

Battery Drain issue while recording video iphone 5

iphone 5 that I've had for less than a year seems to have horrible battery life. I'm mainly on wifi all day long with very strong signal. Most of my 8-10 hr day is occassionally checking my hotmail or exchange email.  My Time since last charge currently at 43%: usage is 3hrs and 34 minutes, and standby time of 9 hours and 35 minutes.  The strangest issue I'm having is when I record video. I'll usually record 2-3GB worth of video (over 8-10 videos) in a day depending on what I'm uploading to youtube. I'll record a bunch of video, and look at the battery life. It will drop down to 2-3% after recording, and sometimes even shut the phone all the way off. Press the power button and it blinks at you to plug it in. I'll go plug it in, and when it powers back on, it will be anywhere from 20-50% power (1 minute after plugging it in).  Yesterday it was down to 3%, so I powered it off, then back on again, and it jumped back up to 54% I've done a wipe and reset to factory and restore from iCloud and that doesn't seem to have done much.  I've drained the battery all the way dead, and let it recharge fully mulitple times, no help their either. I'm using the factory iphone charging cable and wall charger.  Has anyone seen this before? Do I have a faulty battery? I've recorded hundreds of videos with my iphone 4 and never had issues with excessive drain while recording, and the same on my wife's 4S..Thanks

I had put off upgrading my iphone 4 to the iOS6 and only gave in to it about a week ago when I thought that the trouble I was having with a select few apps was because of my outdated operating system. Now, I'm regretting it terribly and would either like to know how to revert back to iOS5 or fix this irritating as all **** and unproductive system. I had backed up my phone right before upgrading thinking that that way, I could just restore to it if I didn't like iOS6, but now I'm seeing that restoring to that point does not in fact restore firmware. Now I have a maps app that won't help me plan through public transit.An email app that will not update my inbox or any box even though it falslely says it checked and there was simply nothing new.Every other app I have crashes constantly.When I turn on the iPod/music function, there's an extended delay before the music will actually start playing.The shuffle function is messed up (if I'm playing a tracklist of 38 songs, it will only shuffle a few of them and just keep looping through those few tracks).etc etc My contract is almost up and I was hoping that all the negative stuff I had heard about iOS6 would have been resolved by now so that I could confidently by the next iphone, but at this rate, I'll be ditching Apple's phone entirely.

More specifically, upon hitting the "update all" button, the password prompt that pops up is stuck with an old apple ID. this prompter specifically does not allow to change the apple ID, only the password.  Tried signing in and out in both the app store settings and in the main app store app with the right email... the updated still is trying to use an old account email that has never been signed into on this iphone.  anyone? should i just delete the app store?
