iphone 5 issues hopefully have an easy solution. advice would be greatly appreciated.

I got the iphone 5 about 6 months ago and have had wifi reception problems the entire time. I spend most of my time in my entertainment room (studio) which is on the opposite end of the house from the router. I have an imac, an apple tv2, an ipad, and (2) iphone 4 all using the same wifi and housed in this same room. They all have no problem picking up the signal and staying connected. My wife and her son both have iphone 4S and never lose connection when they are in my room. It's very frustrating because I was so excited about being able to mirror my phone through the apple tv and hd tv. I own an AT&T iphone 4 and a Verizon iphone 4 that aren't capable of mirroring. I have the original ipad which isn't capable of mirroring. My wife's 4S and her son's 4S are both capable and do it with ease but it's their phones, not mine. So I stayed patient knowing I would get the next upgrade and it was just a matter of time. Wrong. Between 5 phones, a desktop, a tablet, apple tv, PS3......My iphone 5 was the only one that won't connect. I am not talking about it loses the signal or cuts in and out, I am saying you have to walk halfway down the hall to even get it to detect the signal in the first place. Not a chance in **** of it actually staying connected to it.  I talked to Apple Support about the problem and asked if the iphone 5 had a weaker antenna or if there was a setting that needed to be adjusted. They were polite to me but in so many words let me know that my assessment was ridiculous and news to them. Well okay, no big deal, I just chalked it up as that maybe I got a dud this time as far as the antenna goes. Then, about a week ago, I dropped the phone and shattered the front glass and lcd. Luckily I had insurance and was able to get a brand new replacement. The problem is the antenna reception is exactly the same. So this was not an isolated incident and I wasn't crazy for asking about it. I don't see how they haven't received tons of complaints about this issue. I love Apple products and probably just expect perfection because I have never had any major problems with any of my Apple devices. But it is an unpleasant surprise that the newer model takes several steps back on such an important feature. Sorry for the rant and I remain positive that this issue can be addressed, if it hasn't already. P.S.....The iphone 5 that I got two days ago has an awesome new feature. If you are using the phone for an actual phone call, the person you are talking to can't be heard whatsoever. If you can get them to talk really loudly and repeat themselves at least three times, you will have a greater chance of comprehending the purpose of the call.

Hi, I understand there are two mics on the iphone 4, which would explain my problem. I need a DIY fix if possible please. When I'm making a call, the person im speaking to can only hear a extremely faint voice from me, so faint they would need to be in a sound proof room to hear me. If I switch to speaker phone they can hear me fine, as im guessing this uses the other mic located on the top of the iphone. I've seen a youtube fix for a mic which isn't working. Would this be the fix involving opening iphone and inserting a piece of card or plastic to create pressure on the chip?  Any comments or advice would be most grateful.

Wifi connection problems with iPhone 5

The problem I am having is that my iPhone 5 will connect to my wifi at home but won't connect to my wifi at work. Everyone else can connect at work with no problem with their iPhone 4,4s,android phones and iPads.The network I am trying to connect to is a secret network that I have to manually search for it and input a password. I don't have trouble finding the network the issues I'm having is whenever I put the password in it will say wrong password 10times in a row then it might connect for about 10min then it will disconnect itself and when I try to connect again it will either say wrong password or unable to connect to wifi!!!!! Please help I need wifi at work since I am there more than I'm home.Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks again

iPhone 4SWindows 8 iTunes Sync problems iPhone 4S

Whenever I try to sync my iPhone 4S, iOS 6.1.3, to my new Asus computer with Windows 8, I get a message saying "iTunes cannot read the contents of this iPhone. Go to the Summary tab and restore." So I go to Summary and hit restore, and it doesn't seem do anything, other than want to download new iPhone software, which always takes about 4 hours, and I inevitably end up with some sort of error that prevents it from loading.  I've removed and reinstalled iTunes, and restarted my phone, but it doesn't seem to work.  I would like to be able to sync to my computer, but it doesn't seem to work.  Before I was on an Asus computer with Windows 7 and it worked fine, and now I can't get it to work at all.  I have the same Internet Security provider as before, so I don't think that's it.   Can anyone figure out what I should do? Screen display problems LCD iPhone 5

