Camera problem with iphone 5

I purchased my iphone 5 in January 2013 in India. For past couple of months, my phone camera dies frequently. The first time it happenned, I update the phone with iOS 6.1.3 and it started working. Next time when Camera was not working then I reset the phone and it started working, Now, I have the same problem, when I open the camera, shutter does not open and I am not able to click any picture. Does anyone has a similar problem with their iphone 5? Today I completed a software update for my iphone 5 without backing it up because I did not receive a warning that all my data would be erased and so, did not realize it would be an issue. Upon completing the update, I realized my mistake but figured it was too late to revert the damage and continued with the restoration of my phone to its factory settings. After completing the update, I realized just how much data was lost (including important notes with financial information and images and videos of recent trips around Europe). Now I am desperate to try to recover the data deleted in the update. Is there any chance at all that I can recover something? The notes and videos are most important to me. I am also missing many Messages but that is less important to me. Can anyone please help? Any response is greatly appreciated!

iOS 6.1.4 Overheating High Battery Consumption iphone 5

Having issues with iOS 6.1.4 heating up (in standby) and high battery consumption in standby. It's not consistant but I will, sporatically, notice my phone warming up, in my pocket, to pull it out, turn the screen on and then off again and it'll cool down.Battery consumption is also very high (worse than iOS 6.1 update issue) and is drained quickly. I've closed all active applications (but mail and calendar as I need for work) and still will occur.

My iphone wont turn on after updating

My iphone 4G was updating to the latest i.OS software on itunes (on my windows computer). As usual, my phone had to restart. It turned off, but as it was turning on (when the screen just shows that silver apple logo) an error message came up on itunes saying that it couldnt update the software (I forgot to get the error number). But my phone is stuck with that silver apple logo on it. My computer tells me to restore my phone, which I tried, but everytime I do that, itunes says "extracting software" and then it says "preparing to restore" then it comes up with an error message (number 2009). I have tried restarting my computer. My phone is stuck like this. What should I do? Please help!

iphone 5 suddenly no sound

I recently had a software update (6.1.4) on my iphone 5.  I ran the update last week and everything seemed fine.  However, as of yesterday my phone no longer made sound, it just stopped making sounds to everything.  It makes no sound when it rings, when I receive a text/email or when I try to listen to music.  The sound is completely dead.  The little switch on the left of the phone is turned on for volume.  I did a reset and nothing seems to help.  Has anyone encountered this problem?  Does anyone have a solution?

Please help- its my understanding that iphone stores where you have been (location history). When I was searching the Internet to see if I could access this info, I found Pete wardens iphone tracker download (I think it came out in April 2011), but then I read that apple fixed this problem of storing this info on your computer too, by releasing a software update shortly after. Is that correct? If I backup my iphone to computer will it have a file on there that stores the history of where I and my iphone have been? Or is this no longer the case? I desperately need a log with time stamps, I need to prove where I have been in the last week (marriage problems). I have been trying to update my iphone's software for the past few weeks due to my current provider not being found. (A bar that says "Searching" is always at the top where my 3G should be.) Yet whenever I try directly from my iphone, it always end with an error message. So, yesterday I tried updating directly from itunes and I let it download the new update and all that. However, after it finished trying to update my iphone, it put my iphone in a recovery mode and I've been trying to fix it eversince. I've looked on the apple site and I've made sure my security is up to date, my computer is up to date, my itunes is up to date and that I have restarted my computer. I am very irritated and I don't know what to do. I don't know what to do because my warranty is over with apple and I still have a few years on my contract. Hi, I have an iphone 5. Sometimes I use the MobileVOIP app for Voip calls. After the 6.1.4 update the application does not send the audio to the speaker (both call speaker and external speaker). It seems that the application recognize the earphones also without plugging them or it is not able to reach the internal speaker. The application works good with earphones. Also trying with Skype, they don't work. Since the update focused on audio-problems, are there settings to solve this problem? Do any of you have the same problem? Thank You Roberto

Hi, I've recently noticed that my iphone 4s battery is draining very quickly. Normally, I would charge my phone overnight and it would last the whole day. Recently i've noticed that my battery drains extremely quickly, just now its gone from 55% one minute to 35% the next! Earlier today, in 3 hours my battery went from 100% to 15%.  Does anybody know how to fix this? Ive seen some articles saying that people notice that their iphone batteries drain fast after the 6.1.3 update, but I downloaded this a while before my battery has been playing up. I would appreciate any help/tips! Thanks
