I get an error when I connect my iphone 5 to my mac in itunes.

It says The iphone “MB iphone” cannot be used because it requires iTunes version 10.7 or later. iphone says it is up to date. I have tried the setting the date to years ahead and turning off icloud and wi fi. Still won't work. Any help would be great.

My iphone 5 is less than a year old, it is still covered by the regular warranty, i do not have apple care. I dropped my phone from a height of about 3-4 ft, and the screen loss all sensitivity. The screen itself is intact,however on the inside of the prhone some vertical lines are now visible. I have been told something called the digitizer is busted. Will apple replace this phone for me, or fix it? I am aware that more than likely i would have to pay for this service, but i was wondering how much, if they would be willing to do anything at all. thanks

My iphone 5 suddenly went to "No service" and has worked ony intermittently since. I have tried shutting down and re starting, resetting the netowork settings, putting phone in airplane mode and the back on and turning off wi fi, all to no avail. Any suggestions???

Dear All, I dropped my iphone a few months back and ever since it's been in a support case (I bought it 1 day after dropping the iphone 5 to the floor... how cruel can life be). I'm not worried about the dent in the upper right corner (power button). I'm more concerned about sound it makes when you shake it (it had this since day 4 already)... + the fact that the power button is not working anymore (even that I can overcome if needed).Nevertheless I'm worried about the warranty. I live in Europe (Belgium) and have to say that I'm completely disappointed in the service of the store where I bought my phone (an official apple reseller but not an apple store). With that said I rather know my options in terms of warranty other than asking it in the shop (cause they'll argue anyway). It's an official iphone, done nothing fishy with it (only shouldn't have dropped it )

Last night the screen of my phone 4 slowly went black. I tried charging it while hard resetting it but that did not help. also tried just resetting it but nothing with that either. I tried to chat with Itunes but couldn't becasue I cannot get the serial number. I do not have an sd tray nor can I use the screen. #I just received my BRAND NEW, SEALED, iPhone4 32 GB FACTORY UNLOCKED which I bought from Ebay. After unboxing, I switched on the phone to find that it was already activated, and did NOT show the "connect to iTunes" screen, which gave me doubts whether this phone is actually brand new, the phone does have that protective film on the front and back which normally comes with brand new iPhones, anyhow I went online and did some intense research and found interesting facts about the serial number, and from my understanding the phones with serial numbers starting with 5K could be a refurbished phone, and indeed my supposedly BRAND NEW iphone which came in a sealed retail box with all accessories does have a 5K serial number, so I did some more googling and came across a web site which gives details about an iphone with its serial number and it shows this phone is a refurbished one. I checked on Apple website for warranty and it says "We're sorry, but this is a serial number for a product that has been replaced. Please check your information and re-enter your serial number. If your information is correct, you may need to contactus."  #Now all you good knowledgeable people out there, please please shed some light on this matter.Is this really a genuine brand new phone? When I contacted the seller regarding     the phone being already activated, he said it is normal with phones     which are factory unlocked. But I believe it is actually supposed to     show  - “connect to iTunes” screen. That was how it was with my     iphone 3G. At least right out of a brand new box. Am I correct? How can a refurbished iphone come in a     sealed retail box? Even if that was the case, would it cost the same     as a normal brand new FACTORY UNLOCKED iphone because I paid US $     904.00 for this. Does Apple sell refurbished iPhones as     new? What confuse me is that the box have all the labels intact as     it was a sealed box, and the serial number and IMEI number match     with the actual phone. Should I consider this a genuine     product that Apple meant to sell as it is or better I go for a claim     and either get a refund or replacement from the seller on Ebay?.   Thank you very much in advance for all your kind help and insights. Every time I try to go onto certain apps, a notification shows up saying connect to iTunes to use push notifications. No matter how many times I push okay the notification doesn't go away. As soon as I press ok this notification how's up right away. So when I do connect my phone to iTunes on my computer I don't know how I would set up my push notifications. Having Paid about £20 for an official unlocking, I am being told to insert a Non-Orange 3G Sim card into the phone that is to be unlocked (Orange is the network the iphone iscurrently locked to).  Well I don't have a Non-Orange 3G Sim Card do I !! Re iphone 4s wifi

My iphone 4s no longer allows me to connect to any wifi connections. The option is greyed out and wont let me do anything to it. I have tried restarting and resetting the network connections and all  settings but this has not worked. The wifi came back briefly randomly at one or two points but could not find any wifi networks. I have read on the internet it is probably a hardware problem so I will be taking it back to apple next week. Just wondered if anyone had any further ideas about the problems?

Folks, I am getting confusing information from various sources.According to the service I am using for factory unlocking my iphone 5, as soon as I unlock my phone I will be able to use it on all GSM networks, except the original ATT. This is contrary to all the previous unlocks I have ever done on any phone. What is the reason why my phone will no longer work on ATT, if true? Can APPLE or ATT help me get it back on ATT network once I no longer need to use it overseas? Thank you for your help.

iphone battery says 20 but actually 1 iphone 4S

Hi,I am wondering if anyone else has seen this issue & can provide a fix or offer advice on why this is happening? I have an iphone 4s & very happy with is. However. when the battery % lever reaches 20% the phone 'switches' off - if I connect the charge cable the battery indicator says 1% & charging. Yet if I then hold the power button to swich the iphone on, it says 21% & charging. Any idea why this is happening & how I get the battery to show correct value.On an aside - it charges fine to 100% and iphone is overwise fine. Thanks, T

HELP PLEASE! A purchased a iphone 4 GSM model. I have been trying to restore it (being the screen said to connect to itunes) but when I went through the restore process, itunes recongnized it, it went through what appeared as all but the last second of restoring when I got a " The iphone "iphone" could not be restored. I have been trying to update my iphone's software for the past few weeks due to my current provider not being found. (A bar that says "Searching" is always at the top where my 3G should be.) Yet whenever I try directly from my iphone, it always end with an error message. So, yesterday I tried updating directly from itunes and I let it download the new update and all that. However, after it finished trying to update my iphone, it put my iphone in a recovery mode and I've been trying to fix it eversince. I can not access my iphone, all it has is an icon saying to connect to itunes. I've tried troubleshooting, checking my software, updating my computer etc. yet it still leaves me with this message: "The iphone "iphone" could not be restored. An unknown error occurred (-1)." I've looked on the apple site and I've made sure my security is up to date, my computer is up to date, my itunes is up to date and that I have restarted my computer. I am very irritated and I don't know what to do. I don't know what to do because my warranty is over with apple and I still have a few years on my contract. Hi There i have my iphone 5 now for few Months, im travelling a lot between Europe and Asia, there was never a prob. But on Sunday when i arrive in Malaysia and switsch the Flight Modus off, since then the Phone is not accepting any Carrier. If i chooose Manual Mode he finds the Carrier, but still the phone is not taking over the Carrier. I have already reseted some times, and also found a topic in the net what say to switsch on and off a few times the Flight mode, nothing helps !! So please somebody give me a solution, this is my buissines phone !!

I have tried resetting and erased all data but still no luck detecting network. 3G is found briefly when powering back up. I have tried two different sims from two different providers 3 an Vodafone but whilst carrier is found neither connect. Wifi if working fine as are all other phone functions. Any ideas?

Right, my problem is that my iphone is turned on BUT the screen is blank. How can I get this to turn off or reset and respond to my iTunes. I've tried the manual reset by pressing the the sleep/on/off button with the home button at the same time and I get nothing. I've even tried plugging it into my laptop to respond with iTunes but that doesn't work either. It will connect to a wall charger with the same wire as that I'm using to connect to the computer.