I bought an iPhone 5 six months ago from Roger's Wireless and I also paid for the application of a screen protector, for a long time both of these worked very well and I had no problems. The other day I put my iPhone into my locker at work and came back a few hours later to find that two spots had appeared on the display. One was near the top of the screen and it looked like a dis-colored splotch while the other one, that was near the bottom of the screen, looked like someone tried to scratch the screen with a dull object . When I turn off the display and examined the outside of the phone there is no scratches or any other physical damage to the phone, I think it may have something to do with the LCD screen. Also, my locker was locked so I know no one was fooling around with it although humidity or something could have played a factor but I'm not entirely sure. The spots are relatively small but pretty annoying, before this my iPhone was in perfect shape . I'm not sure if I am covered by the one year warranty because my phone may have water damage (although I am not sure). I remember a few months back dropping it into a deep pile of snow and when I took it out it was pretty wet, but still continuted to work perfectly find. Regardless, I'm pretty sure thats accident caused the water damage indicators in my phone to be set off . I looked all over the internet and there is different ways of taking off the actual LCD screen and replacing it yourself but I think I would much rather get this done by a professional. I have also heard that the spots may go away eventually. I am not sure if I am going to send my phone in right away but any help at all would be awesome. Thanks!

4s being slow and lagging iPhone

I have noticed that my phone has started to become slow and lagging. I make sure i kill all apps that are running when i am not using them. Connected to Wifi when i can and everything else that i can tell is normal. Just need more advice on what to do. I do not want to hard reset the phone. Already had problems with Itunes before and don't want to try to figure everything out again. Thanks

Can t send emails on iPhone 4s. No error messages. App just quits.

Hello, and thank you for reading. I have an iPhone 4s, and my primary email account is Gmail. I can receive emails, but I can't send them. When I try to click on the little pen icon to write an email, the app crashes/quits and I'm sent back to the homescreen. I saw that most people who can't send email receive an error message, but I've never received an error message, the app just stops. I checked in the Settings, and every thing seems to be in order (I'm not extremely tech savvy, so I could be wrong). I started to experience this problem maybe a week ago. Also, my Messages app can be a little sketchy sometimes too. When I'm connected to Wifi and trying to send an iMessage, the message won't send and there will be a little red exclamation point next to the message. My Messages app works sometimes, but do you all think that the problems are linked somehow? Any help is GREATLY appreciated. I'm out of the office a lot, and it's an inconvinecne that I can't send emails while I'm on the road. iPhone 5 Battery drain when not using Wifi also gets hot.

Recently I have been experiencing problems with my iPhone 5, if I am away from a wifi connection I experience high battery drain & the phone will sometimes get hot.Generally I am in the office or at home & the phone will be connected to a wifi hotspot, however yesterday I was out of the office in meetings etc, I didn’t have access to any wifi so used 3G data, I was in London in areas with generally good 3G coverage.  The battery went from 100% to 0% in 9 hours with what I would call minimal usage as follows.4 minutes worth of calls.25 received emails5 sent emails9 photos taken1 hour streaming music via Bluetooth20 minutes reading from news stand5 minutes in the facebook app5 minutes using the Maps app2 minutes viewing London Tube Map app  This appears to be a problem with the data receiving part of the phone as when I have access to wifi the battery life is generally fine.  I have had iPhones for about 3 years & never had issues like this. Has anyone else experienced similar problems?

Hello, this is my first time on a forum like this so I don't really know what to expect but basically the reason why I am here today is because of the fact that my iPhone's battery is excuse my french, dog s***. I'm 16 years old almost 17 and I haven't had any problems with my other iPhone's before (iPhone 3G, 3GS, 4, 4S) I charge it at 100% in the morning, so I leave it all night from 1% the previous night and then I get up and without even using it, it's at 95% already. Now the thing you're going to say is have you tried:  Turning off 3G/LTE - YESTurning off Wi-Fi - YESBluetooth - YESLocation Service's - YESPush Email - YESMessing with the brightness - YESRe-setting the phone several times (LOL) - YES  I honestly don't see why it is draining this much, I have like 10 apps and all of them are ones that don't send much data, nor recieve much. You know the usual Facebook, Twitter, YouTube etc etc.  If someone could possibly help me I will be the happiest man alive!!! Thanks-Ed

iPhone won't charge problems connecting to USB iPhone 5

Just recently, I've been experiencing problems with my iPhone 5. I regularly charge it by connecting it via USB to my computer. However, over the past few days when I attempt to do this, I am spammed with this warning message: "Because a USB device was drawing too much power from your computer, one or more of your USB devices have been disabled." Additionally, whenever I attempt to plug my phone into a wall outlet to charge, it will connect/charge and then immediately disconnect. I was hoping someone could lead me in the correct direction to resolve this problem so I can efficiently charge my iPhone. Thanks.

