I backed up my phone then tried to update it to iOS 6.1.3 and the update wasn't working so i unplugged it, hoping to start over. My phone is now in recovery mode and I've tried holding the buttons and nothing has worked. I DO NOT WANT TO RESTORE MY PHONE. I have important pictures on my phone and they will be erased. What do I do?

iphone 5 heat up on running PicsArt and camera Apps concurrently

I concurrently run PicsArt and camera  Apps, to take and edit photo. IPhone5 starts to heat up on the side, and battery drains out fast. I've tried to switch off LTE and all other Apps, but iphone continues to heat up.  I have same issue when I run DropBox, when it uploads photo and VDO via Wifi.  Any know why?

Hey! I've just bought an iPhone5 and started to use it today. After activting and having the first look at it, I came to realize that it gives a really strange noise when I gently shake it. It sounds as if something would not be properly fixed inside the phone. The sound comes from the top of the phone (around the camera part). Im wondering whether anyone else had the same issue with their iPhone5, bacause I have not experienced anything like this with my two previos iPhones. What can cause this sound? Should I just take it back and let them replace it?! Thanks in advance!

It all started when I took some pictures today, then after couple of photos, the camera app crashes. Tried to open up the camera app again and attempted to take some photos but it crashes immediately again. Couple of seconds later I get this notification. Lots of it. Next thing I did is to hard restart my iphone but although the notification appears again even though I don't take pictures now. It seems for me that this issue isn't influenced by the camera at all but more on iOS issue. From then on I keep getting this notification to the point whenever I wake my iphone, I keep pressing the DISMISS button. This is really annoying and frustrating as it attempts to consume my load. For additional info:iphone 4S 32GBiOS 6.1.3Not jailbrokeniPhone is not set for any 3G/data subscription, whatsoever. Complete battery failure iphone 4S

On Friday of last week my iphone 4S began to rapidly lose it's charge.  By this I mean from 100% to 65% by 9:30 am, and completely dead by 2:30 in the afternoon.  I turned off my location services and "killed" all the apps running and it did not change my rapid depletion.  This morning I noticed my phone was warm to the touch and when I checked it my battery was down to 10% by 8:30 am and this was after having been at a 100% charge at 07:00 am.  I turned my phone off completely at 8:30 and when I went to turn it back on I got no response, not even the picture of the battery that indicates it needs to be charged.  So when I finished my work shift at 3:30 I put my phone on the charger and it has still yet to turn back on.  Has any body heard or had an issue with this?

iphone 4S keeps disconnecting WIFI frequently when in use

    My iphone suddenly began disconnecting frequently from my Access point like every 4 seconds, maybe every minute. it just disconnects randamly,i have had this issue for two days now . I restored my iphone to IOS 6.1.3 and yet the issue is still preserved , so i reset my router and my access point to their default setting and still the WIFI keeps on disconnecting. I even tested my iphone to connect to my Uncle's wifi access point and still it disconnects from it frequently.My iphone has never suffered any damage. it has never fallen on the ground and not even scratched.The disconnection here is not that the iphone disconnects from the wifi when i lock the phone but it's worse it disconnects when the phone is in use even if I am downloading something from the app store or streaming a video on youtube and then it will automatically reconnect again which is pretty annoying especially if i am using a VOIP service .i tried everything now and seems nothing helps. Is this a Hardware or a software problem ?, i would be glad to hear from other users that i am not the only one affected by it. I live in Egypt, is there Apple Support in here ?, Any suggestions will Greatly help me .

At first it showed up with pink purple and all sorts of different pink and purple lines on the screen, it would also go in and out to different types of shapes. And now the shutter won't open and I can not switch from front facing camera to the rear camera. The buttons (auto,options) do not work either. I tried resetting the settings, restarting my phone, nothing has changed... I am thinking it's a hardware problem, and I do have apple care. Has this happened to anyone else? What is the solution to this problem, and how much would I pay? Please help, thanks!

I called to Apple to tech support and they told me they could not assist me because they only assist people from Mexico and Canada, and that I had to speak to an authorized service center in Argentina, so I went to the place they told me, in that place I say they can not sorting the problem, that the only solution is to travel to USA to change.Because they tell me that if in legal terms of the warranty states that if Apple so you can make changes determined through some mail? Why not give me that option? I have the right to use my iphone in its 100%, the truth that without wifi and bluetooth is how to use it by 50%.Any recommendations?

Mainly my problem is that most of the time now i have to switch toEDGE and then back to 4G to get faster internet. I have an iphone 4S Unlocked, I am using   t-mobile and i have made sure that it is not the service nor the SIM.Ive reset the setting, ive had a restore again to a new iphone, and ive tried to downgrade my carrier version back to carrier 14.0 from t-mobile 14.1.It worked before i restored to IOS 6.1.3 because of memory issuess. I have made my way arround how IOS works and most of the technical stuff to do with it. Overall, How can i fix this or what can i do essentaily to bring back my faster and more reliable internet? p.s DIdnt know where this would go so i posted it here. p.s+ Yes i was jailbroken before i restored. Greetings, My i4 developed yet another problem in the series (previous issues concerned home button, power button and camera module)... Two nights ago, I had the phone plugged in the PC, in order to make backup, syncronize with iTunes, change music etc etc... It took around an hour, maybe hour and a half, and I was surprised to see that the battery (which was not even close to flat) reached only about 70%. Shortly after I unplugged the phone, the battery dropped to 50%. That night I forgot to plug it in again, and I spent the whole day yesterday saving the battery. Later that day, I got home and plugged it in immediately. 2 hours later, the battery was still on 14%. I left it "charging" for the whole night, just to find out that this morning, it was still on 14%. While checking emails and stuff, the indicator "jumped" to 16%, but then dropped to 10%. Now it shows 3% eventhough it's still connected to the computer. There is a battery indicator on the lock screen, which means that it doesn't refuse the charger, but somehow the battery refuses to be charged. The indicator in the upper right corner shows "plug in" symbol, as if it has been charged, not a "thunder" as if it's still charging. I tried cleaning both the dock connector and the cable, I tried different cables, I tried charging from the wall socket and from various PCs, but nothing seems to work. Everything else seems fine though. Battery dead and needs replacing, or is it something more "fruttier"? Thank you!

My camera frozen iphone 4

Have tried restore on iTunes and restore to new on phone.   The issue is not changing even with that.  Happened about a month ago and haven't been able to get it to work since. As soon as I click on camera, whatever the camera is facing is what it is frozen on.   Sometimes the shutter won't even open and the video does not work either.  None of the apps that you can take a picture with work either like Instagram, pict stich etc. Not sure what else to do. seberia8

I got my first iphone as a gift the other day (32GB iphone 5 from Verizon). However, the camera app on it does not work. When I launch it, either the closed shutter is displayed, or the screen is completely black and none of the "buttons" (i. e. Options and switching between front and rear cameras) work. I have tried completely closing out of the app and doing a restore of my iphone through iTunes, but it still does not work. Can I trade in my 4s with Apple Care

Lately I've been having probelms with my iphone 4s. I bought it in July of last year. The problems include: my lock button is jambed, the phone thinks that I have headphones in when I don't, and applications such as camera and Safari constantly crash. The screen also does not always respond when I touch it and it does not ring or vibrate when I recieve calls sometimes (I did check to see if my ringer was on, along with vibrating in Sounds under Settings). I have Apple Care+. Can I trade it in for a refurbished phone? Also, for an extra fee would I be able to trade it in for a refurbished iphone 5?
