Why Apple doesn't change my iphone in Argentina Why have I to go USA for change iphone 4S

On febraury I bought an iphone 4S but now the wifi doesn't work, this is a common problem in the iphone, but now I am in Argentina and in my country there isn't any place where repair my telephone. I called to Apple to tech support and they told me they could not assist me because they only assist people from Mexico and Canada, and that I had to speak to an authorized service center in Argentina, so I went to the place they told me, in that place I say they can not sorting the problem, that the only solution is to travel to USA to change.Because they tell me that if in legal terms of the warranty states that if Apple so you can make changes determined through some mail? Why not give me that option? I have the right to use my iphone in its 100%, the truth that without wifi and bluetooth is how to use it by 50%.Any recommendations?

iphone app updates frozen in waiting-what to try next

Hi, I tried to update 3 apps on iphone 5 about a week ago. They got 'stuck' while updating, and now are permanently frozen showing a greyed out icon, and saying the status as 'installing.'  I have tried everything and need more suggestions.This is what I have tried:Restoring - no changeLogging off iTunes account, pressing home and lock button til apple icon appears, then logging back in - this changes the status to 'waiting' but it's still frozenHolding down icon to delete - it doesn't have cross above these 3 affected appsGone into -> General -> Usage -> then selected each affected app and Deleted them - no changePlugged into PC and synced, then tried removing apps and installing again - the icons aren't removed when I remove, but when I install them again, it does kickstart the icon to change to 'loading', but then it returns to 'installing' and is still frozenAdding a new app/ installing updates for other apps to check to see if iTunes account works - yes they added/ updated fineCalling Apple tech support. The guy was really nice and helpful, but his advice didn't work (as above.)  He told me to contact the iTunes account support, and ask them to delete the apps from my purchase history and then try re-installing themContacting the ITunes account support - they emailed me back, and advised me that they checked my download queue and "updates of these three apps are not there." (?) So they gave me the advice to do as above. He also sent me to this link: http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1702 which at the last step says "If you continue to experience the issue, contact the developer of the application for further assistance."  Now, my issue is: How the heck do I contact the developer, and will this help, when it seems to clearly be an iphone problem? Should I give up and take the phone into an Apple store? Any other suggestions will help.  Cheers.

I just got the iphone 5 last month. I did an OS upgrade not too long ago. My phone seems to be draining very quickly. Twice I thought it was because some how, a number was called and I thought the line may have stayed open a good long time. Now I don't know. Good Afternoon, ive recently started up my own business fixing mobile phones - mostly cracked screens and chassis replacements. Just recently i thought id got a bargain on ebay regarding an iphone 4. It was described as working correctly, can make / receive calls and send texts etc but randomly locks up. Ive got the phone today, unfortunately its locked to the 3 network so ive got a micro sim on the way so I cant actually proceed further at this point.  Although it did crash once on me when i tried to select language's etc - had to hold the home and power button down until it turned off. Ive read on the forums that this is a common fault, and can occur to any iphone - faulty or otherwise.  And the main concensus seems to be to take it back to the store for a swap. My main question is - seeing how im likely to come across this fault again - is the fault software or hardware related? If its hardware related what circuit board is likely to be the culprit?  If we could identify the problem then im sure I could just order the required part on ebay. The fact that apple havent recalled the iphone and that they will accept these faulty iphone's back and swap for new suggests to me its an easy fix - its just easier for the technicians to go in the store room and get a brand new one. Secondly ive just got another iphone 4 white - bought cheap as its totally dead.  Tried a new battery and still nothing.  Got a new dock / charging connector on the way - is it likely to be this at fault?  Doesnt seem to be any sign of water damage, and it wasnt described as this on the ebay page. When id swapped the new battery over i tried to charge the phone ( to see if id fixed it ) and it got extremely hot - so i disconnected right away and left it to cool off. Whats likely to be the issue with that one? Thanks, and hope someone can help Adam