sharing Apple ID iPhone 3G

I started with one iPhone. Then an iPod was added. Then another iPod. And now 2 more iPhones. The phones are all under an A T & T family plan. When setting them up I used the same Apple ID so we would all be able to get the same apps. I'm not sure if this is correct. It is causing problems because any apps that are added to one device it automatically goes to all the other devices. And calendar events are popping up on other devices. Also whenever a device is plugged in to the computer to charge or update, they all say katie's phone which is the original device. How do I get iTunes to recognize each individual device? Any help would be appreciated.

Charger issues iPhone 5

I'm having problems charging my iPhone 5.  The charger sits in the dock but does not charge. If I wiggle the end of the cable, it charges but only if I hold it there - unfortunately I don't have the time to sit charging my phone by hand for 3 hours a day! It is not the cable that is the problem as it does not work with any other chargers in the house. I have an appointment at the Genius bar on the weekend but I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this?

iPhone won't Charge iPhone 5

Okay so i had problems with my iPhone earlier. It would power off randomly when I was or wasnt using it. And i also charged it when I had 30% but on the top right corner for the battery icon, where its suppose to show ' charging ' it showed Fully charged. and after it died, I plugged it back in with it saying its charging. The symbol with a low red battery with a charging sign. It stayed on that symbol for more than 12 hours and never turned on to the lock screen. And if i take it out of charge, it completely shuts off.But when i plug it back in , it has the apple symbol from when you turn it back on after you powered it off. It did that symbol repeatedly. Please help. The problem: Won't charge or turn on to lock screen  Is there anyway I can do it besides taking it to Apple? Thanks (: I don't think I backed up anything, but I maybe did and I have lots of things on my phone. So is there any other solutions that I can use besides restoring it?

I have an Iphone 5,   I dont use Siri very often but tried to use it the other day and it does not respond, I have read other threads - tried resetting, backing up, tried everything that was suggest and still no luck. I know its not the wifi as my son has ipod and siri works on this without any problems. Im not sure what else to try, the phone is not very old, but, out of the 90 days support,  any one any ideas PLEASE!!!!

iphone 4s internet not working

iphone 4s internet not working. my phone have singnal while using. on the left top corner have the display of "4G" and i can text or phone to someone. but i can't use my internet. it is all fine since this morning. when i tried a web page, it goes slower than before. after 1 hour, the internet totaly can't be used.my wifi part couldn't be used either. but it began at december 2012. and i don't usually use the wifi. so i didn't pay attention to it. wifi part is sometime good sometime bad. mostly after i restar it, the wifi can be used for 1 or 2 muniutes. i was not sure whether or not is the problem of att. but other members of my family plan are all fine at internet.which part of phone would be the problem? especially for the hard ware parts. i think there would be some problems in hardware. i always drop my phone unintentionally.

Mic problem iPhone 4

My iPhone 4 doesn't record any audio when I record videos, nor does it record any audio when using video apps like vine and snapchat. I am still able to record voice memos, which seems strange. I have no problems making phone calls.   **Just to get the obvious out of the way**  - no the phone is not under warranty. - please do not suggest that I take it to a mac store, I am aware of this option, I am looking for alternative solutions. - It's definately a 4, it's not a 4S

vodafone issues iPhone 4S

Hi all,  i will list my problems and see what you all think,,,,, i have a iphone 4s on vodafone running 6.1.3 firmware, for the first 11/12mths i would say this phone was faultless ( taking around 200 calls a day), recently the phone refuses to make calls and send txt messages, it wont even connect to the internet using 3g, it has to have wirelesss connectivity for the browsers to work. i took it to the local vodafone shop and they insisted it was the sim card at fault, even though i did try it in my other phone (nokia E50-2), so i took the replacement sim anyway. checks already done:- i have taken my vodafone contract sim from the iphone and placed it in the nokia, it works fine sending and recieving both calls and txti have taken my vodafone PAYG sim out of the nokia and placed it in the iphone, it refused to work but worked fine in the nokiai have reset the network settings, i have deleted all apps from the iphone and done a full restore, but it still refuses to workit shows full signal strength all the time where i live, as does the nokia, if i try to call it from the nokia it tells me the phone is not available even though they are sat side by side with full signal, if i try to call the nokia it comes back called failed.i have tried to send a txt message to my own phone number only for it to come back failed, yet in the nokia it sends no problem.vodafone refuse to admit it is a problem with there network and it is an iphone issue, the phone is now 13mths old and out of warranty (typical), i requested the iphone be unlocked from vodafone to check other networks, this has now been done so i put a spare O2 sim in the iphone and it sends and recieves both calls and text with no issues, yet vodafone still say it is not a network problem!!!!!!! is anyone else having similar problems to mine??? or is it something wrong with the phone???? i personnaly think when the phone was updated to the 6.1.3 firmware it has a problem with vodafone, plese tell me what you think, i am going crazy with this phone, cant believe its not kissed the wall or other hard surface yet.

iphone 5 doesnt accept ID password facetime and imessage not working

Im not sure if its to do with the new update 6.1.4 but my imessage suddenly stopped working. I checked my settings and saw that my email addresses associated with it were deleted. I would do hard resets but it wouldnt solve the problem. Then imessage was only partially working, sending imessages to certain individuals and text messages to the others. When i would try to add my email it would say that my password or ID is incorrect. I was thinking, no this could not be. I signed in and out of Itunes with no problem. I even signed on appleid.com and it worked. I tried it on my ipad which worked. I was scratching my brains. so I had an idea, I proceeded to reset network settings......BIG MISTAKE!!! Now, along with my imessage and facetime problems, I cannot connect to my wifi at home. when I enter the password it says it is incorrect. I have also tried entering the wifi manually but to no avail. I connected my iphone to itunes but it wont back up my data saying an error occured but it doesnt specify the error. Iv also noticed that if i press and hold an app, and it starts shaking, the crosses next to the apps that I hav purchased whether it is free or not does not show the 'x' next to them so I cant manually delete an app. What is going on? Is so frustrating because now I have to rely on my data and its depleting fast. Iv booked an appointment with the Genius bar for next week but I am hoping I can sort this out before hand. My first iphone and I was enjoying it up to now, not happy at all!

can I swap out defected iPhone with different color one iPhone 5

In november my friend purchased me a black iphone 5.  It was awesome with No problems.  Recently however, I have been experiencing a very short battery life.  After a day of light usage sometimes my battery will dip below 5 percent.  Now, I already tried disableing bluetooth, turning off data and wifi when not being used, and even turned down the brightness to half way.  Because the iphone is certainly defected, when I exchange the iphone is there a possibility to swap it out with one of a different color, as the black one devolops scratches along the champhered edge like crazy, also ios 7 looks wayyyyyy better with the white iphone, it just blends into the device itself.  Anyways, thanks for any responses

My Iphone 4 not charge. iPhone 4S

I have been having problems charging my Iphone. When plugged to the mains or pc, the phone acknowledges its connected to a power source (can see the "plug" sign and the sound made when the phone is connected to a power source), yet the battery life does not increase. I had kept my phone on charge for over 16hrs and no increase in battery life. Can someone please help me try and sort this problem out?

iphone 4s died at 100 wont turn on or charge even though it was charged.

I have been having problems with my iphone turning off at anywhere from 80-100%, in fact I haven't seen it anywhere near 50%or less in about 2-3 months. Sometimes it would turn back on if I press the power button or home and power button, and would show the same battery % as when it shut off, but would die right away again till I charged it. Sometimes it wouldn't come back on till I put it on the charger. Last night I took it off the charger when it was 100% and went to use an app right awayand it died still at 100%. I put it right back on the charger and expected it to turn right back on or at least turn on in 15-20 min. It has been on the charger sonce last night and still has not come back on, and yes it shows the lightning bolt like it does whenever it is charging, and shows no battery power. I have tried pressing the power button both on and off the charger, tried pressing the home and power button for 15 seconds, and even tried longer both off and on the charger, I have tried changing cords and the adapter, and different outlets, I have tried plugging it into the computer and it again shows the lightning bolt and low battery thing and itunes and the computer doesn't even acknowledge that it is plugged in. I'm confused as to what else I can try. Of course it dies after 1 year warranty is over.

Verizon iPhone 4 not sendingreceiving non-iMessages

I just got my iPhone 3 months ago, brand new. First, it gave me problems because the lock button stopped working, (an issue I was told by a genius that I would have to pay for because I couldn't drive an hour a way at 16 years old to get to the closest Apple Store), and now it isn't sending text messages to anyone that doesn't have an iDevice. I am so done with this iPhone, it's only been three months and I'm DYING to get a droid. Please, help me figure out how to receive & send regular text messages at least until I can save enough to buy a phone that works.