Mainly my problem is that most of the time now i have to switch toEDGE and then back to 4G to get faster internet. I have an iphone 4S Unlocked, I am using   t-mobile and i have made sure that it is not the service nor the SIM.Ive reset the setting, ive had a restore again to a new iphone, and ive tried to downgrade my carrier version back to carrier 14.0 from t-mobile 14.1.It worked before i restored to IOS 6.1.3 because of memory issuess. I have made my way arround how IOS works and most of the technical stuff to do with it. iphone 4 won't charge

Greetings, My i4 developed yet another problem in the series (previous issues concerned home button, power button and camera module)... Two nights ago, I had the phone plugged in the PC, in order to make backup, syncronize with iTunes, change music etc etc... It took around an hour, maybe hour and a half, and I was surprised to see that the battery (which was not even close to flat) reached only about 70%. Shortly after I unplugged the phone, the battery dropped to 50%. That night I forgot to plug it in again, and I spent the whole day yesterday saving the battery. Later that day, I got home and plugged it in immediately. 2 hours later, the battery was still on 14%. I left it "charging" for the whole night, just to find out that this morning, it was still on 14%. While checking emails and stuff, the indicator "jumped" to 16%, but then dropped to 10%. Now it shows 3% eventhough it's still connected to the computer. There is a battery indicator on the lock screen, which means that it doesn't refuse the charger, but somehow the battery refuses to be charged. The indicator in the upper right corner shows "plug in" symbol, as if it has been charged, not a "thunder" as if it's still charging. I tried cleaning both the dock connector and the cable, I tried different cables, I tried charging from the wall socket and from various PCs, but nothing seems to work. Everything else seems fine though. battery dead and needs replacing, or is it something more "fruttier"? Thank you!

I usually charge my iphone5 with usb connected to laptop. past few days, i got a call while charging the phone with usb. I raised the phone to speak, as soon as it touched left ear, I got a decent electric shock. The shock was pretty powerful. I ignored it first time, but after that, the same happened about 5-6 times. Now I do not speak while connected to usb. But I think this is not a normal behaviour of an iphone since other phones do not shock the user. Can someone help me?

Why are my notification on my iphone 5 so horrible

My iphone 5 has always been horrible in receiving any notification. I get no notification from any application or even the stock application. This is frustrating when I need these notification for my user experience. This mainly has to do with notification coming on my lock-screen. Facebook, instragram, and many other application gives no notification on my lockscreen and no sound to indicate any news. This is a problem that I've experience for a long time and its very bothering to see no notification pop up or sound. I've used to really enjoy apple before this issue. I used to believe it was just software issues but after the many updates, nothing was done to change this problem. At this point I am not satisfied with the product and how it performs.

Lately I've been having probelms with my iphone 4s. I bought it in July of last year. The problems include: my lock button is jambed, the phone thinks that I have headphones in when I don't, and applications such as Camera and Safari constantly crash. The screen also does not always respond when I touch it and it does not ring or vibrate when I recieve calls sometimes (I did check to see if my ringer was on, along with vibrating in Sounds under Settings). Hi everyone! I have an iphone 5 that was newly "remodeled" for tmobile. I was wondering if there was something wrong with my battery after a recent decline in performance. I am updated to the latest iOS and I recently restored all of my settings on my phone in an attempt to increase battery performance, leaving only wifi on location for weather. With my current usage and standby, do I have something to be concerned about? I know some individuals that have my usage and will have a standby time of over a day. Immediately upon "upgrading" the iOS, my phone's battery life was reduced by more than half.  I restored as new and it didn't fix it.  Apple then replaced it with a new phone that unfortunately is also running 6.1.4 and it's the same battery situation, possibly even worse than the last one.   Seriously, if this persists, I'm going Droid when my contract is up.  What good is any phone if you can't use it for more than a couple hours without having to plug in.   Weak, Apple.  Really, really weak.  No wonder your stock is tanking.  You're releasing garbage.

Hi people, I have an iphone 5 64 GB and of course all the newest software. In the recent days, it happened twice to me that the phone would suddenly switch of at around 13-15% battery! When I try to turn it on immedietaley, i will get the "empty battery"-symbol. However, after waiting for some 20-30 minutes, when i turn it on again, it will just work and display a battery of around 13-15% again. Very strange.