This is absolutely ridiculous. I've gone through 5 iPhone 5's so far and they've ALL had hardware problems. What is happening with Apple quality conrol? I'm going to need a fifth replacement for my iPhone 5 for the same problem that I've had on 2 out of the 4 replacements I've gotten in the past. First iPhone 5 lasted me at least 4 months before the lock button started failing on me and degrading each day. Now I've gone through a new iPhone every day this week and they've all had something wrong with them.

Why my iPhone 5 freezing

Hi guys!I have a some problems with my iphone 5,it keeps freezing from 3 to 3 seconds and it doesn`t stop .I bought the phone in December and it`s the first time i am having this problem with an iPhone.I restored it ,changed the software and still no change.In addition he is also restarting occasionally ,on the screen appearing 9 lines or the screen is divided in parts and then it dies and restarts after 5 seconds.Please help!

it possible to sync one iPhone to two Macs One for music library and one for contacts emails etc

At home I have two Macs, one for work and another which acts as a sort of entertainment hub storing all my music, podcasts and videos as well as being for the family to use. Is it possible to sync my one iPhone to both Macs, with the work one just syncing things like my contacts, emails, calendars and apps while the other Mac would sync just the podcasts and music to the iPhone.Would this cause any problems and what is the correct way to go about this? Thanks for any help, tips and advice.

Messaging problems iPhone

When I receive a text on my iphone, it will show that one message an not the rest of the conversation and freeze where I cannot send any messages.  I also says I haven't opened the message. I've tried deleting the conversation and it just reappears.  I can eventually get it to start working, but it just happens again and is getting more frequent.  Any help?

iPhone turning off rebooting while charging iPhone 4S

Hi everyone. I actually have a few issues with my iPhone and I have tried various things to fix these problems. Yes, I have connected to iTunes through my computer and have download and restored it twice in as many days. Ok, the first one is the touch screen is unresponsive and/or behaves erratically, like it has to think about what it has to do. Secondly, when it is connected to my computer or either one of my chargers, the phone keeps shutting down and rebooting about 15 or so minutes, and the battery percentage level meter doesn't change either. All this started happening at the same time. I was running a battery boost type app which I have since deleted but still no luck, so am I guessing right if its all battery related? Any help, thoughts or ideas would be greatly appreciated as like many others here, our phones are our life.

Iphone 4 stop working

I was using my iphone 4 with no problems, when my 3G stop working cause PDP network setting. I go on "Reset Network Settings", the iphone shut down to reboot, but never reboot! It stop working, i even try to repair it from iTunes, but it cannot, says he's broken and he cannot power on for assistance and to go to an apple store.Some tips?

Iphone 3GS 16GB with 6.1 IOS-Telephone transmission problems

Apparently, since I loaded some antivirus/download apps, I am having problems with my telephone acoustics. I can make a call and hear the recipient but they cannot hear me.  The mute button is not switched on !  I have tried removing recent apps but the problem remains. iPhone 5 Certain phone number calls not go through

Messaging, facetime, and emailing works fine. Only certain phone calls (certain numbers) do not go through. Often requires I dial the same number multiple times (>8 times) and call may go through. The other end has no problem calling me. Sometimes the other end registers a missed call or a short ringing but I cannot hear the ringing on my end. The phone starts counting the seconds as if the call has been placed but no connection is actually made (it does not connect with the other end's voicemail either.

Iphone 4 wifi problems

hey my iphone 4 has recently had wifi problems. i cant fidn any networks at all. the router is fine because every other device i own runs on wifi and its working. but the wierd part is that if my phone is 1 inch away from the router it will find it and connect! but tghen if i move my phone 2 feet away from the router cannot find any networks again.  i have reset the phone all the wifi settings the lot! i have also restored the phone still not working! i have also manually tried connecting too.  someone please help!

Hey guys Ive had my IPhone 5 since the day it came out, so now it had started to have its problems, and more than one. Ive got three:      - brightness turns down automatically to the point I cant see the screen and when I go back to settings the brightness bar is still up to to bright and I just have to touch it for it to come back to normal.          - When I call someone or when someone call me, the place where I should hear them talk back does not work, I have to hear them on the speaker.      - When I charge my phone the lightning connector doesnt have a good connection and cuts out of charging looks like its lose.  Has anyone had one of these problems, and how was it fixed? or when you gave it to Apple, how long did it take to be fixed? or did you get a new IPhone? Or feel free just to talk about what you think   Thanks guys!

My Maps app Standard view on my iPhone 4 not working

I've had my iPhone 4 for a year and a half not without any problems but my Maps app will not now display the Standard or Hybrid view.  It affects other apps using Maps as well.   The Satellite view on its own works okay.  Bill

Tons of problems with iPhone 5

Just bought a brand new iPhone 5 from Rogers (Canada) in December. For the month that I've had it I've had MAJOR problems with this device. I've had no major problems with my iPhone 3G and iPhone 4S, by the way.- Incoming calls get randomly dropped. No "busy signal", the line simply drops dead for whoever tries to call me. It doesn't even alert me that someone tried to call me. I'll only find out later if that person attempts to call again. But what if it's an important call and the person doesn't try calling again? Then I'm screwed. I've tested this by calling my iPhone 5 from another cellphone by holding each phone in one hand. Out of 20 calls, at least 4-5 calls are dropped- Touch screen irresponsive- Very weak signal (on my 3G and 4S the signal bar is usually completely full or one bar from full, on my iPhone 5 it's almost always only half full or less), the signal drops randomly outside (especially when I'm driving, the signal will just poof)I've already exchanged the phone TWICE. First time they exchanged it without question. Second time they told me it could be a carrier issue then told me to reset, restore, etc etc, then gave me a new one again. I'm on my third one, none of these problems are fixed.What are the chances I got 3 defective phones in a row? Seriously what is going on here? I've installed pretty much nothing on this phone except Facebook, Twitter, and Skype. Yes I've resetted and restore like N times, and I'm on latest firmware. What should I do? I don't even know if it's a Rogers problem or I've just had the worst luck in the world with 3 defective phones in a row, because none of the customer service people are able to tell me exactly what in the world is going on.

Help need to something iPhone 4S

After synching 4S with iTunes by plugging into PC has been nothing but problems.  Phone charge drops quick, like something is running.  I can not find anything.  No time registers on standby and usage. just lines there.Deleted entire email and reinstalled.  Siri off, notifications off, privacy & locations off.Some strange stuff comes up under diagnostics...not sure if suppose to have all those? Should this diagnostics be reported or off? Can not power phone off, it automatically kicks itself back on, so can not do hard start.  Did a complete restore/recovery on it.  Nothing seems to be helping.I will take any suggestions!  No Apple stores near us, so need to try to resolve over this!

I believe it my have something to with my modem firmware I have iphone 4 and no problems but i changed s card in my 4s and firmware seems to be an older version could be problem

I have a 4-s and a 4 I changed the sim card in my 4-s and now my wifi is not working, grayed out in fact, I also noticed that the modem frimware was an older version now on the 4-s than the 4, HELP

The visual voicemail on my 4s quit working.  I have taken the phone to my provider (they were baffled), used the apple on line support and troubleshooting.  I have reset teh network setting and no change.  I get voicemails but have to periodically go back to dialing in to check to see if I have any as I dod not get notified.

iPhone 5 signal issues causing my business nightmare

I purchased my iPhone 2 weeks ago and it has caused me major problems. I have no signal connectivity at home and intermittent signal connectivity everywhere else. I have complained too my carrier and they cannot fix the problem as the problem seems to be apple. I have restored the software on my phone many times, I have reset network settings, I have played around with the aeroplane setting, the only thing that seems to help a bit is if I turn 3G off ??? Nobody can tell me why this helps?I have a Genius Bar appointment with an apple store this Saturday and I hope they sort this problem out as this issue is seriously affecting my business..... Does anyone know why I'm having the above issues ?

My iphone 5 not receive calls and sends calls directly to voicemail. I not get notifications of messages or missed calls.

The button on the left side of the phone is in the correct position and the ringer is set at the loudest level. I have turned the phone off and turned it back on but this does not solve the problem.

iPhone 4S IOs 6.1.3 broke wifi and bluetooth

I am just heading of to the O2 shop with wife's  phone. Symptoms. wifi on-off is greyed out. Bluetooth spinner of doom permanently.  Reset from settings > doesn't work.Restore >likewiseRestore to Factory > doesn't workHard reset doesn't work My iPhone 4 sits happily on 6.0 with no problems. I am not going anywhere near the upgrade that iTunes keeps nagging me about.
